Paneer is one such product which is a regular dietary favorite among the Indians. So the present study was conducted to assess the bacteriological quality of Paneer sold in Guwahati city, Assam. A total of 30 samples were collected from various areas of Guwahati city. All samples were analysed for total viable count of pathogenic bacteria on different solid agar media and their antibiotic susceptibility pattern .All the 30 samples had bacteriological counts ranging from 1x102 to 3.0x107 CFU/gm. Of all the samples Staphylococcus spp. was found in 100% of the samples,Escherichia coli in 66.7% K. pnumoniae in 40% and S.typhi in 13.3% of the samples. The heavy bacterial contamination seen in all samples predominantly in Staphylococcus spp. and fecal coliforms can be attributed to poor hygienic conditions during paneer preparation, handling and storage. The study suggests the need for more strict preventive and control measures to avoid pre and post process contamination in milk food products.

Cancer is the major cause for increased death rate among the population. Increased load of free radicals and low antioxidant ingestion are the most common etiological factors leading to increased carcinogenic cell proliferation which result in cancer. Some of the traditional fruits are considered as exotic fruits been packed with plenty of nutrients especially anti-oxidants in higher quantity. Duku and carambola are the two among exotic fruits contains functional properties which have been studied for its higher potent of anti-oxidant property. Some of the studies have identified the presence of bioactive compounds like limonoids in Duku fruit whereas pro-anthocyanidins in carambola. These bioactive compounds were proved as natural anti-oxidants that exert delayed oxidative rancidity and inhibit proliferation of carcinogenic cells. Many of the studies have revealed that Duku fruit and carambola have not only respond to cytotoxic effect but also gave positive results for most of the phytochemical screening tests. Other than bioactive compounds, the fruits contain β-carotene, selenium, resveratrol and vitamin C, thereby boosting the Immune system of the body. The seeds and peels of these fruits also posses’ anti-oxidant property. Hence, instead of discarding the peels and seeds, these can be used as Salad dressing, Soup mixes, Ice-cream-toppings, Fruit juices using pulverized seeds and dried fruit peels. Regular consumption of Duku and carambola fruits may reduce the risk of cancer by supporting the body with antioxidants, thereby reducing the accumulation of free radicals. Hence, the study is a review on two exotic fruits.

In the present investigation, the corrosive behavior of Al6061-SiC / graphite particulate composites prepared by liquid metallurgy has been experimentally assessed in neutral chloride medium, acid chloride medium and acid sulphate medium using Tafel extrapolation technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Surface morphology of the sample was examined using scanning electron micrographic and energy dispersive X-ray method. The results obtained from Tafel extrapolation technique and EIS were in good agreement. Polarization studies indicates an increase in the corrosion resistance in composites compared to the matrix alloy. Presence of graphite in the hybride composite activates the corrosion of Al6061 matrix alloy due to the occurrence of galvanic corrosion. EIS study reveals that the polarization resistance increase with increase in SiC content in composites, thus confirming improved corrosion resistance in composites.

Redistribution of one or more routing protocols is a requirement for many real-life problems. Due to their wide applicability in the organization, engineering, and other areas, various types of routing protocols have been proposed in realapplication based networking. The packets from the source router to destination router routed in a reliable manner and routing protocol plays an important role to provide a most suitable route. A real network with real network traffic is forward by different routing protocols having different Autonomous System having the different-different network topologies.

Lack of space availability has always been a problem in urban areas and major cities and to add to it there are cars parked callously on the streets that further limit the space. In order to handle the issue of parking in busy places various types of vehicle parking systems are used worldwide namely Multi-level Automated Car Parking, Vertical Car Parking System, Volkswagen Car Parking and many more. The present project work is aimed to develop a reduced working model of a car parking system for parking 6 cars within a parking area of two cars. The platform is fabricated to suit the working model. The procurement and manufactured items are in hand and are ready to be assembled with the structure. This model is further useful for various branches of engineering in order to develop different types of automations like PLC, micro controller and computerization. By testing and analysing the working model we can definitely get the view to develop the parking lots at difficult and busy commercial places. The Slot uses a microcontroller along with sensing circuits monitoring entry and exit of cars. The car owners are allowed an entry only if their RFID card is swiped .The amount in the card automatically gets reduced with a display indication besides indicating the available number of parking. For loading the amount 2 push buttons are used and SW2. Example is shown for 6 cards but it can be extended to many numbers. On every parking 10rs is deducted from the card and each card can be easily recharged up to 500rs. There are two push buttons to increment and decrement the amount in the card. An H-bridge arrangement operates the entry and exit boom motors operating clockwise and anticlockwise for opening and closing. A buzzer sound comes while the card is swiped. Upon every entry of a car the parking availability gets reduced by one number while every exit the number increases. A standard power supply is used. A seven segment display displays the status of every action done and the amount deducted or incremented during recharging.

Document annotation and its availability for the user is important in many application area. Application such as research labs, student labs where continuous document availability and release perform need document investigation. Document writing style gives different pattern with it. Pattern analysis gives understanding of document and its knowledge extraction. There are two type of patterns are available with document which is topical and sequential. Majorly document follows topical pattern which identify in easy manner. Rare document do follows sequential pattern, thus the detection techniques are not available. A research field to detect sequential pattern document is need to investigate. In this paper a survey related to document pattern detection is discussed. Various techniques and pattern analysis over the document stream performed is discussed. Existing author performed user aware rare sequential pattern approach. Related work performed research over twitter real time & synthetic dataset and thus shows the efficiency of their approach. Our further work is to find optimal technique for sequential pattern analysis for document stream in real time dataset.

Manufacturing In this paper, conventional boost converter have been taken and designed for photovoltaic and fuel cell-based renewable energy systems. The output voltages created by renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic arrays and fuel cell stacks are generally low. It has been required to be increased to high output voltage levels. The Step-Up DC-DC Converter, which are suitable for low-voltage high-power applications. The PSPICE Simulation of Step-Up DC-DC Converter has been studied in this paper

The Internet of Things (IOT) is an emerging research area promising many interesting solutions to various problems encountered in various domains. Smart homes applications is one such branch that evolve from IOT with the huge challenges of data storage and handling. Multiple activity recognition is the major challenge in smart homes application that incorporates multiclass learning. The efficiency of ensemble learner in handling multiclass problem and collective dissicion delivered prompt its uses in the smart homes application In this paper we deal with multiple activity recognition problem on various ensemble learner including bagging ,boosting and random forest. The standard van Kasteren dataset contains three housedata with eight activities of thirty days. We perform our experiment on the pre-processed collected data and applied six learners i.e. three from individual learner and three from ensemble learners. On performing the extensive experiment it was found that the group of ensemble learner outcast the simple learners
