Oral cancer is a major global health issue accounting for 177,384 deaths in 2018 and it is most prevalent in low- and middle-income countries. Enabling automation in the identification of potentially malignant and malignant lesions in the oral cavity would potentially lead to low-cost and early diagnosis of the disease. Building a large library of well-annotated oral lesions is key. In this paper we developed neural networks based oral cancer detection using different image processing techniques. For that we are using Convolutional Neural Network for the automated detection of oral lesions for the early detection of oral cancer. Here we define oral cancer as malignant neoplasms of lip, tongue and mouth.

Concrete is made up of a variety of materials, including coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement, and water, which are mixed in different proportions to achieve a specific strength. The most important material, cement, plays an important role in the production of concrete. The high cost of traditional building materials is a major factor influencing construction costs. This is a necessity-driven search for new types of alternative construction materials. As a coarse aggregate, waste glass in the form of fine aggregate can be used. In testing cubes for workability, compression strength, and flexural strength, the proportion of the mineral and mixtures is used. The effects of glass powder addition on the properties of M40 mortar concrete mix at 28 days three concrete mix with dosages of 20% of the weight concrete mix are briefly discussed in this paper. As mix dosages, a combination of these glass powders will be used. Cubes measuring 15x15x15cm were used to test compressive strength. The result of glass powder concrete curing for 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days

Work Life integration has become significant part for each and every employee because without having each and every employee Work Life integration achievement of organizational goal is not a simple task, therefore presently every organization making few efforts to balance employee personal and work life. Present research study dealt with impact of Work Life integration Performance of Academic Staff in Universities of Madhya Pradesh. In order to examine relationship between Work Life integration and staff performance five different aspect of Work Life integration has been discussed such as Job sharing, flexible time, work from home, paternity leave and emergency leave. Total sample size for present study is 413 employees of various selected universities. Findings of the study suggested that among five different aspect of Work Life integration Flexible time and Work from home have no any significant impact on staff performance while three such as Job sharing, Paternity leave and emergence leave significantly related with staff performance.

Abstract: A floor system plays an important role in overall cost and service of the building. Flat plate/slabs are economical since they have no beams and hence can reduce the floor height by 10-15%. In this analysis of RC flat slab with drop and post-tensioned slab is carried out. This analysis is done for ground floor slab level and G+20 slab level. A finite element-based software ETABS (vr.2018) is used for analyzing parameters like strip wise bending moments, shear force and displacements. A comparative analysis is carried out for maximum values of bending moments, shear force and displacements found in RCC and PT flat slab. The present work provides reasonable information regarding the suitability of post-tensioned slab and RC flat slab. The work undertaken is an attempt to understand the fundamentals of PT and Flat slab building, its design & behavior under seismic loading. Specific guidelines are available for design of building in Indian codes.
