The total chlorophyll content increased within 15 days of exposure in the control set and the value increased further on 15th day of recovery. A maximum of 7.3% increase was recorded on 12th day and on 15th day 3.9% increase over the control value was marked in conc. X set. When the exposed alga was transferred to toxicant free medium, the chlorophyll content increased insignificantly. A maximum of 25.6% decrease was recorded on 12th day and on 15th day 35.3% decrease over the control value was marked in conc. Y set. A maximum of 89% decrease was recorded on 12th day and on 15th day 97.1% decrease over the control value was marked in conc. Z set. The percent decrease increased with the increase in exposure period, where a positive correlation was marked. A maximum of 97.06% decrease was recorded on 15th day of exposure in conc. Z set. No significant recovery was recorded in conc. Y set and no recovery was marked in concentration Z set, when the exposed alga was transferred to toxicant free nutrient medium, rather higher depletion was noted. At conc. X, the carotenoid content increased at all exposure periods, when compared to the control value except on 3rd day. Insignificant partial recovery was recorded in conc X and no recovery was marked in conc.Y, when the exposed alga was transferred to toxicant free, nutrient medium. In case of conc.-Z, highly significant decrease in the carotenoid level was noted. In conc. X, the ratio value was significantly high when compared to control value at all exposure periods and recovery periods. Interestingly, the ratio value decreased in conc. Y at all exposure and recovery periods when compared to control and conc.-X. From the data, it was evident that the ratio value can be an indicator of stress in plant systems. The residual cadmium level increased with the increase in exposure period in all three tested concentrations. During recovery period partial recovery was noted. Prolonged recovery period indicated reversal of inhibition. The residual cadmium level decreased significantly after 30days of recovery and 60days of recovery.

This paper proposes a healthcare advisor chatbot that uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to analyze user-input symptoms and predict the appropriate specialist for consultation. The framework uses the naive Bayes classifier, random forest classifier, and support vector machine (SVM) classifier to generate individual predictions based on the symptoms[1-3]. The final prediction is determined by the mode of these three predictions, ensuring a strong and accurate suggestion. The project aims to provide quick and efficient counsesling to patients, encouraging early treatment and preventing the worsening of diseases. By enabling users to interact naturally with the chatbot, effective communication is achieved. The framework is implemented using the Python programming language, combining NLP and ML techniques. The feasibility study confirms the technical, financial, and social feasibility of the project, leveraging established technologies, promoting cost-effective development and maintenance, and addressing the healthcare needs of users. By using different classifiers, the proposed chatbot improves the reliability and accuracy of specialist suggestions, leading to improved healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Over the last two-three decades, diaspora literature has attracted worldwide attention. Many Indian English women writers such as Bharati Mukherjee, Jhumpa Lahiri, Kiran Desai, Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, and many others, have delineated the diasporic themes in their fictional writings. Manju Kapur's fourth novel The Immigrant, which came out in 2009, is dedicated to the depiction of an immigrant person's struggle and experience in going overseas and settling down there. Issues like migration problems, cultural conflict, sense of alienation, discrimination based on skin color, language, appearance, choice of food, etc., plague the immigrants in a routine manner. In The Immigrant Manju Kapur explores the circumstances and challenges faced by two immigrant characters in Canada, who are also the central characters in the novel, namely, Nina and Ananda. The narrative portrays their grief, conflicts, adjustment and adaptation of new culture, new language, and new attire in a foreign land. They leave behind their homeland, their family and relatives because they want to fulfill their dreams of a good life and achieve something new in life. But peace of mind eludes them. Manju Kapur paints this situation quite poignantly and evocatively.
