A brain tumor is an abnormal growth of cells in the brain. These growths can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous), and they can develop within the brain itself (primary brain tumor) or spread from other parts of the body to the brain (metastatic or secondary brain tumor).Early diagnosis and prompt medical intervention are essential to determine the tumor type, develop an appropriate treatment plan, and potentially improve the prognosis. This research project leverages the power of Deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) and transfer learning to classify brain tumor into three distinct categories: Meningioma, Glioma, and Pituitary tumor to assist medical professionals in the accurate diagnosis of brain tumor. The project utilizes the ResNet 50 architecture, a well-established deep learning model pre-trained on large-scale image datasets, to extract meaningful features from brain tumor images. The potential of deep learning in medical image analysis contributes to the early detection and classification of brain tumor. The automated classification system benefits in analyzing medical images rapidly, reducing the time required for diagnosis, and reducing the potential for human error and subjectivity in the interpretation of medical images. The results indicate high accuracy and demonstrate the feasibility of using deep learning models for clinical decision support in the field of radiology and neurosurgery. This research holds promise for improving the speed and accuracy of brain tumor diagnosis, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes.

ABSTRACT Phytotherapeutic plants have been the main source of raw ingredients for the treatment of a wide range of ailments, since ancient times. In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and manage illnesses, many people rely on medicinal plants. Ethnomedicinal plant Clematis zeylanica (L.) Pori. also known as Naravelia zeylanica (Linn) DC., belonging to the family ranunculaceae is used in the Indian ayurvedic medicinal system. Helminthiasis, dermatopathy, leprosy, rheumatalgia, odontalgia, colic inflammation, wounds, and ulcers are just a few of the conditions it helps treat. The purpose of the current study was to assess the photochemical and biological characteristics of Clematis zeylanica. The photochemical composition of the ethanol extract of leaves and flowers was examined using Gas chromatogram-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). The ethanol extract of Clematis zeylanica leaves and flowers was subjected to GC-MS/MS analysis and identified 31 and 29 bioactive chemical compounds, respectively. n-Hexadecanoic acid (22.98%), Linoleic acid ethyl ester (9.69%), 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid, ethyl ester, (Z,Z,Z)- (6.94%), and 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid, (Z,Z,Z)- (6.76%), Geranyl palmitoleate (4.30%) make up the majority of the bioactive components in leaves. 3,7,11,15-tetramethylhexadec-2en-1-yl acetate (8.52%), (Tanshinone IIA) Phenanthro[1,2-b]furan-10,11-dione, 6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-1,6,6-trimethyl- (5.84% +3.48% +5.36%), and beta-Tocopherol, O-methyl- (2.58%) are the principal bioactive chemicals found in flowers. This study reports compounds 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid, ethyl ester, (Z,Z,Z)-, 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid, (Z,Z,Z), Linoleic acid ethyl ester, Phenanthro[1,2-b]furan-10,11-dione, Geranyl palmioleate, Squalene as important new lead compounds for the first time from this species. Plants are medicinal and used by people. Soil has been used as food and medicine since ancient times. The movement in today's world is the discovery of herbs in the laboratory and the preliminary tests and post-analysis are good drug users. The main points of the treatment of all diseases are actually hidden behind the scenes. However, improvement in the delivery of herbs, focusing on sustained release to improve patient compliance, etc. Is required. Early herbal therapy did not attract researchers to develop new technologies for drug delivery, and there were problems in formulation, extraction, and analysis. However, New Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) have now opened the door to producing herbal products using developing technology. Current pharmaceutical technology is changing the amount of herbal products that increase medicinal value and reduce toxicity. Over the past years, many new cultivation techniques have been documented to achieve transformation of different plants, including liposomes, nanoparticles, phytosomes and ethanolosomes. The purpose of this article is to develop different new technologies designed for drug delivery and provide herbs to improve responsible

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming various industries, and the pharmaceutical industry is no exception. AI is increasingly being used to automate, optimize and personalize various aspects of the pharmacy industry, from drug discovery to drug dispensing. In this context, this paper explores the potential of AI to revolutionize the pharmacy industry, by discussing the current and future applications of AI in the industry. We will examine how AI is being used in drug discovery, personalized medicine, drug safety and quality control, inventory management, and patient counselling. We will also discuss the challenges and limitations of AI in the pharmacy industry, such as data privacy, ethical concerns and regulatory barriers. The paper will argue that AI has the potential to revolutionize the pharmacy industry by enabling faster drug discovery, improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and increasing the efficiency and accuracy of various pharmacy operations. The old pharmacy system relied on manual processes and human decision-making, while the new AI pharmacy system automates routine tasks, provides personalized treatment plans, and reduces costs while improving patient outcomes. However, it is important to ensure that AI is used ethically and responsibly, and that its impact on the workforce and society is carefully considered. The major benefit of integrating AI into specific applications within the pharmacy field is improved accuracy and efficiency in patient care. Overall, this paper will provide an insight into the future of the pharmacy industry, and the transformative potential of AI in this field.

Through the use of mechanical and chemical methods, soil characteristics are improved in the process of soil stabilization. Binders like cement and lime increase soil stabilization by enhancing their technical qualities and resulting in a better building material. Increasing a soil's shear strength and general bearing capacity is what stabilizes it. Once stabilized, a solid monolith is created that limits permeability, reducing the potential for shrinkage and expansion as well as the negative consequences of freeze-thaw cycles. The extent by which a soil's volume can alter in response to its moisture content is known as its shrink/swell potential. In this study, the combinations of different stabilizers obtained as waste are mixed in different proportions, blended to form ternary blends, and used for the stabilization of BC soil. In this paper, the effect of ternary blends on the Atterberg limits of BC soil is discussed and found to improve their Atterberg limits.
