Watermelon (Citrullus lantanas) is a nourishing and popular fruit in the world. Watermelon is grown in favourable climates from tropical to temperate regions worldwide belong to the family Cucurbitaceae. Watermelon contains phytochemicals such as polyphenols, flavonoids, stilbenes/lignans, and is rich source of carotenoids, lycopene. Watermelon contains cucurbitacin E which is anti-inflammatory phytonutrient and amino acids such as L-arginine and citrulline. It is the major source of vitamin C and vitamin A. In the nutritional composition of watermelon includes carbohydrates, sugar, soluble and insoluble fibres. Moreover, is contains good amount of potassium and magnesium. Watermelon by-products which can be produced such as juice, smoothies, dips, seed oils, medicines, ethanol etc., consumption of watermelons imparts various health benefits such as chemical components of watermelon enhance its capacity to scavenge the low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in a cell membrane. A plethora of evidence shows that it can be effective for weight loss. Several epidemiological studies showed it has phytochemicals that can reduce risk of Cardio Vascular Disease (CVD) aging related ailments, obesity, diabetes, ulcers, and various types of cancers. Watermelon pomace is reported to be a concentrated source of lycopene as compared to the juice. This review shows up to date information on nutritional and Phytochemical constituents of watermelon, its wastage and by products and different methods used for dehydration, extraction and analysis of its chemical constituents. Citrullus lanatus has been reportedly used widely in traditional herbal medicine. The leaves of Citrullus lanatus is analgesic, anti-inflammatory, mosquitocidal, gonorrhoea and anti-microbial property. The fruits of Citrullus lanatus are eaten as a febrifuge when fully ripe or even when almost putrid. The fruit is used as a diuretic, anti-cancer, for treatment of high BP, antiviral and is effective in the treatment of dropsy and renal stones. The seed is also a good vermifuge and has a hypotensive action. It is demulcent, pectoral and tonic. It is sometimes used in the treatment of the urinary tract infections as well as bed wetting. The root is purgative and in high dose it can also serve as emetic. Fatty oil in the seed, as well as aqueous or alcoholic extracts, had been reported to paralyze tapeworms and roundworms. The seed oil has an anthelmintic action which is better than that of pumpkin seed oil.

This study has been undertaken to investigate the determinants of purchasing, a common phenomenon in the modern marketing world. A sample of 78 girls was selected on the basis of stratified random sampling methods as respondents. The result of the analysis showed that consumers have different preferences for cosmetics. The results of the marketing strategies and promotional methods try to change consumer decision-making through buying. The results and implications are useful for future research. The present paper aims to focus on the consumer preference for cosmetics among college girls in the district of Bangalore. The results of the analysis showed that consumers have different preferences for cosmetics.

The article discusses the concept of Geographical Indication (GI) tags and their significance in protecting products with specific regional qualities and heritage. It mentions that products with GI tags often carry a logo or label indicating their protected status. The article provides examples of GI-tagged products from various countries, including India's Basmati rice controversy with Pakistan. It explains the importance of GI tags in preserving cultural heritage and supporting local communities. The article also highlights the identification of GI tags in India, where a specific logo including "GI" and product details is used. If any duplicate GI tags are suspected, individuals can report them to the relevant authorities in India for investigation and possible action. Overall, the article emphasizes the importance of GI tags in safeguarding the uniqueness of products tied to specific regions and protecting their reputation. It also addresses concerns related to potential infringements and the role of authorities in addressing them.

Criminal investigations in the field of forensic science continue to be built around the unmistakable identification of individuals through the study of latent fingerprints. This study has traditionally been restricted to porous surfaces because such materials' natural properties make it easier to see and analyze fingerprint residue. But non-porous surfaces like glass, metal, and plastic have long baffled forensic specialists and investigators, making the production of latent prints dependent on cutting-edge and reliable techniques. The goal of developing latent prints on non-porous surfaces has received fresh life in recent years thanks to the inclusion of novel methods and materials in the forensic toolbox. Among these innovative methods, the use of walnut shell fly ash, a byproduct of the combustion of walnut shells, has drawn substantial attention for it. It offers the possibility of a long-lasting, affordable, and economical technique for latent fingerprint creation on non-porous surfaces.

Changes in wetland habitat can alter the dynamics of waterbird populations. Investigated the effect of hydrological and dependant variable on the population of waterbird in Thattekkad Bird Sanctuary. Generalized linear mixed models were used to determine the effect of hydrological and dependant variable on water bird number. The research findings unambiguously point to the variations in the avian strength as some very vulnerable species perish and new species emerge owing to the fluctuation A scientific version of the existing wetlands management plan is urgently required by incorporating new rules and regulations for tackling the current problems and ecological crisis affecting the wetlands. Such a step can go a long way towards ensuring the habitat requirements of endemic macrophytes, macroinvertebrates, fish and birds. This research and observations have revealed that preservation of temporal and spatial habitat preference of endemic species must be given a higher priority for maintaining the species diversity and for erecting a bulwark against survival problems and threats of extinction.

This study set out to directly compress sphere aggregates of BCS class-II drug in order to create a tablet with increased processability. Clarithromycin By applying the crystallo-Coagglomeration approach and the PVP K-30 composed of polymers solution, spherical agglomerates were created. Acetone worked well as a solvent, water served as an antisolvent for the clarithromycin, and dichloromethane served as a binding liquid for the agglomeration process. Based on the findings of in-vitro drug release experiments on particle size and solubility, an optimized formulation was chosen. Compared to pure medication, formulation batches show improved dissolving behaviour. Due to size expansion and spherical shape, it was possible to notice a considerable improvement in micromeritics properties, which indicated a change in crystal habit. The spherical agglomeration is prepared in large part by determining the processing conditions Using clarithromycin and an appropriate solution to change the material's characteristics to allow for direct compression

Internet became more powerful and basic tool for every person's need and the way people work. By integrating various online information management tools using Internet, various innovative companies have set up systems for taking customer orders, facilitate making of payments, customer service, collection of marketing data, and online feedback respectively. These activities have collectively known as e-commerce or Internet commerce. Online shopping made so easy for everyone with their product variations and simple way to buy things. An attempt has been made to critically examine various corporate and business level strategies of two big e-tailers and those are Flipkart and Amazon. E-commerce market of India is showing tremendous growth from the last couple of years and was expected to become the second-largest e-commerce market in the world by 2034.

From the years, scientists have practiced to describe disorders caused by genetic and environmental factors. The function of epigenetics in human diseases has been examined from years ago. This review describes the effect of epigenetics on human by various methods. Epigenetics play an important role in evaluation and activity of natural immunity. The various effects such as diet obesity, physical activity, alcohol consumption, environmental pollutants, psychological stress are responsible for epigenetics. Epigenetics is also refer as epigenomics.Epigentics control the gene expression by the cross talk of various epigenetic mechanism Such as DNA methylation ( a stabilized alteration) ,Histone changes ( which regulate reversibility),chromatic composition change and untranslated RNA,Each mechanism works in various way to control gene expression. The some of above mechanism could be convey to next generations.
