� In mobile networks, nowadays, the two major constituents are virtualization and digitization in order to use basic resources and provide the means for the network as a service. Strong pairing of these two techniques determine the adaptability required to supply network resources on-requirement and to constitute and connect network assistance functions dynamically in order to fulfill needs of a vast range of users. Software Defined Mobile Network (SDMN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) technologies are predicted to have a crucial function in 5G scenario. These two, namely, SDMN and NFV, have been extensively used in core designing of mobile networks. In this paper, the approach of software defined Radio Access Networks (SD-RAN) is presented. It is relied that softwarization in radio access networks will be a pivotal move to help network segmentation, RAN distribution, adaptive spectrum organization and other important characteristics in 5G networks.

Pulsatile delivery systems getting more attention as they delivered the medication in the desired concentration at the right time, and at the right place results in increases, patient compliances due to it provide spatial, temporal, and smart delivery of a drug. Pulsatile drug delivery is based on the biological rhythm of the body as well as disease rhythm. A pulse should be configured to do so after the lag time, the complete and quick release of drug is achieved. A release of drug from pulsatile drug delivery is mainly achieved by diffusion, erosion, and osmotic mechanism. These systems are useful for those drugs which show chronopharmacological nature such as the drugs used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, bronchial asthma, osteoarthritis, diabetic mellitus, ankylosing spondylitis, and peptic ulcer. The first part of this article deals with the chronobiology of the body and diseases, benefits and limitations, reason behind the development of this system. The last part of the article deals with marketed technologies, methods of development of pulsatile delivery systems, and its characterization.

Abstract: The system of Caste Panchayat is a prevalent body that existed among many Nomadic, de-notified and, semi-nomadic communities as a form of informal dispute resolution. Women and men many times become the victim of such a system due to its patriarchal nature. This system is mainly based on the caste structure, which operates on the principle of �Pollution� and �Purity� to preserve endogamy. Women suffer more due to gender constrain their identity and dignity as an individual human being is neglected or sideline. The present paper explores that in the era of Modernisation where such informal social institution becomes illegal under �Social Boycott Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2016�, where the practice of any form of ostracism is considered as a crime. The paper explicitly depicts the narratives of women and youths from the Vaidu community, it also portrays how caste Panchayat continues discipline and dominance in the life of women and the poor.

Music becomes our companion in distress. Music heals the heart. Music can change your mood and can rejuvenate you. Music is an integral part of our lives. It begins right from our birth. The heart beats in a rhythm. Even our breathing pattern follows a rhythm. Nature is full of music. Indian classical music therapy is a complementary therapy that promotes the inbuilt natural healing process. This music produces beneficial effects and is physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually uplifting. It can be effective by itself and also can be applied as an adjuvant therapy from our ancestors who were spiritually evolved and had realized essential harmony between the human being and nature. DESIGN: Retrospective randomized controlled trial. SETTING: obstetrics and gynaecology department ,GGG hospital , Jamnagar POPULATION: Thirty women treated with methotrexate therapy for unruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy. METHODS: 20 received a single dose and 10 received a four dose methotrexate regimen. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Success rate of methotrexate therapy (women successfully treated with one injection and women who completed four doses). RESULTS: In the single dose group, treatment was considered successful in 16 women (80%), whereas in the four dose group, 9 women (90%) responded to treatment . In the single dose group 4 women (20%) experienced side-effects compared to 3 (30%) of those who had four doses . CONCLUSION: A result of four dose methotrexate regimen and single dose methotrexate regime was comparable. If we compare side effects , four dose regimen has more side effects .

An attempt was made to compare the sericulture farming in two villages, TKN puthur and Ponnapuram in Palani taluk, Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu, India. The study was carried out in summer and winter seasons. Farmers who were regular in the practice of Bivoltine Silkworm rearing were randomly selected and data were collected from 5 sericulture farms in each village by using structured schedule through personal interview method Our study was aimed to study the growth and Management of Bivoltine Silkworm (Bombyx Mori) fed with V1 mulberry variety in two different seasons. The present study observation reported that winter season producedore quantity of cocoons compared to other seasons.

: For power quality improvement various devices are used. But we use UPQC to get accurate power quality. UPQC is best device to compensate both load and source side problem but to control this UPQC various control strategies are used. Various control strategies for nine switch UPQC are presented in this paper. And these control strategies have capability to mitigate voltage unbalanced related problems also this mitigate current harmonics. Most of the control strategies are easy for calculation but most of are difficult for calculation here we discuss all this easy and difficult control methods.
