This paper offers an in-depth exploration of the Tangkhul Tarung, emphasizing its rich symbolism and its impact on cultural identity, spirituality, and memory. Through an interdisciplinary approach combining ethnography, symbolism, and folklore, the study examines the Tarung's role as a physical representation of ancestral heritage, bridging the past with the present. By analyzing oral histories and personal narratives, it reveals how the Tarung acts as a vessel for cultural memory and serves as a conduit between material and spiritual realms. The study further investigates the significance of dreams related to the Tarung, showing how they reflect both personal and collective identities and shape the spiritual and aspirational lives of the Tangkhul people. The paper seeks to shed light on the broader implications of cultural artifacts in shaping Indigenous identity, underscoring the Tarung's importance in maintaining traditional knowledge systems through symbolic and spiritual practices.

A mainstay of conventional medicine, herbal medicine has become widely accepted because of its natural origin and therapeutic advantages. However, the medicinal efficacy of traditional herbal formulations is generally restricted by problems with stability, limited bioavailability, and poor solubility. Novel drug delivery systems (NDDS) are being investigated to improve the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics characteristics of herbal medicines in order to solve these issues. An overview of several NDDS techniques that have demonstrated promise in enhancing the efficacy and delivery of herbal medications is given in this paper, including nanoparticles, liposomes, phytosomes, nanoemulsions, and transdermal delivery. NDDS can target particular tissues, enhance stability, and regulate release rates by encapsulating bioactive ingredients, which may lower dosage and adverse effects. In addition to outlining future research possibilities for incorporating NDDS into herbal therapy, this review summarizes recent developments in NDDS for herbal medicine and examines their benefits and drawbacks. The promise of NDDS to make herbal therapy a more effective, dependable, and generally recognized treatment strategy is emphasized.

Speech and speaker recognition technologies are one of the emerging technologies in today's world that have obtained rapid advancements. They're becoming integral components in various applications such as virtual assistants, authentication systems, and customer service platforms. The primary purpose of speech recognition is to transcribe spoken language into text and that of speaker recognition is to identify or verify an individual's identity based on vocal characteristics. This paper presents an exhaustive survey of techniques both in this and other fields which include acoustic-phonetic approach, pattern recognition, and artificial intelligence-based models to develop hybrid systems that integrate all the methods for improved accuracy. Also, this paper explores various techniques of speaker recognition. Here, again, one technique considered is the feature extraction method that is necessary to distinguish speakers from one another. Despite these innovations, however, current systems of speech recognition face problems like variability in accents, noisy environments, and data insufficient for training models to lead to deterioration in model performance. Complexity in complexities of model training further hampers progress toward the development of highly accurate adaptive systems for recognition. In discussing these challenges and surveying the current landscape of speech and speaker recognition technologies, insights are provided not only into their potential but also further developments needed for applications over wider spectra and more effectively in the real world.

This research uses the HAM10000 dataset to classify skin lesions using deep learning and convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Skin cancer is one of the most common health problems in the world, and successful treatment depends on early detection. A CNN model that could identify the seven different forms of skin lesions--including dermatofibroma, actinic keratoses, vascular lesions, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanocytic nevi, and melanoma--was presented in this work. Oversampling and data augmentation were employed to address the class imbalance. As a result, the constructed model performed exceptionally well on its categorization tasks. The model should ideally allow clinicians to promptly identify real skin malignancies because it was tested on a different test set to validate the results. The study suggests that AI-based interventions may improve test accuracy and streamline the screening process if they were used in medical practice. Better patient-oriented results in dermatological treatment should follow from this.

The Networking has fundamentally transformed the way individuals and organizations communicate, collaborate, and conduct business. The origins of networking can be traced back to early telecommunication innovations, such as the telegraph (1837) and telephone (1876), which laid the groundwork for future developments. The introduction of the Internet Protocol (IP) in the 1970s marked a pivotal moment, enabling standardized communication across diverse devices and setting the stage for the global internet. The utility of networking is evident in various domains: it facilitates real-time communication, supports e-commerce, enhances educational access through online learning platforms, and revolutionizes entertainment with streaming services. Additionally, advancements in wireless technologies and cloud computing have made connectivity ubiquitous and scalable. However, the rapid evolution of networking presents challenges, including cybersecurity threats and the digital divide, necessitating ongoing efforts to ensure equitable access and robust protection of personal data. Understanding the historical context and ongoing developments in networking is crucial for harnessing its full potential in today's interconnected world.

This study investigates the taxation structure of mutual funds and derivative products in India, with a particular emphasis on HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC). The study examines the tax consequences for various investor groups, such as retail investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and institutional investors, and assesses how taxes effects investment decisions and portfolio management strategies. The Income Tax Act of 1961 provides varied tax treatment for equity, debt, and hybrid mutual funds, as well as derivative instruments such as futures, options, and swaps. The study uses a mixed-method approach, which includes a review of relevant literature, portfolio analysis, and scenario-based tax computations, to investigate the effectiveness of tax planning and the impact of tax legislation on HDFC AMC's mutual fund products. Findings reveal that equity mutual funds are generally more tax-efficient due to favorable long-term capital gains (LTCG) tax rates and exemptions, while derivatives are subject to higher tax volatility. Additionally, the abolition of the Dividend Distribution Tax (DDT) has shifted the tax burden to individual investors, affecting their overall returns. The study also compares India's tax regime to international practices in markets like the US and UK, where tax rates vary by income level and investment duration.

Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) is a developmental disorder characterized by difficulties in processing sensory information. This condition is often diagnosed alongside Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and can disrupt various aspects of daily life. Although research on SPD has progressed, more studies are needed, particularly those focused on school-based interventions. This research aims to address this gap by identifying activities that can stimulate children's sensory systems using elements from the school landscape. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of effective intervention programs for children with SPD in school environments. Additionally, the research seeks to raise awareness among the community and educators about the importance of sensory stimulation for child development.
