 Abstract

Human resources management information system (HRMIS) is the computer software intended for simplification and acceleration of HR management process, improvement of its quality via automation of the basic (routine) objectives and activities in organization. Due to this advantage more and more organizations apply HRMIS effective for public, government, e-Governance as well as private business sectors also switching for HRMIS to implement digital & virtual business. Development of the HRMIS unified standards is of key significance for improvement of HR management effectiveness and transparency in certain departments, as well as in public sector, in general. In addition, it will be the significant step in introduction of the unified e-governance system and fast execution of business. This research paper discussed fundamental and initial modeling how to analyze, design and develop HRMIS in business organization

 Abstract

Stress is a term commonly used to describe the symptoms produced by the body in response to increased tension. Every other person experiences stress in some situation/time or the other. In present scenario with more women opting to go out of home to work out are more vulnerable to this problem called stress. Though it is said that a certain level of stress is required to improve results or productivity of a person but stress beyond a certain level becomes distress and requires a remedy. In recent years it is seen that women are being educated and are opting for jobs and professions which are demanding. Women, though become independent, but due to their status in the society and traditional norms are burdened to not only do the job but also look after the other members in the family, attend social obligations like marriages, child birth, death, etc. giving them no or very less time for their own self. They not only experience physical stress but also mental stress. The paper of the researcher endeavours to find the various reasons for stress, the methods adopted by working women to cope up with stress and accordingly make suggestions to help them reduce their level of stress to the minimum possible. For undertaking the study researcher chose sample of women working in Bhusawal Taluka. Such working women were teachers in schools and colleges, nursing staff of private hospitals, and nationalized and private banks.

 Abstract

Indian private banking sector has seen a tremendous growth and one of the important revenue generator in service sector. Besides providing competitive pay packages and other lucrative services, employee dissatisfaction and dissent have witnessed. The purpose of the present study is to analyses weather the work culture, Job profile detailing, reward & recognition has any relationship with employee retention or not. For the purpose of this study, the technique of primary research has been used with structured questionnaire and survey method. A sample set of 120 respondents are used to determine the correlation between Work Culture, Job profiling Detail, reward & recognition with Employee retention strategies in private sector banks of Jalgaon District areas

 Abstract

New Media Technology (NMT) has changed the course of communication in both developed and developing countries and has completely changed the pattern of development communication. Most of the developing countries lack in the technological developments. The other fact is that in developing countries, very few people have access to New Media Technologies (NMT) especially the internet. In some of the countries of Asia and Africa, the access to internet is very limited. Media in developing and under-developed countries strive to bring in developmental change, through its message to the mass. While discussing the relation of development with that of any New Media, the greater the communication facilities, the better or even faster is modernization. New Media in development communication also tries to maintain the established values of the society by playing a socializing role. Especially focusing on the digital utilization of New Media for the development of society and will discuss the role of New Media in communicating state government welfare programmes with reference to (Scholarship Management Information System) Department of Social Welfare, Karnataka state.

 Abstract

The development of the country is possible only if women folk are also developed. It has been observed that the social, economic and political status of women in rural areas remains very low. Recently, microfinance programme has been introduced for poor of the society targeting especially the women. Women must be empowered by enhancing their awareness, knowledge; skills and technology use efficiency, thereby, facilitating overall development of the society. The concept of Self Help Groups (SHGs) is proving to be a helpful instrument for the women empowerment. SHG is an organization of rural poor, particularly of women that deliver micro credit to undertake the entrepreneurial activity. This paper assesses micro financing & its beneficiaries in Jalgaon District.
