This abstract offers an insight into the in-depth examination of the Buddhist philosophy's Pratityasamutpada, or Dependent Origination, idea. One of the core ideas of Buddhism is Pratityasamutpada, which describes the complex causal chain that supports all being. This research explores the complex aspects of Pratityasamutpada, its centrality in understanding causality dynamics, and its significant ramifications for the quest for emancipation. The study explores the beginnings and development of Pratityasamutpada, showing the wide range of interpretations by following its path from early Buddhist writings to the Mahayana school. The study demonstrates how this doctrine provides a thorough framework for comprehending the interdependence of all events, clarifying the cyclical nature of existence and suffering, by looking at the twelve links of dependent origination. In addition, this examination examines Pratityasamutpada's practical implications for those pursuing the Buddha's teachings of Siddhartha Gautama, the way of escape from the cycle of suffering. It looks at how enlightenment can be attained more easily when one is aware of impermanence, causal interconnectivity, and the lack of an enduring self. Understanding how ignorance, craving, and attachment play a crucial part in causing pain, people can work toward the end of suffering, which is the central goal of Buddhist emancipation. Essentially, this study aims to shed light on the tremendous importance of Pratityasamutpada in Buddhist philosophy, acting as a foundational framework for understanding the complexities of causality and offering a path towards enlightenment. It highlights how this age-old belief is still relevant in today's conversations about enlightenment, suffering, and the human condition.

The purpose of the present study is to explore the TPACK awareness among secondary school teachers of Kamrup (M) district of Assam, India. It is necessary to make the teaching learning situation effective and fruitful. The sample of the present study is comprised of 80 secondary school teachers of Kamrup (M), Assam, India taken in a purposive way through online mode. The investigator has used self-made TPACK-awareness scale with 14 items as per the objective of the study. Descriptive survey design has been employed. The findings revealed that majority of the secondary school teachers of Kamrup (M) district of Assam have TPACK awareness. More than 70% secondary school teachers agreed that along with proper content knowledge a teacher must possesses pedagogical knowledge as well as technological knowledge to optimize the learning outcome.

Suppositories are solid lozenge forms intended for insertion into body perforations where they melt, soften, or dissolve and ply localized or systemic goods. Lozenge form characteristics. Rectal suppositories for grown-ups weigh 2 gm and are torpedo shape .A suppository is a medicated solid dosage form generally intended for use in the rectum, vagina and to a lesser extent, the urethra .After insertion they melt or soften at body temperature, whereas vaginal suppositories sometimes called as pessaries, are also made as compressed tablets that disintegrate fluids. Suppositories are solid, single-dose preparations. The shape, volume and consistency of suppositories are suitable for rectal administration. Suppositories are special shaped solid or stiffened semisolid dosage forms for insertion into body cavities like rectum, vagina or urethral tract. Either molded in definite size and shape Used to produce local, systemic effects After insertion they melt or soften at body temperature, whereas vaginal suppositories sometimes called as pessaries, are made to disintegrate in body fluids Suppositories are ideal for infants, elderly individuals and post-operative patients, who are unable to swallow oral medications, and for individuals experiencing severe nausea and/or vomiting.

This research paper aims to predict customer interest in purchasing vehicle insurance from a health insurance company using data science techniques. The study uses data collected from health insurance holders of the company and employs data processing, analysis, and visualization techniques to prepare the data for machine learning models. Three models, namely logistic regression, Naive Bayes, and random forests were trained on the data, and their performance matrices were compared to determine the best-performing model. The study concludes that the random forests model outperformed the other two models in predicting customer interest in purchasing vehicle insurance. The results of this study have practical implications for health insurance companies seeking to expand their service offerings to customers. The study contributes to the growing field of data science in the insurance industry and highlights the potential benefits of using machine learning models to predict customer interests. The results of this research can aid insurance companies in developing targeted marketing strategies and improving customer satisfaction.

Histoid Hansen is a type of multibacillary leprosy . It is present among young adult (average age between 20 to 40 yrs.) with male preponderance. In histoid Hansen, bacillary load is high and generally come into the lepromatous leprosy spectrum. Clinically patient present as shinny papules and nodules on the relatively normal skin. Histoid Hansen with mucosal involvement is extremely rare. We here by report the case of histoid Hansen with hard palate involvement.

ABSTRACT: Stress is a major part of our everyday life, associated with most activities we perform on a daily basis and if we are not careful about managing stress, it can have a detrimental impact on our health. Despite recent advances in this domain, HRV analysis is still the most common method to detect stress, and although the results that have been produced are admirable, feature extraction is complicated and time consuming. We propose an algorithm to convert 1D (dimensional) ECG data from WESAD (wearable stress and affect detection dataset) into 2D ECG images, which are representative of stress/not stress. It does not require time consuming processes such as feature extraction and filtering. We utilize transfer learning to obtain competitive results. We also demonstrate that model compression techniques can significantly reduce the computational size of the algorithms, without sacrificing much of the performance, as evident from a classification accuracy of 90.62% using the quantization technique. Results substantiate the effectiveness of our proposed method and empirically demonstrates the potential of deep learning algorithms for edge computing and mobile applications, which utilizes low performing hardware.

Leadership Skills are the qualities of a person to lead any group of people for achieving any goal. Leadership skill are acquired hence the great leaders are evolved in the society. A good leader inspires others and led them to right direction. Educational leadership is required in the educational system for better achievement of educational objectives through good process, material and training improvements. This is achieved through collaboration of parents, educators, students, society, administrators and public. Leadership is strongly associated with school performances. The present research paper focuses on finding the level of leadership in Prospective Teachers. In this study survey method has been employed. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) of Bass & Avolio (2004) [1] was used for data collection. The sample for the study consisted of 100 Prospective Teachers of District Hamirpur in Himachal Pradesh. The findings of the study revealed that there is no significant difference in Leadership styles of Male and Female Prospective Teachers.

Vitamins are chemicals that an organism requires in hint quantities to carry out various organic features. Vitamins are not synthesized via the use of people and ought to be received via food. Vitamins are divided into classes based totally on their solubility: water-soluble nutrients and fat-soluble nutrients. The immune machine, good coronary heart feature, and eye health all advantage from fats-soluble nutrients. In a low-fat, no longer-fats, and vegan food regimen, fats soluble nutrients are extraordinarily restrained. These are by and large received from a healthy eating regimen. In this evaluate article, we look at the numerous factors of fat-soluble vitamins.
