Today authentication and authorization is the key factor for smooth functioning of administrative department at various domains. Especially for the institutional academia has a vital role. Most of the academia are maintaining the hostel student permissions for out and in campus through black and white. This proves to be quite tedious, time consuming also the accuracy is not maintained due to improper authorizations and authentications. Android applications are very feasible to mankind. This application provides an authorized request from the guardian to the concerned authorities for their ward about in-out permission. Then accordingly desired approval is remarked. Further the authentication is done by the security of the institution during leaving out of the premises .The administrator manages the accounts of the users in the application. The outing information record is also maintained for future analysis. Overall performance of this application improves the current process. This application can be deployed in any of the academic institute which has the campus residence facility of its own.

Abstract Millions of people live in a near forest domains but have no officially permitted right to their homes, lands and livelihoods. India is land of nearly 104.3 million tribes which constitutes 8.6 of its total population. Tribe has very close relation with the forest and their life and sustenance is harmonized with available forest resources. Forest ecosystems in India are critical for biodiversity, watershed protection, livelihoods of indigenous and rural communities. This article analyses the origin and development of forest rights act in India. Again In this content evolution of the pre-independence and post-independence forest rights act in India. Again in this paper is the scheduled tribe and other tribal forest dwellers (Recognisaion of forest rights) act 2006, are a major opportunity to strengthen economic, political empowerment and social security of tribes and other forest dwellers. The term Social Exclusion though primarily used in economic jargon to denote a host of vulnerabilities evoked by poverty, it also denotes an identity-based forms of disadvantage, which reflects the cultural devaluation of groups and categories of people in a society by virtue of who they are, or rather, who they are perceived to be. The present paper will look into the myriad faces of identity crisis in the realities of the poverty stricken female headed households (FHHs). The paper is has three focal points. At first an attempt is made to understand social exclusion from the dominnt developmental lexicon. Then the focus will be to contextualise the debate of Feminization of poverty and rising numbers of Female headed households in the gamut of Social Exclusion. It will critique whether poverty and joblessness by itself makes these families disadvantageous or whether female headship add on to their vulnerabilities making them all the more marginalized. The next part of the paper will critique the cultural identity of Female headed households. It will aim to demethify the orthodoxies centered around these households as a disadvantaged category. The skewed representation of them in the developmental discourse creates an exclusionary and marginalized image of these households in contrast to the male headed families.

Wi-Fi certified Wi-Fi Direct is a certification mark for devices that support the technology it enables Wi-Fi devices to connect directly to devices for sharing of information or exchanging data over wireless network. Moreover, Enhancing the performance of traditional cellular networks Device-to-Device (D2D) communications have become an attractive solution for that the Wi-Fi Direct protocol or technology are being used. By using Wi-Fi Direct protocol, there are various experiments have been carried out for fast, efficient and secured device to device (D2D) communication. This paper encloses the review on Wi-Fi direct device to device communication and how it can be beneficial in the Internet of Things. In this paper, we also enclose the comparative analysis of different Wi-Fi Direct based device-to-device communication protocols with their respective benefits and issues or challenges. It also provides the brief study of Wi-Fi Direct D2D algorithms available and also provides the challenges in the same for implementing it in Internet of Things. At last, paper encloses various opportunities and challenges based on Wi-Fi Direct D2D communications in Internet of Things.

Abstract: Shortage of signal strength at some places in a geographical region, high latency and high data traffic problems has motivated to develop a new technology.D2D in 5G communication is one of the potential technology. In this concept, communication between different devices of similar functionalities is possible. Which we have seen in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication, which are unlicensed industrial scientific advancements. This concept can be applied to licensed mobile communication which can solve legacy problems.5G technology has advanced such an extent that high data at faster rate can be transmitted and it also enables smart mobile to smart mobile communication In this paper, you can see what is meant by 5G technology and how device to device communication in 5G technology is used to overcome some of the problems like latency and data rate. You can able to know how 5G is used to increase the signal strength at some regions using D2D communication from this article. As a part of research D2D places significant role in upcoming 5G technologies. Present 4G LTE technology has reached to maturity and has started deploying so, we are in eager for a search of new generation
