The Nartananirnaya is regarded as the most prominent and essential text written in Sanskrit by Pandarika Vitthala in the late 16th Century. The major subject of Nartananirnaya is dancing and the description of the dance forms explained in the text acts as a source for revisiting the history of Indian dance and music [1]. Pandarika Vitthala covers many dance forms of various areas within India that were prevalent at his time. The author states about the regions of India where the particular style developed, the language of the songs, methods of communication and also gives specific details about dance forms practiced in a region. Pandarika Vitthala, a multifaceted artist, researcher, and writer, had the chance to observe and engage with both the various regional traditions of India and more modern customs imported from Persia. It also served as a textual authority and a theoretical foundation for subsequent discussions of the theory and practice of music and dance. This study provides an insight into the factors determining dance mentioned by Pandarika Vitthala in his work Nartananirnaya. An increasing order of importance in specifying the qualities and characteristics of the determinants of dance has been followed by the author which is a unique method of representation.

As per information introduced in 2018 at the 70th yearly meeting of the Cardiological Society of India (CSI), one in each five youthful grown-ups in India today has hypertension, or hypertension. Most individuals with hypertension live with the fantasy that high BP is a long lasting illness while the truth of the matter is that it is a way of life sickness and not a deep rooted infection. Hypertension frequently isn't viewed as the offender until a serious clinical issue shows up. It is a risky sickness by its own doing, nonetheless, with various difficulties. Hypertension can forever harm the eyes, lungs, heart, or kidneys. Harmful (i.e., exceptionally raised) circulatory strain is lethal: without treatment less than 10% of individuals with threatening hypertension get by for more than 1-2 years. Universal relevance signifies the capacity of an idea or story to tap into shared human experiences, emotions, and values that transcend the boundaries of time and place. This comparative study explores the universal relevance of two emotionally resonant narratives, "The Blue Umbrella" is a novella by Ruskin Bond and "The Little Match Girl" is a short story by Hans Christian Andersen. Despite their distinct cultural and temporal origins, these stories encompass common thematic elements that deeply connect with readers on a universal level. Through a comparative analysis, we delve into the human condition, shared emotions, and enduring themes such as empathy, desire, moral growth, and the resilience of the human spirit. Both narratives serve as poignant reminders of the significance of caring for those in need, promoting empathy and fostering social awareness that transcends cultural boundaries. This essay underscores how these stories address fundamental aspects of the human experience, rendering them universally relevant and emotionally compelling to readers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Devadasi system was a complex institution with religious, cultural, and social dimensions. It played a significant role in the history of India but eventually faced criticism for its exploitation of women. Efforts have been made to eradicate the system and provide support for women who were once a part of it, while preserving the rich cultural heritage associated with Devadasis. Devadasi is a name given to a girl 'dedicated' to a deity in a temple for worship and service of the deity for the rest of her life. This was prominent in southern and parts of western India. The dedication of the girl takes place in a ceremony similar to marriage and is called 'pottukattu'. The practice often leads to the trafficking and forced prostitution of young girls. Despite being outlawed in 1988, the system continuous to persist in certain pockets of the country. It is crucial for society to work collectively to end the Devadasi system. The empowerment and protection of women and girls across India. In this article, we have discussed the origin and background of this practice, and its various prospects.

The current study used a hybrid research style that combines desk-based and field-based techniques to validate the conclusions and provide a comprehensive review of how the Swachh Bharat Mission has influenced waste pickers' earning potential and quality of life. The study concentrated on urban areas, specifically Alwal, Venkatapurum, and Macha Bollarum, which are all part of Hyderabad's Alwal municipality. A sample size of 120 waste pickers was selected from the current study to evaluate the goals. The Clean Indian Mission gave waste pickers a way to improve their earning potential and, as a result, their socioeconomic standing. According to the study, waste collection, sorting, and transportation is a challenging task that necessitates competence and patience Furthermore, because they view waste as gold, waste pickers take pride in their line of work. Despite the fact that the Swachh Bharat Mission is not intended to provide employment for garbage pickers. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan's primary goals are to make Indian cities clean and to attain the zero-waste target. According to the report, the Clean Indian Mission offered waste pickers with an opportunity to boost their earning potential and, as a result, their socioeconomic position. The Mission provided the opportunity for waste pickers to learn the skill to drive auto tippers. One of the things the Clean Indian Mission introduced was a competitive atmosphere, which drove every municipality to improve and offer new techniques to solid waste management, and thus be in constant rivalry to do better than the other municipality.

Researchers throughout the previous studies have tried to overview the relationship between bilingualism and intelligence. They tried to sort out the puzzle that does bilingualism enhance cognitive development or do more intellectually gifted children become highly proficient bilinguals. In order to overcome these flaws in the previous studies, we have reviewed the extensive literature and reached the conclusion that the previous studies showed negative results because of the methodological shortcomings. Despite, these flaws, the positive consequences show what is possible with balanced bilinguals under positive circumstances and this line of research merits further attention.

The current study evaluated four different solvent compositions for their proportional ability to extract total phenolic, total flavonoid, and total tannin (TF and TT) components from the peels of kiwis (Actinidia Deliciosa Planch), as well as to profile the composition of these plant by-products and to measure their antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anticancer activities. Chemical studies revealed that the content of moisture, protein, crude fat, total carbs, and ash was 85.27% of fresh weight, 12.62, 3.70, 76.92, and 6.50% of dry weight, respectively. Kiwifruit is widely known for its ability to combat digestive difficulties, cardiovascular illnesses, skin health, diabetes, inflammation, and microbial activity, among other things, making it ideally suited for therapeutic interventions.
