Abstract: Early research and academic discourse focused on defining mLearning as a new emerging discipline. In recent years many projects assisted in the maturation of mLearning and much has already been done to integrate mLearning into mainstream education. However, mLearning is still in its infancy and we are merely seeing the tip of the iceberg. This paper was focusing attitudes of different category lecturers of Teacher Training Institutes (like D.Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phil. or Ph.D. Course running institutions) towards mobile learning. The samples were selected on the basis of simple random sampling procedure. Maximum lectures have expressed positive attitude towards statements of the tools representing different aspects of Mobile learning. SPSS software was used for the analysis of the data.

In the Indian social order dalits had not sanctioned any rights on the cultivation of intelligence and acquiring knowledge. This situation has changed after the coming of Christian Missionaries in to our society. Activities of Christian missionaries had brought positive change in the social and spiritual life of dalits. They are providing free education to all caste childrens including dalits. Perhaps it was in the missionaries schools children of all sections got opportunity to get education. Yet Christian missionary schools inclusive policy faced difficulties. Some Hindu caste people have withdrew their childrens from the missionary schools when children of untouchables began to enter in. This has led to the creation of special schools for dalits childrens. This article discussed on which other agencies, such government and nongovernment organizations work in involved in creating special schools apart from the Christian missionaries.

Blended learning is a formal education program in which the student learns in part through online learning, and partly in a supervised brick-and-mortar location away from home. The strengths of e-learning include flexibility, personalization, interactivity and adaptability as the ability of the educational process for students with different abilities and demands. This collaborative setting has more enriched learning experience and collaboration among students can be improved upon if group activities rely on information gathered from online resources or lessons. The key to the transformation of teaching and learning that we have explored in this paper will depend largely on a commitment to collaborative leadership and governance structure.

The late Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam has been described as a career scientist, technology leader, inspiring teacher turned reluctant politician, and above all great visionary. He was one of the great visionaries who with his potentialities contributed to the development of the nation. The rare confluence of scientific brilliance and wisdom makes him truly unique and apart. The present study deals with his great vision for the nation and its development in all its perspectives. He had several visions but the vision of India as a developed nation or as an empowered nation by 2020 has always been his top priorities. The nation is bigger than the individual. Dr. Kalam always acknowledges that a deep understanding of our huge natural resources, biodiversity, and human resources along with action plans by the great scientific minds will make India a great nation again. Apart from his scientific accomplishments and achievements, his writings in numerous books and articles are a great contribution to the nation. The study includes the analysis and interpretation of the thoughts regarding these points and seeks whether the country succeeds in fulfilling his dream of a better nation. It would be pertinent to look at how far we have progressed on the dream of a developed India as a vision by Dr. Kalam.

ABSTRACT The present research study on various physicochemical parameters and trace metals in the vicinity of Thuvakudi Village Pond and nearby ground water in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, is a main source of water for irrigation system, other bore wells, industrial use and underground water intake for drinking purpose in near vicinity of the pond by residents envisage an alarming condition of water quality. In this research study the suitability of underground water for drinking and the contamination levels in the pond by human and industrial activities has been investigated in two seasonal variations during pre-monsoon and post monsoon period. The results are compared with various national and international water quality standards and justifying the same with some remedial measures by creating awareness among the living community. An attempt was made to remove heavy metal such as Fe (III) ion by using (CGS-POP) composite made up of Crumb rubber, Graphite and Sawdust mounted on Plaster of Paris. The mechanism is simple adsorption and ion exchange between the trace metal and the adsorbent layer.

The formation of high salt deposit upon heating the water taken from the ground to analyse the Physico-Chemical parameters and to assess the reliability of drinking water quality within the vicinity of Chibombo region in Ten Miles, Zambia at model site. The parameters include water temperature, rain fall, weather conditions, humidity, colour, odour, turbidity, total suspended solids, total dissolved solids, pH, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen (DO), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total alkalinity, hardness, biological oxygen demand (BOD) and minerals studies have been analysed throughout the year 2014 .The results showed that some of the parameters like turbidity, odour and colour are at acceptable limit. The total hardness and the total dissolved solids are not within the permissible limit due to seasonal variation and increased environmental pollutants. It was found that the hardness was high due to the calcium and magnesium mineral contents such as Iron is high with little traces of Copper due to availability of copper deposit at many provinces and leaching from salty rocks beds. It is observed that the water is not suitable for drinking and special attention must be drawn to execute water softener technology such as RO or any other sophisticated ion exchange system is needed for domestic purpose. This research paper discusses and reports the prevailing conditions of water around Ten Miles region, Chibombo district, Zambia.

Abstract Advertising is a field that has existed since the times of businesses, and as competition grew and more and more people started taking and interest in buying products that they like, from brands they trust, advertising took centre stage, becoming a pivotal source of dialogue from the brands side targeted towards the customers and consumers. As advertising grew in popularity the need to make advertisements that were better than the competitors became pivotal, leading brands to come up with new and exciting means of advertising themselves. It also became important to increase the effectiveness of the advertisements by targeting the correct audience and ensuring that the advertisement captured the attention of consumers. From this need, arose advertising agents whose job became to ensure that the brands message was communicated effectively through the advertisements and it reached the target audience. The advertising landscape changed majorly with the development of new forms of technology, namely, Radio, TV, Mobile, Social media etc. Most of these mediums still thrive but some have lost their shine. It is important for advertisers to choose a medium that helps them reach their target market. It is evident that advertising has undergone several major changes over the years, both as a creative process and as an industry. The representation of women and people of colour kept changing and reflecting the values held by the society at that time. The changes in the social norms have changed advertising as a whole, advertising depends on the consumers and the consumers and their likes and dislikes, as well as what is acceptable socially and what is not. Since these things are ever-changing, it can be said that advertising too, is ever changing.

The purpose of this project is to build a self-learning solution to analyze the triggers, patterns and trends in historical logs that resulted in prior system or application degradation / failure and to create a model to predict system or application failures based on real-time logs. In this scenario, the solution should be able to identify and predict the errors based on the real time log data and notify to the user or present the same in a readable format.
