The growing interest in intelligent chatbots has surged in recent years, driven by advancements in artificial intelligence algorithms. This has led to numerous studies exploring emotional transitions and dialog structures. One notable application is in the medical field, where chatbots can assist with psychological assessments, clinical counseling, autism diagnostics, and complex cognitive modeling. However, a common limitation of many chatbots is their reliance on web-based information repositories. While these sources provide reliable information, they often lack the nuanced emotional understanding necessary for meaningful interactions. This paper aims to address this gap by developing an intelligent chatbot that leverages natural language processing and the Telegram API.

The exponential rise of mobile devices has significantly increased the attack surface for malicious activities, particularly on the Android platform, which is the most widely used mobile operating system globally. As cyber threats evolve in sophistication, traditional signature-based malware detection techniques struggle to keep up. This paper proposes an advanced approach combining Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to enhance Android malware detection capabilities.Experimental results demonstrate the proposed model's superior accuracy, precision, and recall compared to traditional methods. By harnessing machine learning techniques, specifically the optimization power of GA and the deep learning capabilities of CNN, this study paves the way for more effective and adaptive Android malware detection systems, capable of combating emerging cyber threats in real-time

Natural rubber is the dominant cash crop of Tripura. Proper application of fertilizer namely nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are necessary for the soil to increase the production of latex. So, nutrient management of fertilizers used for rubber plantation is vital part for the production. In the paper of Sen & Nandi(2012), a mathematical model was formulated. In this paper I try to consider four cases changing basic structure of the model and a comparative study is made for nutrient management of fertilizer.
