This research paper delves into the Paradoxical Theory of Identity and its relevance in understanding the emerging conflicts of self-manifestations on social media platforms in the contemporary world. Social Media Sites (SMS) since their inception in mid 2000s have facilitated unparalleled transformations in communications and the way people or users can mould their social appearance to be more acceptable and seen. The paper poses crucial research questions, outlines its scope and objectives, elucidates the methodology adopted, provides a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon, and concludes with insights into the implications for both individuals and society. The findings contribute to our understanding of the social media identities an individual may create and why people mobilize towards delving in an online persona.

The presented research paper describes the Shatha-Pasha tradition that has been going on for centuries in the Mahasuvi region. It depicts the life of Shatha-Pasha. In this, the facts of the impact of the war between Kauravas and Pandavas on Shatha-Pasha have been clarified. The research paper describes the journey of Shatha-Pasha from deep hostility towards each other to the emergence of mutual brotherhood between these two. Research has shown that these Shathads-Pashads reached Mahasuvi area on both sides of the Giri River and gradually their population increased and many Khash Kanat communities came into existence here, in which some Shathad Pashad communities were considered very brave. The four main communities among them have been described in this research paper under the name of four "Gedu Khashiyas". These Shathad-Pashads also used to attack each other and in order to protect themselves from these attacks, they built Tharas. There was a competition between both the groups to capture each other's land; hence there was a great fear of war during that period. Gradually, as awareness increased in the society, efforts were made by the intellectuals to end this animosity between Shatha-Pasha. Khumlis (meetings) were organized at many places in this land of Shatha-Pasha in which the chiefs and deities of both the parties also participated, as a result of which this conflict of Shatha-Pasha gradually came to an end. Now it was decided to present the war of Shathad-Pashad in the form of "Thoda" in Bishu's Jubdi (ground). Here also, for a long time, there was some feeling of animosity between the two parties, but in today's times, the feeling of hatred between the two parties has ended and both the parties play "Thoda" with each other with the feeling of brotherhood.

Today's banking business has taken a dramatic change in the last few years. There has become a trend and a precedent of online banking. Banks are allowing people to access anything and everything in their accounts online without ever stepping foot outside of their homes. This new age in convenience not only allows great opportunities for banks to cater to all of its consumers needs but it also allows a great opportunity for hackers to access a greater amount of information. The only way to keep ahead of the hackers is by staying ahead of them with the newest and latest in network securities and technologies. By using critical reasoning and problem solving the banking community and its partners are better able to deal with the potential threats that lurk around every corner. Since the world of technology is always changing and the world of securities is always changing, the hackers of the world must also adapt and change to try and stay ahead of the securities industry. The network securities industry is a major business that continues to grow and thrive in a time where computer theft is increasingly present. Unfortunately, it is impossible to these companies lo catch every hacker and every criminal that enters the web. Hackers will continue to find ways to infiltrate the system just as the bank network securities will continue to find ways of keeping them out. In the end it is a split decision because even if one hacker gets into the system out of a million, the banks have still lost a battle in ever continuing war.

Breast cancer is the second most common cause of mortality for women globally. However, with early identification and prevention, the risk of dying can be considerably reduced. Breast cells are the site of development for breast cancer, which affects women rather frequently. Breast cancer is the disease that claims the lives of the most women after lung cancer. In existing systems which use algorithms such as Decision Trees, SVM, Random Forest etc. have limitations like scalability, overfitting of the data, feature dependence, computationally intensive etc. which we try to overcome by using Deep Neural Networks like CNN. In order to improve automated breast cancer identification (WSI), we propose a convolutional neural network (CNN) technique in this study by analyzing hostile ductal carcinoma tissue zones in whole-slide pictures. This overview looks at the results of a proposed system for automatically diagnosing breast cancer using several convolutional neural network (CNN) designs and compares them to those achieved using machine learning (ML) techniques. All buildings were built from a large database.Validation tests were conducted in order to provide quantifiable results using the performance parameters of each approach. Functions like VGG16 and ResNet50 are used in this model to improve the accuracy of the model. Both architectures have shown good performance in image classification tasks, including breast cancer detection. In the last layer of architecture Softmax Activation function is used with which we can obtain meaningful class probabilities for breast cancer prediction. This discusses numerous statistics and examines breast cancer datasets to improve the accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis using convolutional neural network techniques. After analysis, the data may be looked at, evaluated, and used for training. Following that, error histograms were extracted from the dataset in order to create the confusion matrix. We may estimate accuracy levels as a result, and we can achieve high accuracy above 90 percent. The outcomes of a breast cancer prediction model can differ based on various factors, including the dataset's quality and size, the selected model architecture, and the employed optimization techniques. Ultimately, the prediction model yields a classification result that indicates whether an individual has breast cancer or not.

Women are the harbinger of society and assume a significant job in the public arena, in all fields of life, without their commitment no general public can sustain appropriately. It is rightly said -- if you educate a man, you educate an individual. But if you educate a woman, you educate a nation. Education is an integral part of every individual's life but when girls are educated, countries become stronger and prosperous. This research paper explores the intricate relationship between emotional intelligence and career demands experienced by working women in professional sectors. The pursuit of a successful career and the ability to manage one's emotions are vital aspects of personal and professional growth. However, these two dimensions often intersect and conflict, leading to a complex set of challenges for women in the workplace

Green bonds have become an effective alternate source of sustainable financing worldwide. In the fight against climate change and in meeting India's target of zero emission by 2070, there is a need for continuous and sustainable financing models. Today all the global issuance of green bonds by Indian players were oversubscribed. India has come up with its sovereign green bond framework. Though India's issuance of sustainable bonds has increased many folds post the pandemic era, much is required to be done in the local space to make Green bonds more familiar, popular and reliable. Study shows that green bonds can play an efficient role as a low-cost financing option and has an effective value addition to the funding mechanisms available during various developmental phase of a project. However, the study finds various bottlenecks faced by Green bonds issuers and investors and provide solutions in line with international practices to successfully eliminate the bottlenecks and make a vibrant market for Green Bonds

Career reentry of women is a vital facet in today's compeers as all the sectors focus on gender diversity. However, women face a lot of challenges during their re-entry into career and are vulnerable to rejection during to multiple reasons in today's competitive era. In this background, the current study is conducted to find the challenges faced by women during their re-entry into IT sector. The study also intends to assess the perceived support factor during their re-entry. The study adopts purposive sampling technique under non probability sampling with n=122, a detailed questionnaire was constructed and the Overall Scale Reliability using Cronbach's Alpha is .960 thereby using factor analysis, with the help of SPSS. The research revealed that non-availability of employment at the same level is a major challenge (m=3.57) while other factors include lack of lateral job opportunities (M=3.39) and inadequate confidence (M=3.36). On the other hand, lack of flexible working hours (M=3.33) has been found as one of the major constraints for women during their re-entry into IT sector. The study found training in self-presentation (M=3.97) as the major perceived support factor, while it also suggested that the women must be connected in a professional network and keep in constant touch with employers and colleagues (M=3.93). To conclude, public policy intervention is essential in labor markets while organizations must take initiatives and frame police guidelines to ensure gender diversity, age and gender-based non-discrimination and provide equal opportunities for talented women re-entrants.

The ever-increasing rate of urbanization and industrialization has led to a rise in various forms of pollution in the ecosystem. Heavy metal is one such pollutant that has been widely spread and can affect the environment in different forms. They can accumulate readily in living systems including plants. Food crops or edible plants contaminated with heavy metals can be consumed by humans and result in various health issues. Food crops are a necessity in the human diet and contamination of them can be harmful. In this review, we focus on heavy metals accumulation in different crops, their source, effects on nutrient contents on the plants, and their health risk. From the various reports, we can understand that the type of plants, and the ecosystem in which they are grown plays a major role in the accumulation of heavy metals. They can be classified as excluders, accumulators, and hyperaccumulators according to their affinity to accumulate metals. Heavy metal accumulation can also influence the nutrient content of the plants, which can be a reason for nutrient deficiency in the human population.

Achondroplasia men face unique challenges in finding clothing that fits well and complements their personal style due to their short stature and disproportionate limb lengths. This abstract explores the style fit issues experienced by these individuals and proposes potential solutions to enhance their fashion choices. Challenges stem from physical characteristics, limited availability of specialized clothing, and psychological impacts like self-esteem and exclusion from mainstream fashion. Inclusive fashion brands, collaborations with designers, 3D printing technology, made-to-measure clothing, and online communities offer promising avenues for addressing these issues. By promoting inclusivity and self-expression, these solutions aim to empower achondroplasia men in the fashion industry. Embracing diverse body types and providing tailored options can create a more inclusive and accommodating fashion landscape. This abstract highlights the importance of addressing style fit challenges for achondroplasia men to foster a sense of confidence and belonging in their fashion choices.
