An adverse drug reaction (ADR) is a harmful and unforeseen response to a medication. ADRs drive up healthcare expenses and are a major contributor to morbidity and mortality. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) continue to be a prevalent and serious issue in healthcare. Given the escalating complexity of treatments, the ageing population, and the rise in multimorbidity, adverse drug reactions (ADRs) continue to remain a challenge in contemporary healthcare. A suspected adverse drug reaction can be linked to a specific time, sickness pattern, investigational findings, and re-exposure. If at all possible, management include drug withdrawal as well as targeted therapy for any side effects. It is important to report suspected adverse drug reactions. In addition to examining issues related to their prevention, diagnosis, reporting, and management in current clinical practice, this article summarizes some of the most important information about ADRs.

ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Colostrum is the deep lemon colour liquid secreted by the breast for the first several post-partum days. Compared with mature milk, colostrum contains more minerals and protein, but less sugar and fat. Antibodies are demonstrable in colostrum; immunoglobulin A may protect the newborn against enteric pathogens. Other host resistant factors, including complement, macrophages, lymphocytes, lactoferrins, lactoperoxidase and lysosomes are in human colostrum and milk. Objectives 1. To assess the knowledge regarding importance of feeding colostrum to new born babies among the Primigravida Mothers. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of Structured Teaching Programme on the importance of feeding Colostrum to new born babies. 3. To find out the association between the Pre-test knowledge scores with their selected Socio-demographic variables. Methods The research design used for the present study was Pre-Experimental One Group Pre-Test Post- Test design. By using Random Sampling Technique, 60 Primigravida Mothers were recruited for the study. The level of knowledge was assessed using the Structured Knowledge Questionnaire Tool. After the assessment, Structured Teaching Programme was administered to Primigravida Mothers. Post-test assessment was performed on the 8th day with the same tool. The results were described by using Descriptive and Inferential Statistics. Results In the process of data collection, 61.7% had Inadequate knowledge and 38.3% had moderate knowledge in the pre-test, in the post-test 36.7% had Moderate knowledge and 63.3% had Adequate knowledge regarding the importance of feeding colostrum to new born babies. Interpretation and Conclusion The study shows that structured teaching programme is found to be effective in increasing the knowledge among Primigravida Mothers regarding importance of colostrum feeding.

Big data has played a significant influence in practically every domain. Big data in healthcare also covers the collection of patient and clinical records. It is very large or challenging to comprehend using conventional data processing methods. Large data management has a number of challenges for improved service quality, the most important of which are big data privacy and security. The interchange of personal health information by the healthcare enterprise is a key barrier to system interoperability and patient access to medical records. The decentralized nature and security of blockchain technology provide big data services a great chance to grow. Systems built on the block chain have the potential to reduce or eliminate the costs and friction associated with present middlemen. Block chain technologies offer numerous prospects for health care, but they must grow further. It is explored how to handle and share individual patient records with other institutional data. There is an introduction to block chain and big data, as well as information on the drivers pushing their integration and a study of blockchain services for big data in the health industry. Various broad topics have described how blockchain technology has aided healthcare systems. This provides a clear depiction of the issues that may arise while combining blockchain with healthcare big data.

Haryana State is largely agriculture based state; most of its population live in villages. The rural Haryana combined with strong patriarchal leanings make the status of women in rural Haryana precarious. Rural women in Haryana, as in other parts of India, suffer from variety of disadvantages. Foremost among them is lack of education among women. Another is its skewed sex ratio. The number of women per one thousand men in Haryana is among the lowest in India. Hence we need to empower women in rural Haryana. This can be done in a variety of ways, like, through spread of education and awareness about rights, changing the patriarchal mindset/system. Concerted efforts are being made in that direction by the government and other agencies to uplift and educate the rural women. Similarly, the 73 rd Constitution Amendment Act created the institutions of village panchayats and local bodies, and gave one-third reservation to women. How far the institution of panchayats in Haryana has changed their status or empowered them, is a matter of debate. Similarly, the issue of spreading education for women in villages is also debatable. Along with this the patriarchal system, and deep prejudices against women in the rural set-up, recently reflected in the form of assertive Khap panchayats, also need to be examined and analysed. The scope of the instant paper is to critically analyse all these and related issues.

Biscuits and cookies are popular across all age groups that comprises three basic ingredients: flour, sugar, and fat, which are combined with additional minor ingredients to produce dough. Wheat flour has a high starch level but a low fibre and mineral content, resulting in biscuits with a lower protein and mineral content. Oats (Avena sativa) is a wonderful source of carbohydrate and protein with a favorable amino acid balance. Oats have a significant amount of lipids, particularly unsaturated fatty acids, minerals, vitamins, and phytochemicals. Oats have several health benefits, including hypercholesterolemia and anticancer properties. Chickpea is also a good source of protein, carbohydrate, minerals and vitamins, and dietary fibre and its consumption has been associated with a lower risk of numerous chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, obesity, cancer, and diabetes. Aim-To develop a healthy substitute for regular Maida-based biscuits by utilizing oats flour and chickpea hummus as a core component in the form of biscuits (Humm Biscuits) making i t a healthy snack option. Methods-Oats flour and chickpea hummus dough was prepared along with the addition of sesame seeds, oil, and spices in the mixture. The dough was rolled to give the shape of biscuits and then baked. Once the product was developed it was assessed through sensory evaluation by using a scorecard. Results and Discussion- The biscuits were crispy, had a nice greenish-brown colour and taste was similar to commercial 50-50 biscuits. Conclusion-The product is a good substitute for Regular Maida-based biscuits. Hummus biscuits are nutrient dense and can be consumed by all age groups as a healthy snack option. Along with being good protein and fibre source, it is also gluten-free.
