 Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Breathing Exercise to reducing examination stress among I year BSc Nursing students in a selected college at Salem. Method: A quantitative, evaluative approach and quasi-experimental (one group only pretest � post-test) research design was used. A sample of 60 students was selected from the selected College of Nursing at Salem, using a non-probability convenient sampling technique. The tool used to assess the level of examination stress is a four-point rating scale, which consists of psychological and physiological symptoms, after demonstrating the Breathing Exercise followed by a post-test was conducted to assess the reduced level of examination stress. Findings: The findings showed that the mean post-test examination stress score of 24.65 was lower than the mean pre-test examination stress score of 51.55 among the samples. There was a significant association between the mean pre-test score of examination stress and their selected demographic variables such as extracurricular activities and the medium of the language studied. In this study, the researcher used four types of Breathing Exercises such as alternate breathing, equal breathing, chest breathing, and nose-mouth breathing. Conclusion: The Breathing Exercise was effective to reducing the examination stress among I year BSc Nursing students.

 Abstract

This paper is intends to find the stress and coping behavior of teachers in self financing colleges. Stress is a condition which affects almost all in different kinds of profession. The stress experienced by different occupation types and job roles has been discussed in many papers with a number of different occupations being described as experiencing above average levels of stress, for example, teachers((Chris, 2001)nurses and social workers ((Kar & Mishra, 2016)), and the experiencing above average levels of stress. So with no doubt we could say teachers /educators are always stressed in their profession mainly due to the fact that in current day world they have to meet the expectation requirements of students, parents and management .In this paper stress and coping behavior of teachers is analysed on the basis of the following factors ie age, qualification, salary, experience. For the above study about 50 respondents from various department in various self financing colleges of Ernakulum were taken into consideration

 Abstract

In recent years statistical modeling technique have grown in length, its application in various fields is inadequate if not lagging behind together. The field of drug designing is not an exception to this. In this article we develop statistical model on the basis of empirical data set has been initiated and QSAR model has been developed by using the BCL2 data set. The paper produces the study to explore a quantitative structure�activity relationship (QSAR) of an especially anticancer Protein cell data set. The method is introduced with anticancer activity of Gossypol acetic acid against BCL2 (anticancer Protein cell) target for colorectal cancer, Breast cancer, Mouth cancer. The model is developed here in this chapter using 80% of 138 virtual sample. Regression coefficient of Partial least squares (PLS) for training set using Leave-one-out (LOO) method cross validation have been computed. The remaining 20% of data set has been used as a test set for the validation of the model proposed. The detection of five influencing factors which have been identified with high degree of statistical efficiency.

Nearly 750 HeadMasters participated from Warangal urban, Warangal rural, Jayashankar bhupalpally, Mulugu, Rangareddy, Medchal, Vikarabad, Janagoan, Mahabubabad. The CLIx team collected data for these online sessions through a registration form for understanding HeadTeachers background data, Method Learning process & learning platform details, Access to device & the internet.

 Abstract

A research work of herbal medicines viz. Neem leaf extract (Azadirachtaondica) , Nayantara leaf extract (cathantharoseas) and Bitter Melon fruit (monodica charantia)) powder dry and Syzygium Cumini dry powder with the patent dry gliciazide were studied on blood glucose level, hematological parameters heathy adult rats were randomly divided into 5 equal groups namely A,B,C,D and E. One group (groupA) was kept as control .The rest four groups (B,C,D,andE) of rats were treated with gliclazide 4.5mg/kg.bd.wt/day. Neem leaf extract (NtLE)1gm/kg.bd.wt/day. Nayantara leaf (NtLE) 1gm/kg.bd.wt/day.bitter melon fruit dry powder (NtLE) 1gm/ kg.bd.wt/day. Syzygium cumini (NtLE)1gm/kg.bd.wt/day. The herbal drugs used in the study bitter melon fruit powder was more effective in increasing the body Wt. in comparison with other herbal preparation (NtLE) and (NLE) and Syzygium Cumini from the present study it may be further revealed that although the patent drug Gliclazide was found to be highly effective, as blood glucose agent, but the efficacy of their different combined froms of herbal preparation was also seemed to be encouraging.

This case study has been undertaken to investigate the strategic objectives and key determinants of the licensing deal that took place between Nestle and Starbucks in the year 2018. The study has conducted an in-depth analysis of the deal and attempted to answer questions like what, where, how, how much and why arising out of the deal in order to understand the intricacies of the deal. An analysis of the returns post the deal has also been conducted to come to a conclusion about the success/failure of the deal and its future prospects.
