 Abstract

A low grade Banded magnetite quartzite BMQ from Obalapuram, D.Hiremandal, Ananthapur district,Andhra Pradesh, India was subjected to Diagnostic process characterization amenability study The scope of the procure evaluation study comprises of characterization, diagnostic process amenability gravity. and magnetic process concentration tests verging mesh of grand. The sample assayed 36.31 % Fe{t},42.72% SiO2, 5.12% FeO, 0,40% Al2O3, 1.14% MgO, 0,58% CaO, 0,31% alkalis, 0.13% TiO2 , 0.1%P, 0.05% S and 1.16% LOI. The sample contained mainly very fine grained hematite, magnetite associated intimately with fine grained quartz. Amphibole, goethite, apatite and pyrite were found in minor to trace amounts. The process diagnostic amenability tests to size, specific gravity and magnetic separation indicate that the sample is amenability to gravity separation at very fine size of -0.07mm . The sample is also amenable to magnetic separation at very fine size of -0.07mm yielding washery grade.. A combination of gravity and magnetic separation yields concentrates meeting the BF grade requirements at size finer than 0.07mm. The sample is amenable to beneficiation at very fine sizes producing either BF pellet grade concentrates or coal washery media grade concentrates.

 Abstract

Now a days the railway accidents are increasing mainly due to cracks on the track.Previously a number of methods had been proposed to reduce these accidents in which all of them were complex and expensive. We designed a new simple and cheaper method to avoid the previously proposed methods. We used a voltage sensor, aurdino board, GSM module and a buzzer. Whenever there is a crack ,the flow of voltage becomes nullified as there is a discontinuity made by that crack. As the voltage sensor is on its duty to measure the voltage along the track continuously the discontinuity(crack) is measured as zero volts. As soon as the crack is identified an immediate message will be send to the loco-pilot through the GSM module with exact location by means of GPS.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT: Indoor Plants as an element of landscape when systematically planned and arranged can beneficially and favorably affect micro-climate inside the industry. The effort is with the purpose to beneficially and favorably control the micro-climate to enhance the productivity as well as sound health condition of the workers. To validate this hypothesis experiments were conducted simultaneously within three industries by adopting the varying density of indoor plants for specific gaseous pollutants. In this process the focus was to achieve the reduction of indoor temperature with the change in density of indoor plants. The results obtained have shown encouraging outcome and simultaneously put forward in comparative analysis of results in three industries. This methodology when properly designed planned and executed besides mitigating micro-climate can further be adopted in creating conducive work environment as well as increase productivity.

 Abstract

A concept for the optimization of nonlinear functions using particle swarm methodology is introduced. The evolution of several paradigms is outlined, and an implementation of one of the paradigms is discussed. Benchmark testing of the paradigm is described, and applications, including nonlinear function optimization and neural network training, are proposed. The relationships between particle swarm optimization and both artificial life and genetic algorithms are described,

 Abstract

Big data contains large data sets that are so voluminous and complex that traditional data processing applications are inadequate to deal with them. Big data challenges include capturing data, data storage, data analysis, search, sharing, transfer, visualization, querying, updating. The first five important dimensions to big data are characterized as: Volume, Variety, Velocity, veracity and volatile. Big data is generated from multiple sources like social networking sites, sensors, pdf documents. As the big data generated from multiple sources, it is heterogeneous in nature. Big data includes structured, unstructured and semi-structured data. For analyzing the structured data we have Traditional Data Base Management (TDBM). Traditional data bases are inadequate to maintain unstructured and semi-structured. To manage semi-structured data NoSql (Structured Query Language) data bases can be used. Before performing analytics the data should be captured from multiple resources, which is one of the major challenge. Data Scraping is a technique that extracts desired data from big data sources. Big data can be abstracted or scraped by using JSOUP (Third party libraries in Java), web crawlers. The scraped data can automatically loaded to hive engine with the help of flume tool. So in this project we are going to capture big data from various big data sources and then perform analytics on the data which have been scraped from multiple sources.

 Abstract

MEMS has been identified as one of the most promising technologies for the 21st Century and has the potential to revolutionize both industrial and consumer products by combining silicon-based microelectronics with micromachining technology. Its techniques and micro system-based devices have the potential to dramatically affect of all of our lives and the way we live. MEMS are a process technology used to create tiny integrated devices or systems that combine mechanical and electrical components. They are fabricated using integrated circuit (IC) batch processing techniques and can range in size from a few micrometers to millimeters. These devices have the ability to sense, control and actuate on the micro scale, and generate effects on the macro scale. The interdisciplinary nature of MEMS utilizes design, engineering and manufacturing expertise from a wide and diverse range of technical areas including integrated circuit fabrication technology, mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, chemistry and chemical engineering, as well as fluid engineering, optics, instrumentation and packaging. This report deals with the field of micro-electromechanical systems and its applications .MEMS encompass the process-based technologies used to fabricate tiny integrated devices and systems that integrate functionalities from different physical domains into one device. Such devices are fabricated using a wide range of technologies having in common the ability to create structures with micro-scale and even nano scale accuracies. The products range in size from a few microns to millimeters. These devices have the ability to sense, control and actuate on the micro scale and generate effects on the macro scale.
