Most of the business organizations are devising their business strategies by considering the social responsibility concepts for their sustainable development and development of the economy. Sustainable development has become the necessity of the world in terms of protecting nature, natural resources, the welfare of society, and living things to maintain economic balance. Over the past few years, environmentalists and socialists have expressed strong opposition to companies producing harmful products, polluting the environment, and destroying natural resources by creating awareness through conferences and seminars. Socially responsible investing or impact investing is not a new concept. It is a concept of corporate social responsibility which evolved in many phases like community engagement, socially responsible production, and socially responsible employee relations. Many social structures like religions, non-government organizations, and the ideals followed in different religious systems also played a major role in promoting the concept. This article gives clear-cut information on the concept of socially responsible investing, its origin, and its importance in the sustainable development of the economy with respect to the ESG funds of the mutual fund industry in India and the world. The data is purely based on secondary sources of information.

We all live in a country which is blessed with best demographic profile in terms of youth population, besides being one among the countries with best bio-diversity in the world. About 50% of population in our country are in the age group of below 25 years and about 65% of population are in below 35 years. As a result both State and Central governments concentrating to leverage youth power in the form of various programs aimed at them .Youth in India, being an agent of change, not only concentrating on technological development by being digital savvy, but also contributing a lot towards development of our country by analysing impact of their current activities on future. For example, Sharad Vivek Sagar of Bihar connecting children from remote area with best opportunities, Rabin Food Army of Arundhati Bhat, which supplies food to less fortunate people, indicates that one cannot marginalise the contribution of youth. When it comes to sustainable development, we cannot achieve it in terms of rules and regulations. Anything in terms of regulation does not result in actualizing dream but it must be taken as self-initiation. When something is treated as obligation, we human beings have an attitude of analysing it from the point of view of cost rather than understanding it as one that enhances opportunity. Here comes the role of youth in sustainable development. In this paper researcher tries to analyse how youth perceive sustainable development as, what role they can play and how it is possible to attain sustainable development with humanitarian touch, after understanding their awareness of the concept. This study was undertaken by selecting youth of Udupi based on convenience sampling. The study has been carried out using a combination of questionnaires, informal discussions, and website and literature analysis. The analysis of the questionnaires shows that the awareness about the concept of sustainable development among the youth is extremely low.

Manohar Malgonkar is one of the most under-rated writers of English novel in India. Although he enjoys immense popularity with his readers whose number is by no means small, literary critics tend to dismiss him as a historical romancer, a writer of popular fiction whose works, being devoid of serious content, merely emphasize good story-telling. It is true that novels like Spy in Amber and Shalimar (which originated as a film script) were specifically written for the popular taste. And several of his short stories have a light-hearted banter giving the impression that the author was at pains to avoid anything as unsavoury as complexity or depth or intensity of feeling, in them. It is, thus, that G.S. Amur, while comparing Malgonkar with Raja Rao, states that the former "considers himself as essentially an entertainer, a story-teller and scrupulously keeps away from metaphysics".

Effective inventory control is essential to smoothly running contemporary supply chain networks. Moving goods from bin to bin inside a warehouse is a crucial procedure that guarantees efficient storage space utilization and simple item accessibility. The incorporation of mobile technology has greatly improved conventional bin-to-bin transfer techniques. This innovation is best demonstrated by the SAP Bin-to-Bin Transfer Mobile Application, which offers real-time data processing, keeping you informed and up-to-date, and a sophisticated user interface to expedite the transfer procedure. The features and advantages of the SAP Bin-to-Bin Transfer Mobile Application are examined in this article. The program allows warehouse staff to carry out transfers with portable devices, minimizing errors, speeding up the transfer process, and reducing reliance on manual, paper-based procedures. The conversation explores the application's underlying technology, practical benefits, and possible implementation difficulties. In addition, case studies from the actual world are looked at to show how this mobile solution may be used in practice for warehouse management. The SAP Bin-to-Bin Transfer Mobile Application significantly improves inventory control, operational effectiveness, and overall supply chain efficiencies, providing the logistics and supply chain sector with a competitive edge.
