The exercise of disposable bias is a implicit source of significant cost savings to hospitals. In particular, single- use percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty( PTCA) catheters and electro physiologic and ablation catheters( EP) have come a major expenditure in sanitarium budgets. We modelled the cost application of single- use catheters versus reused catheters for interventional cardiology. An algorithm was used in order to model the sanitarium costs related to the two options. The model was constructed using the factual costs at theS.Chiara General Hospital of Trento. Exercise of PTCA catheters has been associated with a implicit savings ofEUR 27,672(8.1) compared to single- use; with an increased number of reutilization up to 3 times of the same catheters the savings have further than doubled. Savings were advanced with electro physiologic and ablation catheters, aboutEUR 53,191 i.e.31.8 of the costs for single- use catheter. Use of this model can be give the quantum of savings for each sanitarium with primary centers performing PTCA and electrophysiology.

Recently people get health advice from the social media and they started understanding of the pathology of the disease. The easily available plants like drumstick leaves have control over blood pressure. Gotu kola is a forgotten herb. The easily available plants like gotu kola leaves have control over blood pressure. The present study aimed to assess the effectiveness of gotu kola leaves on blood pressure. The subjected were selected based on inclusion criteria by purposive sampling techniques and divided into experimental and control group. The intervention was carried out for the period of 6 months, the subjects were followed up via phone call. The present study proven the evidence of the gotu kola leaves has the best control over blood pressure on human samples. On constant consumption of gotu kola leaves has benefit among the hypertensive clients over a period of time. Further study required to detailed follow up of the samples throughout the study period. The personal factors like loss in the family, business or any other crisis condition, hospital admission during the study period due to any other reason, changes in the work status or family structure and additional responsibilities like marriage, school/college admission also affect the general condition of the samples.

The use of nanomaterials in drug delivery for medical purposes is becoming increasingly common. The review aims to summarize nanomaterial based drug that can be used to treat and reduce pain through a single drug or a combination of several treatments. The use of nanoparticles can provide controlled release and targeted delivery of drug while increasing the compatibility of antibiotics. These not only improve the pharmacokinetics and biodistribution of analgesia but also improved the analgesic effect while reducing side effects. In addition the combination is often used for anesthesia. Coencapaulation of multiple therapeutics agent into a single nano formulation for synergistic drug delivery has received great attention. Various system used a combination of several goals to provide longterm physical activity and reduce the frequency of medication use. However it is worth noting that these nanomaterial-based treatments are still in the research phase and more research is needed before they can be effectively translated into clinical practice.

In the recent days, nearly of the prevailing conditions nutritional conditions are treated with natural medicines. The term " phyto " means factory while " some " means cell- suchlike. Phytosomes are recently introduced herbal phrasings that are more absorbed and as a result produced better bioavailability and conduct than the conventional phytomotes or botanical excerpt. Phytosomes are produced by a process whereby the standardized factory excerpt or its constituents are bound to phospholipids, mainly phosphatidylcholine producing a lipid compatible Complexity at the molecular level.1 Phytosome exhibits better absorption than traditional herbal extracts, producing better bioavailability. owing to their improved pharmacological and pharmacokinetic components. By increasing bioavailability in the target site in comparison to ordinary herbal extracts, phytosomes are a type of herbal expression that have improved the therapeutic benefits of factory extracts and herbal lead patches. The bioactive phytoconstituents of the seasoning material are present in this improved form of herbal expression, which is bonded and contained by a lipid. Compared to standard botanical extracts, phytosomes showed improved pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics response.2 Phytosomes have improved pharmacokinetic and pharmacological parameters, which can be utilized to treat acute and recurrent liver complaints that are caused by toxic metabolic or pestilent agents or that are degenerative in character

Improving the user experience is key to encouraging mass acceptance and long-term usage of digital payments, which are becoming more and more popular in this period. This paper focuses on three essential elements--design, convenience, and trust--that enhance the user experience with digital payments. It explores the significance of using user-centric design principles to create payment interfaces that are simple to use and satisfy a wide range of user needs. In addition, it highlights the significance of simplicity in digital payment procedures, including streamlined onboarding, expedited and secure transactions, and customized features that enhance user contentment and involvement. Another crucial component is developing trust, and this study explores how to accomplish this with digital payment systems by using strong security protocols, open data practices, and efficient communication. It also highlights the role of financial literacy and education in fostering user confidence and promoting responsible digital payment behaviour. Digital payment providers may enhance the user experience and boost adoption and engagement by comprehending and tackling these concerns. The insights presented in this paper aim to guide industry practitioners, policymakers, and researchers in their efforts to design and implement user-centric digital payment solutions that drive convenience, trust, and ultimately, user satisfaction.

This study examines Tae Kwon Do practitioner manuals as sites for better understanding the way diverse rhetorics can become embodied through technique. This dissertation understands martial arts in a Foucauldian sense as rhetorical institutions which discipline practitioners both physically and ideologically. A theory of "embodied topoi," a term coined here to describe the process by which cultural commonplaces are incorporated into a material, carnal, or performed identity is presented alongside a review of how athletic or martial bodies have been previously studied. Seven popular Tae Kwon Do technical manuals are analyzed for moments when 1. Commonplaces are described, 2. "Daoist topoi" are linked to specific techniques, 3. These "embodied topoi" are connected to inter/intrapersonal skill development. Results demonstrate that Tae Kwon Do pumsae were rhetorically invented to respond to various audience expectations about martial arts more broadly as well as political or social exigencies. Nearly all manuals featured explicit descriptions of underlying philosophical concepts to be embodied and a majority attempt to pinpoint these ideas manifesting in specific martial techniques. Pedagogical tools for helping first-year students (as well as writing instructors and administrators) develop those habits are presented in the conclusion alongside future research projects surrounding rhetorics of violence and the ethics of cultivating martial bodies.

Freedom is an essential component in the human life which determines self-awareness of an individual and thereby realizes the potentialities of life. The Physical freedom can be achieved by proper socialization process and stable social contracts based on the humanitarian values. On the other hand, cognitive freedom is a sensitive issue where it requires the harmonious balance between one's individual and social life. The strained human relationships often create cognitive dissonance which can be seen throughout the history of colonialism. The British in India imprisoned the psyche of Indians by creating hierarchies, mental complexities, verbal abuse and they disguised it in the form of white-man's burden. Raja Rao's Kanthapura unleashed such trivialities by exploring the socio-cultural and spiritual values embedded in the Indian way of life. The villagers of Kanthapura might sacrifice their space and root but the level of complacence they attained will be a model for decolonizing process in the post-colonial era. The research paper has used historical, textual and ethnographic method to answer the pondering questions on the aspects like values, space and time, language in relation to the decolonization process.
