Abstract
This research paper defends the creative teaching methods of J.Krishnamurti well known Indian philosophers who addressed his thoughts on freedom from the known, love, nature, education and called the people to untidy come together and think for inner freedom all over the word. This research paper analyses the emptiness in the minds of the teachers and students in the present education system since it emphasizes on memorizing, ranking and lacks the spiritual part which has vital role in knowing one self and knowing others which is important in shaping relationships. After the students received meditation exercises the behavioral changes were noted. Thus this paper is a mini action research paper to advocate meditation exercises for the well being of the students. It recommends inclusion of meditation classes to students from primary level.

Abstract
In recent times, social media has come to emerge as being an important tool of mass media that is used for disseminating vital information about community development work Using social media, community developers are usually able to gather all the resources and the tools that they need to make their projects a success, while informing plenty of people along the way about the work that is being undertaken The wide outreach that is connected to the use of social media platforms has made it an important mass media tool that is being used by community development practitioners today, in various parts of the world. This research paper investigates the impact that mass media has on community development work, or rather, the role that is played by mass media, in community development, with the research undertaken being primary as well as qualitative in its nature. The current research topic has made use of the descriptive design in order, to embark upon a rigorous study and analysis of the role of media in community development.

Abstract
A possible way to enhance the rate of heat transfer in a spiral plate heat exchanger is by employing nanofluids as their working medium. Hence, in the present work, effects of nanofluids on the thermal performance of spiral plate heat exchanger has been investigated numerically and validated with experimental work. First, a counter-current spiral plate heat exchanger is designed and modeled. Later, simulation of spiral plate heat exchanger has been carried out by employing conventional fluid water-water, TiO2-water, and SiO2-water to investigate the heat transfer rates. Finally, the performance of the spiral plate heat exchanger using nanofluid is compared with that of using water and nanofluids. The results reveal that approximately 20 to 25% heat transfer augmentation with nanofluids of 3% overall volume concentration. It is observed that the use of nanofluids improves the thermal performance of spiral heat exchangers.
