Design piracy in the fashion industry, a prevalent and growing concern, poses significant monetary challenges to both designers and the broader economy. This paper delves into the intricate relationship between intellectual property laws and the fashion market, particularly focusing on the convergence of section 15 of the Copyright Act, 1957, and Section 2 (c) of the Designs Act, 2000, in the context of design piracy. The study examines the legal framework surrounding fashion designs, exploring the ambiguities and overlaps between copyright and design rights, and their implications on piracy related monetary losses. By analysing case laws, this research sheds light on the challenges faced by designers due to the inadequacy of existing legal provisions. It investigates how the lack of clear demarcation between artistic expression and functional aspects of fashion designs hampers the effective protection. Consequently, this ambiguity not only hinders innovation but also leads to economic repercussions, impacting designer's revenues, investments, and overall market competition. Additionally, this paper proposes potential solutions and recommendations for addressing design piracy. These recommendations aim to foster a more conducive environment for innovation, creativity, and economic growth within the fashion industry. In summary, this research provides valuable insights into the monetary impact of design piracy in the fashion industry, offering a comprehensive analysis of the legal challenges posed by the intersection of section 15 of the Copyright Act, 1957, and Section 2 (c) of the Designs Act, 2000. By bridging the gap between legal theory and practical implications, this study contributes to the ongoing discourse on intellectual property rights in the context of fashion, ultimately fostering a more secure and thriving environment for designers and stakeholders in the industry.

Impurities within pharmaceuticals can be thought of as unwelcome companions that accompany the primary active ingredients. They can originate during the manufacturing process, formulation, or even emerge as a product ages. These impurities can significantly affect the purity and overall quality of both the drug substance and the final product intended for patients' use. Regulatory bodies are actively working to provide precise definitions and guidelines to ensure the safety and efficacy of pharmaceuticals for the well-being of patients. If you have any further questions or topics you'd like to delve into, please feel free to ask. An impurity in the context of pharmaceuticals refers to any substance found in the drug substance (bulk material) or the final drug product (in its container) that is not the specified chemical entity of the drug substance, an excipient, or any other additives intentionally included in the drug product. Impurities in pharmaceuticals can manifest as unwanted chemical compounds that either persist within the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) or arise during the formulation process or with the passage of time, affecting both the APIs and the formulated medicines. Some key analytical methods employed to identify and quantify these impurities include Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and spectroscopy. These techniques are crucial for ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products.

Train defer forecast can work on the nature of train dispatching, which assists the dispatcher with assessing the running condition of the train all the more precisely and pursue sensible dispatching choice. The deferral of one train is impacted by many elements, for example, traveler stream, shortcoming, outrageous climate, dispatching system. The flight season of one train is for the not set in stone by dispatchers, which is restricted by their system and information. The current train defer expectation strategies can't exhaustively think about the worldly and spatial reliance between the various trains and courses. In this paper, we don't attempt to foresee the particular postpone season of one train, yet foresee the aggregate combined impact of train defer over a specific period, which is addressed by the complete number of appearance defers in one station. We propose a profound learning structure, train spatio-fleeting diagram convolutional network (TSTGCN), to anticipate the aggregate combined impact of train defer in one station for train dispatching and crisis plans. The proposed model is principally made out of the new, everyday and week after week parts. Every part contains two sections: spatio-transient consideration system and spatio-worldly convolution, which can really catch spatio-fleeting qualities. The weighted combination of the three parts creates the last forecast outcome. The trials on the train activity information from China Rail route Traveler Ticket Framework exhibit that TSTGCN plainly beats the current high level baselines in train defer forecast

This paper examines the socio-economic status of women in informal sectors specifically the vegetable vendors in the Itanagar Capital Region of the state. This study uses a purposive random sampling method to select 50 respondents, collectively from the Itanagar Capital Region. It has been observed that the majority of the women workers engaged in the informal sector; the quality of implementation is poor with no to minimal skill or access as many a time it is stigmatized as troublesome and unmanageable.

The active growth of Internet-based applications such as social networks and e-commerce websites leads people to generate a tremendous number of opinions and reviews about products and services. Thus, it becomes very crucial to automatically process them. Over the last ten years, many systems have been proposed to generate and visualize reputation by mining textual and numerical reviews. However, they have neglected the fact that online reviews could be posted by malicious users that intend to affect the reputation of the target product. Besides, these systems provide an overall reputation value toward the entity and disregard generating reputation scores toward each aspect of the product. Therefore, we developed a system that incorporates spam filtering, review popularity, review posting time, and aspect-based sentiment analysis to generate accurate and reliable reputation values. The proposed model computes numerical reputation values for an entity and its aspects based on opinions collected from various platforms. Our proposed system also offers an advanced visualization tool that displays detailed information about its output. Experiment results conducted on multiple datasets collected from various platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Amazon ...) show the efficacy of the proposed system compared with state-of-the-art reputation generation systems.
