The categorization system of r?gas known as S?uddha-Cha?yalaga-Sanki?rn?a gained prominence in the post-Nat?yas?a?stra era. Initially introduced in Auma?patam by Uma?pati, many subsequent treatise authors credited him for this classification system. While it laid the foundation for the modern Melakarta classification, scholars like Sambamurthy expanded its application to ra?gas such as Ma?nji, A?hiri, Dvija?vanti or Juja?vanti, etc., incorporating aesthetic elements from other ra?gas. This paper aims to illuminate the ra?ga Juja?vanti, believed to have been imported from Hindustani Music into Karnatak Music.

The oral route is considered to most natural, uncomplicated, convenient and safe due to its ease of administration, patient acceptance, and cost-effective production process. Many technological developments have resulted in the creation of controlled drug delivery systems, which have the potential to transform medication distribution and offer a multitude of therapeutic advantages. These systems address the shortcomings of conventional drug delivery methods. among the most popular methods for gastro-retentive drugs delivery. Several approaches are currently being used to prolong the GRT, including gastr-retentive drug delivery systems (GRDDS), also known as hydrodynamically balanced systems (HBS), swelling and expanding systems, high-density systems, and other delayed gastric emptying devices. One dosage form that is showing promise is floating dosage forms. By combining the right ingredients and a gas-generating agent, floating dosage forms can be made into tablets or capsules. This review on gastro-retentive drug delivery systems (GRDDS) was written with the intention of gathering the most recent research, paying particular attention to the main mechanism of floatation to accomplish gastric retention. The current study aims to improve bioavailability by extending the gastrointestinal residence duration by the creation of a gastro retentive floating bilayered tablet. A simple UV spectro photometric method has been employed for the estimation of API at 238 nm with a Beer's range of 0-10?g/ml. Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy confirmed the absence of any drug/polymer's interactions.

Illegal fishing is a pervasive and destructive global issue that poses a significant threat to maritime ecosystems and the resilience of fisheries. Illegal, unregulated, and unreported (IUU) fishing leads to extinction of fishing population. Also, fishing businesses facing a major financial problem throughout the globe due to IUU. The effective identification and monitoring of illegal fishing activities are crucial in order to protect maritime resources and the enforcement of international regulations. This review paper explores the use of geographical area modeling as a promising approach to combat illegal fishing in oceans. We discuss various techniques and technologies that have been employed to detect IUU fishing within specific geographical areas, providing insights into their strengths, weaknesses, and future prospects. We will develop machine learning algorithms to analyze the geospatial data and identify patterns associated with illegal fishing activities. The current study attempted to conduct a methodical and critical analysis of around Sixty (60) prior publications that were pertinent and published in academic journals throughout a twenty two-year period (2000 - 2022) in modelling of geographical areas to detect illegal fishing. Specifically :(i) Anomaly detection to identify irregular fishing behaviors, such as fishing in prohibited areas(ii) The application of machine learning techniques and how well they match this domain. (iii) the ideas and elements influencing modelling of geographical areas and the starting point of study, (iv) the pertinent mistake and accuracy metrics. Finally, we summarize the difficulties and prospects for more study in the identification of illicit

Ayurveda is the holistic science of treating physical and mental ailments and promote healthy living. Marma is a unique concept of Ayurveda and is been explained extensively by Acharya Sushruta and Acharya Vagbhatta in their respective classical text. Marma are said to be the sites where the Prana resides. Trauma to these vital points leads to instant death, rigorous pain or enduring disability. Shankha Marma is one of the Marma of Urdhvajatrugata region (head region) situated in between the ear and the forehead and just above termination of the superciliary arch/eyebrow. Shankha Marma is considered as Sadhyapranahara Marma. Injury to this area leads to sudden death. Acharya Sushruta described that it is situated between the Karna (ear pinna) and the Lalata (forehead) above the Bhru-Puchha (end portion of eye-brows). It corresponds to the temple area in skull. Pterion, a craniometric point, can also be associated with Shankha Marma. The point corresponding with the posterior end of the Spheno-parietal suture is named the Pterion. In this paper, we will discuss all the possible anatomical structures associated with Shankha Marma making it as one of the most important Marma of Uttamanga.

Our Automatic Electric Vehicle Charging station is a autonomous power supply unit which works without the need for human attendants. The system is designed to facilitate the existing power grid infrastructure. The system employs the Raspberry Pi as our primary controller board and hosts the User Interface on the LCD Display mounted on the Charger Housing. The Pi Board interfaces with our custom Pilot PCB to communicate with the Electric Vehicle Battery Management Systems to negotiate the charging speed, capacity of the car battery and perform safety checks. The user can choose AC level 1,2 or DC level 3 charging. the system uses a 30A relay circuit to isolate the battery from the power supply until all the necessary checks and payment processes are completed. RazorPay is our real time Payment gateway for payment transactions. Once the user has completed the formalities the charging process will begin. we also have a charging monitoring system developed that will help users track the battery charge percentage and charging time remaining on the LCD display. The station has emergency Kill Switches and Emergency Stop buttons mounted on the housing to address safety concerns that arise on the advert of damaged high power output utilities, when engaged the entire system will kill all the power inputs from the grid so that any fault can be safely repaired without risk of electrocution. For our implementation and testing we have built a 18650 NMC chemistry 3S5P Battery pack with a 3S BMS. the unit utilizes level 3 AC charging SAE(Society of Automotive Engineering) standards to ensure the safety and quality of the service.

Blockchain technology has brought about a revolutionary change in modern society by offering transparency, decentralization, and security. Crowdfunding, can also be an online fundraising strategy that initially started as a way to contribute small amount of fund in the form of money or stock to finance project. In present using an intermediary, such as a broker-dealer in digital wallet people have the option to invest in entrepreneurial start-ups. However, current crowdfunding sites lack the Donor Guarantee Policy and control over donated funds, which is a significant issue. A comprehensive overview of the research and developments in the field of blockchain-based crowdfunding is objective of this survey paper. The existing literature is reviewed, key concepts and mechanisms are highlighted, benefits and challenges are discussed, and potential future directions for this exciting area of study are explored.
