Abstract
Burnout consequences can emerge in various types such as commitment mitigation, increase in absenteeism and turnover, productivity decrease, morale reduction, and decrease in human consideration (Cordes & Dougherty, 1993). The studies in the literature demonstrate that burnout is negatively related to performance, but positively related to the variables including absenteeism, leaving the job, etc. (Swider and Zimmerman, 2010). Accordingly, burnout accompanies with job satisfaction decrease as well as job or organizational commitment mitigation. The present study on burnout found that Majority (74.4 percent) of the Indian employees had moderately high level of job burnout and Less than half (48.8 percent) of the Singapore employees had moderately low level of job burnout.

Abstract
Spectral efficiency (SE) is a key factor in design of cellular communication system as it quantifies how well the limited frequency spectrum resource is utilized. The efficient use of spectrum is analyzed in terms of coverage area, capacity and reuse distance. In this paper the Spectral efficiency of various generations of cellular communication systems starting from 1G to 4G based on air-interface techniques (FDMA, TDMA, CDMA, WCDMA and OFDMA) is estimated in the units of Erlangs/MHz/m2. The variation of Spectral efficiency is studied with area of coverage and frequency reuse distance.

Abstract
The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (Mahatma Gandhi NREGA) was notified on September 7, 2005. With the implementation of it, government has provided a legal guarantee for wage employment for the first time. It is Considered as one of the biggest social welfare programme in the world, this programme aims at generating 100 days of work in rural areas. This study tries to analyze the eleven years of MGNREGA, it throws light on the success and challenges of this biggest employment guarantee act in India.

Abstract
Behavioural Finance is an evolving field that studies how psychological factors affect decision making under uncertainty. Investors are always assumed to be rational thinkers as per the traditional economic theories but they do not act rationally while making decisions, rather several factors influence their decisions whether it is related to stock market or personal financial investments. It is necessary to understand the major cause of irrationality in the markets. This paper attempts to have an insight about the key factors influencing the behaviour of the investors with respect to the demographics in relation to the investments and their personal financial decision-making process. This study will be useful for investors to understand the common behaviors and identify their reactions while taking decisions.

Abstract
Youth unemployment and ways to tackle it are the pressing need for years to come, and ignoring its wide consequences imposes not only widespread social discontent, but also bears tremendous economic costs. Among the framework of potential strategies to augment employment avenues for young people, entrepreneurship is increasingly accepted as an important alternative. As traditional career paths become scarce, entrepreneurship may be regarded as an additional way of effectively integrating youth into the labour market. The present study is a short analysis of the various factors motivating and challenging young entrepreneurs of various prospects in carrying forward the business in Kerala. The study evidences clear contradictions to Neoclassical outlook of firm in theoretical notions and conclusions lay outside the framework of the black box firm.
