In Ayurveda Kaumarbhritya plays an important role .according to him a child is classified into 3 types(Ishwar putara,Madhyam putar,Darid putara according to their financial condition.Kashyap have prescribed age and weight related Drug dosage for children In this segment they have discuss about Child care, Importence of Brest milk, Child diet, Dhatri and Baby Teething. sage like kashyapa and sharagdhara,Vagbhata have excellently prescribed drug dosage with comparison to the fruits like Vidang Ayurveda described about some majors drugs which is used as a tonics and medications for child healthy baby and they also give importance to the Brest Milk which is the first food of the baby and which helps in growth and repairment of baby body. Present article based on the Herbomineral preparation. Our ancient achrayas have various views according to minerals for treatments of the child disease. In this we also know about the formulation which is prepared by the various companies for the treatments of child Disease. In our ancient achryas suggest the Rasoushadhis like Mercury and other metals and minerals. They are used after various samsakar.

 Abstract

In the post reform period several measures have been implemented for the purpose of reducing fiscal deficit, which was one of the biggest sources of economic instability in the economy. Processes of fiscal consolidation has affected to working of Indian monetary policy very closely, which has got an autonomous status in the post reform period. It has also paved the way for development of different segments of Indian financial market. Development of Indian financial market has provided many new channels of monetary transmission, such as interest rate channel, exchange rate channel and asset price channel. Emergence of new channels has helped in effective transmission of monetary policy. Objective of the present paper is to assess the impact of fiscal consolidation processes on effectiveness of monetary transmission. For above objective, first of all theoretical framework of all the channels of monetary transmission has been defined and there after using simple regression analysis technique their significance have been found for the periods of 1971 to 1991, 1991 to 2013 and overall period of 1971 to 2013. Results of the study show that overall effectiveness of monetary policy has improved in the post reform period. It is found true for almost all the channels of monetary transmission. However, only two channels viz. credit channel and interest rate channel found significant, remaining two channels; exchange rate and asset price channel were found insignificant. It has been argued in the paper that there is further scope for improvement in monetary transmission and development of specialised financial markets are very critical in this direction.

 Abstract

The existing rural credit system in India has failed to live up to the expectations and development of the poorer sections of the society. Many empirical evidences bear sufficient testimony to this. Further, the banking system too has failed to deliver when it comes to meeting the needs of the weaker sections of the society especially the women. Therefore, an effective credit delivery mechanism, which could ensure credit delivery in a sustainable manner, has become a necessity. In this paper an attempt has been made to analyze the impact of microfinance on Tribal Development in Telangana State in terms of household income; assets acquired and employment generation before and after joining SHG and availing micro credit.

 Abstract

The present paper discusses the status of tribal women in terms of their health and educational conditions in the state of Telangana. The constitutional protection and promises, even after six decades, their status is found to be lower than general women population. The main objectives this paper is to examine the socio-economic problems of the Tribal women in India as well as in Telangana State, to discuss educational and health conditions of Tribal women, to examine the tribal policy and Status tribal women problems associated with it. The present study completely based on secondary data collected from NFHS, Census of India, Registrar, and General in India, Census of Telangana State and Tribal Welfare Department of Telangana State. Finally this paper reveals that the tribal women Health and education have long been recognized as most influential factors in the quality of human resources and social and economic development in India in particularly in the state of Telangana.

 Abstract

Emotional intelligence is the ability of an individual to use emotions properly for positive results. This has an impact on many aspects of our personal and professional life. The present research study was undertaken to investigate the Emotional Intelligence of Faculty who teach management in various types of Management Institutes in Hyderabad. The sample consisted of 200 Management Faculty from Hyderabad who are both male and female. Convenience sampling technique was adopted to select the number of respondents across the gender. Hypotheses in support of Emotional Intelligence has been tested in this study. The t test at .05 level of significance revealed significant differences based on gender in the present study. The results indicated that female faculty have higher Emotional Intelligence levels as compared to male faculty.

 Abstract

This research paper focuses on the role of entrepreneurship development in rural upliftment. Regional inequality increases the unbalanced growth in the country and it is a reality of Indian economy. The Rural development of the economy is the backbone of any country. Rural upliftment can reduce poverty, reduce unemployment and increase the living standard of people, who directly affect the country's economy. It is believed that entrepreneurship development in rural areas can increase the activities of the rural business. The promotion of rural economy is based on entrepreneurship development. But unfortunately, the traditional mentality of society and the state and related authorities is an important obstacle to the development of rural development in India. For this research, the data was collected through primary as well as secondary data. A sample is drawn from the universe Haryana and samples are collected from the only two districts e.g. Karnal and Kurukshetra. The parentage method and convenient and purposive method is used for statistical calculation. The main aim of the research is to know the entrepreneurship development and its impact on rural upliftment. The research shows that with the help of entrepreneurship development we can uplift the rural economy.
