 Abstract

The nephrolithiasis, urolithiasis or renal calculi is the disease of the kidney characterized by formation of crystal solid mass in the Excretory system and represented by bilateral or one sided backache with burning while, before or after micturition and may and may not be with hematuria. Incidence of renal stone are increased day by day as there is change in life style food habit, stress lack of exercise, water intake etc. Homoeopathic medicine are highly effective, safe though it is many time surgical aid required at a same time well selected homoeopathic medicine play great role in the symptom and pain relieving found however the size of the stone should consider to select the therapeutic method.

 Abstract

Sustainable car body materials play a crucial role in the automotive industry's efforts to reduce its environmental impact. With the growing concern about climate change and the need to transition to more sustainable practices, automakers are increasingly focusing on developing and implementing eco-friendly materials for vehicle construction. Traditional car body materials, such as steel and aluminium, have long been used in the industry due to their strength and durability. However, these materials come with several drawbacks, including high energy consumption during production and difficulties in recycling. As a result, there is a pressing need to explore alternative materials that are both lightweight and environmentally friendly. In recent years, significant advancements have been made in sustainable car body materials, offering promising alternatives to conventional options. These materials aim to reduce the carbon footprint of vehicles by utilizing renewable resources, improving energy efficiency, and facilitating recycling at the end of a car's life cycle. This article will explore some of the innovative sustainable car body materials that have emerged in the automotive industry. We will discuss their characteristics, benefits, and potential challenges in their widespread adoption. By embracing these materials, automakers can contribute to a greener future and drive the transition toward more sustainable transportation

 Abstract

Technology development and ongoing digitalization have a significant impact on buyer behavior, market growth, and interactions between businesses and customers. Companies try to respond to these changes by providing a variety of channels. Researchers and industry experts have suggested omnichannel retailing as the most viable strategy for providing multiple platforms experience in recent years. Customers can use channels seamlessly, interchangeably, and individually with the help of an omnichannel approach. One of the most significant developments in retail sector in recent years, omni-channel has had a significant impact on a number of fields, including marketing, retailing, communication, and information systems. In order to create a seamless shopping experience that increases customer's convenience and customer engagement throughout customer journey. A brand's omni-channel marketing plan integrates all accessible channels together. Omni-channel strategy describes a perfect strategy that provides a variety of channels in line with recent technological advancements and current customer behavior. By allowing customers to use multiple consumer-store interaction channels at once (for example, using mobile Internet access in a physical retail store to research products and/or compare prices), omni-channel marketing aims to provide customers with a holistic shopping experience. This research paper aims to provide an overview of the current state of the art for this phenomenon. It has two major contributions. Firstly, it will try to give knowledge about omnichannel retailing. Secondly, this paper aims to clearly distinguishing between the ideas of multi-, cross-, and omni-channel retailing, it first lessens the ambiguity of the word "omni-channel." The theoretical and managerial implication of this emerging topic also have been discussed in this paper. The findings suggest that the retailing sector has experienced a sharp increase during the last three years. Consequently, many huge organizations have started using omni channel retailing in order to compete in the market. Because omnichannel retail uses both online and physical spaces to supply goods and services, it varies from multi-channel and cross-channel retailing and contributes for the retail sector's rapid development. Additionally, it is a customer-centric strategy that offers seamless and customized customer experiences, which ultimately promotes more purchases, increased customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

 Abstract

Abstract. This research paper presents an in-depth investigation into Copper-doped Zinc oxide (Cu-ZnO) thin films, fabricated using the sol-gel dip coating method, with a focus on enhancing acetone sensing for non-invasive diabetes detection through breath analysis. The study systematically explores the structural, morphological, optical, and gas sensing characteristics of these thin films using advanced characterization techniques. The analysis of the X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirms a highly crystalline wurtzite structure in both undoped and Cu-doped ZnO thin films. The successful incorporation of copper into the ZnO lattice is evident from the shift in the XRD peaks, indicating successful doping. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) investigations reveal changes in surface morphology with increasing copper doping concentration, including enlarged grain size and smoother film surfaces, which may impact the sensing properties. Utilising UV-visible spectrophotometry, the researchers demonstrate that Cu-doped ZnO thin films exhibit higher optical transparency compared to undoped films. Moreover, as the copper concentration increases, the optical band gap decreases, suggesting a modification in the band structure of the thin films. To evaluate gas sensing capabilities, an acetone sensing test is conducted. The results show that Cu-doped ZnO thin films outperform undoped films with an enhanced acetone sensing response. The most effective doping concentration of 3 at % of Cu results in the greatest sensitivity, with a 46% level of selectivity, a response time of 31 sec., and a recovery time of 66 sec. to acetone vapor. These results propose its potential as a non-invasive diabetes detection candidate through human breath analysis.

 Abstract

Every individual has a right to freedom, but freedom seldom comes without the journey of struggle. Resistance is one of the best tools in the struggle for freedom from oppression. The present paper tries to connect the British colonialism in Africa and the Nigerian military coup in the Biafra state of Nigeria through narratives of Half of a Yellow Sun (2017) and Purple Hibiscus (2013) by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. The novels take the reader back to the colonial oppression and showcase the implications of the Biafra war through the well-knit stories. To a greater extent, novels throw light on patriarchy, domestic violence, ritualized control, and women and child oppression in African households during the military coup in Nigeria, which are gifts of British colonialism. Further, the opposition shown in the novels against domination and oppression are the reminders of resistance taken against colonialism by the indigenous people during and after colonialism.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT The right to education is not only the right to access education but also the right to receive education of good quality. This study aims to investigate students' perception about quality education. With this aim, the study is undertaken to unveil the factors that contribute to education Quality are Faculty and teaching methods, Learning Environment, Learning Resources, Development of skills and Curriculum. Questionnaires are distributed and collected 112 students from various colleges are selected in and around Greater Chennai. Statistical tools percentage analysis and descriptive analysis and correlation are used. The study concluded that the students are satisfied by the educational system since most of them evaluated quality of education as good and majority of the students agree that quality of education depends on secondary school education and the institution provides the skills to be Employability, lectures have necessary qualification and lessons taken are interactive and friendly. Also, they agree that there is a need for quality in education and there is a significant relationship between quality of education and development of Employability skills. And hence are inter related.

 Abstract

This research investigates the occupational patterns of 150 rural women in Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh, spanning primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors. It focuses on income sources and employment types. The study unveils a spectrum of employment sources, from traditional agrarian roles in the primary sector to emerging positions in secondary and tertiary sectors, indicating evolving opportunities while traditional practices endure. The paper analyses sector-wise distribution, offering insights into prevalent employment types. It examines income dynamics considering education, societal norms, and technology's influence. By illuminating factors shaping women's economic roles, this research enriches comprehension of rural women's economic landscape. It emphasizes intricate occupational patterns among Dhar's rural women, capturing the blend of tradition and modernity in income sources and employment types. Findings inform policies to enhance economic empowerment, advancing inclusive and sustainable development.
