Rail-Box a new form of renewable energy source refers to the generation of electricity by the rotation of wind turbine and the wind is caused due to the movement of train. The electricity will be produced or generated through the wind energy as train runs over the railroad tracks. The generated electric power is one of the non conventional sources of energy generated by moving train. This electrical energy generated can be stored in batteries and can be utilized for running various loads connected to train cabin. Rail-Box energy generation is a new attempt to generate the electricity via renewable energy sources which is the up thrust created by moving train.

BACKGROUND: Buteyko breathing is a type of nasal breathing which has beneficial effects on cardio respiratory parameters. It was found by Dr. K.P. Buteyko in the year 1950 AIM: The projects aim was to see how successful the Buteyko breathing technique was in reducing systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients of stage 1 and stage 2. METHOD: It is an interventional study conducted on 30 hypertensive stage 1 and stage 2 patients. Outcome measures such as systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, vital capacity, breath holding time, inspiratory and expiratory time were recorded pre and post intervention. RESULT: When distinguishing the pre and post interventional values of the final result, it calculated the statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, vital capacity, breath holding time and I: E Ratio by Buteyko breathing technique. INTERPRETATION: The results were interpretated by micro soft excel 2010. the result shows that Buteyko breathing is effective in reducing systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients stage1 and stage 2.

1,2,3-oxadiazolium-5-olate (sydnone) is used as a versatile synthon in heterocyclic synthesis. A large number of sydnone derivatives have been synthesized with biological interest and reported to possess a wide spectrum of biological and pharmacological activities like antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antitumor, antiarthritic and antioxidant properties. Among all the mesoionic compounds, sydnone ring is the most widely studied because of each of its synthesis from primary amines and it is the only mesoionic ring which undergoes a wide variety of chemical reactions of synthetic utility. Syndones form a subclass of mesoionic compound which again form subclass of mesomeric betaines. These characterstic of five membered heterocyclic mesoionic compounds have encouraged concentration on the study of chemical, physical and biological properties of sydnones, as well as their potential applications. Thus there is wide scope to explore more novel sydnones as a potent biodynamic molecules.

Smart farming system is a self-contained and sophisticated mechanism that will aid in the growth of agricultural yield by utilizing high-tech agriculture techniques without the need for human intervention. The paper provides a summary of recent smart farming software solutions. The proposed system is based on data mining techniques and data obtained from satellite information, the Internet, and soil testing reports, which are fed into existing databases. It elegantly employs clustering algorithms for making decisions based on weather changes, by keeping track of crop growing stages, with proper water utilization, as well as the fertilizer to be used according to crop stage, as well as the pesticide to be used to protect crops from disease and insect attack. This system has the capability of increasing the productivity of fields by managing farm operations smartly.

Rice husk is an important by-product from the milling process of paddy rice, with a huge amount being produced worldwide each year and Granite powder [GP] is generated from granite cutting factories. This study presents the findings from the experimental work that was made to be evaluate the of rice husk ash to be utilised as the partial replacement for cement in the concrete grade of M20 and M25 at 28days with and without of rice husk ash. Granite powder is then replaced in the mixes with different percentages as 0% ,10%,20%,30%,40% and 50%. The compressive strength, split tensile strength are taken after 28 days the tests are conducted. By the experiment results, the mixes containing 25 % RHA and 30% of concrete in terms of compressivestrength and mixes containing 25 % RHA replacement and40 % granite powder replacement is suitable Split Tensile strength. These findings demonstrate that rice husk ash and granite powder can be partially substituted for sand and cement.

This paper is an attempt to analyze the cyclone vulnerability and risk analysis for the north-coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh using an integrating disaster management approach. It is used to examine an expected casualty rate by considering prone area inundated due to the cyclone Hudhud for a wind speed of 190 kmph from outputs of storm surge, and also number of existing cyclone shelters as inputs. The results indicate that out of 470 villages in 4 north-coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh, the affected villages due to cyclone Hudhud are 237. According to analysis of vulnerability at risk, affected villages categorized into 4 classes as, low, medium, high and very high respectively. In the four north coastal districts, out of the total affected people, more than 10% of rural is at risk and 4.3% of urban is at high risk. Further, the findings show that the existing cyclone shelters (370) can accommodate only 6.7% of rural at risk and hence safe places shall be identified for the remaining 93.3% of rural is at risk. This analysis enables the officials involved in disaster management and rescue operations to concentrate on the identified affected villages of population at risk and also to identify safe places for evacuation during cyclone Hudhud.

Naphthalene is a widely used in industries and houses as a chemical in the form of mothballs. But it has been used rarely as an agent of poisoning worldwide. We describe a case of ingestional naphthalene poisoning with a good outcome after appropriate management. A 23-year-old girl ingested 10 mothballs, and presented three days later with haemolysis and methaemoglobinaemia. She was given intravenous methylene blue, N-acetylcysteine and ascorbic acid, as additional medication to routine supportive treatment. Renal replacement therapy in the form of Sustained low-efficiency dialysis [SLED] of around 7-8 hours was done on a daily basis. She was discharged after ten days on twice a week outpatient follow-up haemodialysis.

In 1972, the small hill state of Tripura in northeastern India, a state of the United States of India, was granted the status of a sovereign state by the Government of India on 21 January. Neermahal was known as a tourist spot within Tripura state. Neermahal has houses and other halls for the residence of kings and queens. Another notable place in Tripura state is Ujjayanta Palace The architecture, sculpture and coinage of these palaces are available as a result of this kingdom shedding light on the Neermahal and Ujjayanta palaces in one paper.

The current paper focuses on the village base agriculture cropping in Nalgonda District. It studies the type of crop cultivation, crop production, irrigation and temporal variation. The primary data source was from interview schedules in four villages such as Suryapet, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda and Bahuvanagiri. The secondary data was also incorporated to verify the collected primary data from the field. The Secondary sources of data include censuses; human, livestock, agriculture, government documents, administrative records, financial records, publications and magazines, institutional libraries, and so on. In addition, advanced secondary sources include remote sensing, computer networks, and databases, among others. The present study will be useful to farmers, local agricultural authorities, state government policies, academia, and researchers in the field of agriculture.
