 Abstract

Typhoid fever is the result of systemic infection mainly by Salmonella typhi found only in man. The term "enteric fever" includes both typhoid and paratyphoid fevers. The disease may occur sporadically, epidemically or endemically. This article deals with the typhoid fever and its homoeopathic approach.

 Abstract

Recent advancement in the microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), microsystem technologies (MST), and wireless communications have enabled the rise of energy efficient, economical, and off-the-shelf devices which can transfer data in a favorable way without any additional communicational overhead. The wireless devices often called as motes are now used in several wireless applications such as battle front monitoring, industrial process superintendence, industrial equipment performance monitoring and so on. In this paper we are trying to highlight the necessary information related to Wireless network, difference between wired and wireless network, attacks in Wireless Network, Localization, Ad hoc Networks and its topology.

 Abstract

This article provides an overview of social life in ancient India during the 3rd to 6th centuries. It explores various aspects such as family structure and kinship, gender roles and women's status, religion and rituals, trade and urbanization. The study examines the impact of the caste system, the role of extended families, and the position of women in society. It also delves into the dominant religions of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, highlighting the significance of rituals and the role of temples and monastic institutions. Lastly, it discusses the growth of trade networks and the emergence of urban centers, fostering cultural exchange and economic prosperity.

 Abstract

Background: Physiotherapy service is considered as an integral part in healthcare delivery system in India. Although there is an increased knowledge about physiotherapy among healthcare providers, there is still a difference exists in lack of awareness among the general public especially within various parts of Tamil Nadu. Objective: To find out the level of awareness towards physiotherapy service among general public in and around Virudhunagar district. Materials and Methods: This is a non experimental study of Observational type with a sample size of 254 subjects which was taken based on the selection criteria and were provided with the self structured questionnaire depicting the awareness of physiotherapy and data's were collected accordingly. Results : Among recruited 254 subjects male population accounts for around 49%,females-51%.On categorizing them upon education level 33% were educated, 47 were completed schooling level,20% were illiterate. More than 54% of the respondents are aware of the profession. 46% of them are unaware of the physiotherapy profession. Conclusion: The present study depicts that around 80% the study population falls under literate category. Totally 254 people participated the study. It was found that more than 54% of the respondents are aware of the profession. 46% of them are unaware of the physiotherapy profession. We suggest the use of available resources including social media to increase the awareness among the general public, living in both in rural and urban areas. It is imperative to take measures by professional bodies to initiate the formation of a central regulatory body in controlling malpractice in this professional field.

 Abstract

Transgender individuals may experience discrimination and sexual assaults in society, commonly because of gender stereotypes. To overcome this crisis, they have to break down the false notion of the stereotypical society. For this research analysis Laxmi Narayan Tripathi's autobiography, Me Hijra Me Laxmi was taken as a significant effort to challenge and overcome prevailing misconceptions about transgender individuals. The topic describes about the optimistic attitude and self-sustaining ability of the multi-talented and well-known social activist Laxmi. The main objective of the paper is to describe the various stereotypes and false mythologies about the Hijras (transgender) and to motivate them to have a positive approach towards their transformation. The paper includes stereotypes of the mainstream society, where the common people and the policemen do not even treat the Hijras as mere human beings. They were humiliated and their rights were exploited. Even in the hijra community, Laxmi was dominated by her guru, Lata Guru. Just because she does not undergo Castration (sex assignment surgery). she is criticized by other hijras, and as a result of this Laxmi walks out of her hijra community. At first, Laxmi was entrapped between her family and the hijra community. But at last, she breaks the stereotypical notion of society through self-sustainment. Being a hijra, she does not force herself to remain shackled within the bounds of an imposed stereotype. Rather she was able to maintain herself by independent effort to break down the stereotypes. Despite the struggle she can create her own identity and recognition in society, and sets a very good example for leading a proud life of being a hijra. Her family and friends play a major role in her transformation. Therefore, during her testimony, Me Hijra Me Laxmi challenges numerous misconceptions and preconceived notions that the general public holds about hijras.

 Abstract

Effective inventory management is also a key component of supply chain management, as it can help reduce lead times, improve on-time delivery, and enhance overall supply chain performance effectively. The company, a case study, suffered significant losses in orders as a result of a lack of inventory policy. Therefore, an effective inventory model or policy would be figured out, which could help company increase profitability, eliminate stockouts, and optimize inventory levels. An efficiently implementing and managing every component of the Inventory Replenishment Level model would be introduced. In addition, the study would be applied to most items producing at this company.
