Research work studies Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in India which studies laws relating to reorganisation and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms and individuals in a time bound manner for maximisation of value of assets. The research focuses on the recent amendments made to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 which have significantly boost the framework of insolvency resolution. It helps us to understand the amendments aim to fill critical gaps in the corporate insolvency resolution framework as enshrined in the Code, while simultaneously maximizing value from the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). It helps us to study changes to the Code are being considered in relation to the admission of corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") are PRE-PACKAGED INSOLVENCY RESOLUTION PROCESS (PIRP), streamlining the insolvency resolution process and recasting the liquidation process under the Code. This research helps to understand widespread economic hardship brought on by the COVID 19. It provides insights of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill 2019 and The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2021. The research throws a light on the recent judgements of Supreme Court to understand that these recent landmark judgements of IBC have played pivotal role in providing a fast track process in solving the IBC cases which would ensure that the resolution process would completed on time and that a corporate debtor may be revived. The research work critically analysis on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Act 2020 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023 as these amendments would be a game changer in facilitating the smooth functioning of the corporate insolvency resolution process and would narrow balance between the purpose of IBC and ground realities.

Abstract: The Munda and Oraon tribes are one of the major tribe of Jharkhand. Oraons are the second and Mundas are the third largest tribes of Jharkhand. Oraons are mostly concentrated in districts of Ranchi, Gumla, Lohardaga, Latehar, Palamu, Garhwa, Haxaribagh, Dhanbad, Santhal Pargana and Singhbhum in the state of Jharkhand whereas Mundas are mainly concentrated in Ranchi, Lohardaga and Gumla districts of Jharkhand but they are also found in other district of Jharkhand such as Hazaribagh, Chatra, Giridih, Bokaro and East and West Singhbhum, but their number is very few. The present study attempts to examine the mass media accessibility, exposure and usage among the Munda and Oraon tribes from ethnographic point of view, inhabiting in the state of Jharkhand. The researcher found that during the study that in spite of tremendous growth in the number of newspapers and periodicals in the Jharkhand after its formation, newspapers and magazines as a medium of communication in both the villages cannot be claimed to be very effective. This is because of inaccessibility and illiteracy among the Munda and Oraon population but the penetration of mass media such as radio, television, cinema, mobile phone, and social media are playing a prominent role in disseminating information, education and fulfilling entertainment needs of the tribal people. Both the tribal communities have already entered into information age by embracing various mass media and have become part of information society. They are no longer remaining in isolation but gradually become part of the mainstream of society.

Sarcopenia is a condition characterized by loss of skeletal muscle mass and function. Although it is primarily a disease of the elderly, its development may be associated with conditions that do not exclusively affect the elderly. Sarcopenia is a syndrome characterized by a progressive and generalized loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength that is closely associated with physical disability, poor quality of life, and death. Risk factors for sarcopenia include age, sex, and level of physical activity. In conditions such as malignancy, rheumatoid arthritis, and aging, lean body mass is lost while fat mass is maintained or even increases. The loss of muscle mass may be accompanied by an increase in body fat, resulting in marked weakness despite normal weight, which is called sarcopenic obesity. There is a strong association between inactivity and loss of muscle mass and strength, suggesting that physical activity should be a protective factor for the prevention, but also for the treatment of sarcopenia. In addition, one of the first steps to take in a person with sarcopenia or clinical frailty is to ensure that the sarcopenic patient receives proper and adequate nutrition. Sarcopenia has a greater impact on survival. It should be important to prevent or delay the onset of this condition as much as possible to improve survival and reduce the need for long-term care. Interventions for sarcopenia need to be developed, with emphasis on exercise and nutrition.

The advantages of digital payments over cash in the modern world include simple transactions, increased security, and transparency. By offering digital instruments like debit cards, mobile banking, mobile wallets, etc., the banking industry plays a significant role in digital payment in this pandemic environment. The epidemic may hasten the shift to digital payments. Digital payment-related factors. Due to their track record of dependability and sustainability, payment systems continue to enjoy a high level of public trust. But typical transaction volumes decreased as a result of the lock-down and company shutdown. In order to aid in the recovery and promote it, it is essential that the environment for digital payments grows swiftly and reaps the benefits of the post-COVID period.

One of the most common types of cancer in developing nations is pancreatic cancer. Up to 90% of pancreatic cancers are caused by pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour, a less prevalent variety that accounts for 5% of all malignancies, are the two main types of malignant tumours of the pancreas. Pancreatic cancer continues to be one of the deadliest illnesses and demands immediate attention owing to its extremely poor overall survival rate, which claims many lives each year throughout the world. Two of the main obstacles in the fight against cancer are early detection and effective treatments. In the current study, we evaluated effective pancreatic cancer treatment methods and in-depth highlighted the most recent advancements in contemporary medication delivery methods that are centered on and generated from nanotechnology. Recent advances in drug delivery systems based on nanotechnology have aimed towards improving cellular absorption, enhance pharmacokinetics, and improve the efficacy of anti-cancer drugs. The current review provides information on recent developments about possible therapeutic targets for the treatment of cancer of the pancreas. This information may serve as a foundation for the future creation of multifunctional nano-constructions for the early diagnosis and effective treatment of pancreatic cancer.
