Abstract: Metal nanoparticles (NPs) are a subject of global interest in research community due to their diverse applications in various fields of science. The stabilization of these metal NPs is of great concern in order to avoid their agglomerization during their applications. There is a huge pool of cations and anions available for the selection of ionic liquids as stabilizers for the synthesis of metal NPs. Ionic liquids are known for their tunable nature allowing the fine tuning of NPs size and solubility by varying the substitutions on the heteroatom as well as the counter anions. However, there has been a debate over the stability of metal NPs stabilized by ionic liquids over a long period of time and also upon their recycling and reuse in organo-catalytic reactions. ionic liquids covalently attached to solid supports have given a new dimension for the stabilization of metal NPs as well as their separation, recovery, and reuse in organo-catalytic reactions. The stabilization of metal nanoparticles and their applications as a function of their metal cation and counter anion.

The purposes of the study determine the status of how the School Administration effective to achievement of Adolescent students in North Bengal. For this purposes, researcher used questionnaire which is prepared by seven dimensions (availability of the resources use by students, and used by teachers) are applied to 300 students. The researcher selected seven dimensions for item analysis of School Administration tests. For development of the tools, researchers used split- half method. Five objectives has chooses in this study. This study is conducted with descriptive type survey method. The data has been analyzed throught test of statistics. The researcher chose 13 hypothesis. This all hypothesis tested byt test. 2 of them the result was not significant. And other 11 hypothesis is significant mean different of effective School Administration Academic Achievement of Adolescent Students in North Bengal.

Linear algebra allows us to start understanding basic linear systems with use of matrices and vectors. Linear algebra is the branch of mathematics concerned with the study of vectors, vector spaces (also called linear spaces), linear maps (also called linear transformations), and systems of linear equations. Vector spaces are a central theme in modern mathematics; thus, linear algebra is widely used in both abstract algebra and functional analysis. Linear algebra also has a concrete representation in analytic geometry and it is generalized in operator theory. It has extensive applications in the natural sciences and the social sciences, since nonlinear models can often be approximated by linear ones.

In the competitive environment, employees of any organization are the key factor for the success of the firm. In the sectors like health, education, media, insurance banking etc. human resource plays a prime role in successful delivery of the services. Most of the service sector insists on absorbing human resource with specific qualification, required skill set and basic hands on training. However, Cooperative banks in India do not have this privilege due to their existing structure and function. These banks in India are in existence over a century. They are progressively becoming intricate business mechanism, requiring all the tools and techniques of modern management for their success but one of the constraints in their development is the lack of trained manpower to manage affairs on efficient business lines. Recruiting, training, retaining the existing work force and promoting a culture of continuous learning are few challenges for cooperative banks even today. Since, Human Resources Development (HRD) is a key factor defining the characteristics of a successful banking institution; cooperatives also need to develop their ordinary members, the members of the Board and most importantly their employees. Therefore, in the present research paper an attempt is made to signify the need of HRD and to identify the contemporary challenges in implementing the HRD practices in cooperative banks.

The COVID-19 pandemic has interrupted normal operations such as education, jobs and vario us activities across the world. The success of online learning mainly depends on the teachers and students including delivery, course contents, materials, training, technology, power supply, communicaton, attitude and perception of the sender and receivers Bangladesh, as a least developed country, has a lot of problems in the matter of online learning. This study illustrates the causes and effects of online classes on learners in Bangladesh.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to assess the differences in the various area of vocational interest of higher secondary level school students in relation to their locale. The present study was carried out with A sample of 200 students (100 Rural students and 100 Urban students) studying in various higher secondary schools in the district of Janjgir Champa district of Chhattisgarh state. The sample was selected by disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. A standardized tool developed by Dr. S.P Kulashreshta named as Vocational Interest Record was used for collection of primary data. The data were analyzed with the help of Mean, SD and Critical Ratio to study the vocational interests of higher secondary students. The result showed that there existed difference in the vocational interest of higher secondary school students in different vocational interest areas like. The result also revealed that there is significant difference in the vocational areas of secondary school students in relation to gender variation.

A total of 40 athletic population including both gender ( male and female) of age group from 15 to 35, who meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in this study. All of them took part in the study on a voluntary basis after signing consent , the subject divided into two groups 20 in each group by non-probability sampling , group 1 with 20 subject (myofascial release was given), group two with 20 subject (foam rolling is done for about 4 minutes in the specificed area) and the outcome measures were taken, ACTIVE KNEE EXTENSION (AKE), PASSIVE STRAIGHT LEG RAISE (PSLR) , SIT AND REACH TEST (SRT) and NUMERIC PAIN SCALE (NPS), the MFR was given total of 4 session (twice per week ) for two weeks where as foam rolling was for about 2 minutes group A and B result showed highly significant improvement in the SRT and NRS in the week 2 analysis

We study Birkhoff-James orthogonality and isosceles orthogonality of bounded linear operators between Hilbert spaces and Banach spaces. We explore Birkhoff-James orthogonality of bounded linear operators in light of a new notion in-troduced by us and also discuss some of the possible applications in this regard. We also study isosceles orthogonality of bounded (positive) linear operators on a Hilbert space and some of the related properties, including that of operators having disjoint support. We further explore the relations between Birkhoff-James orthogonality and isosceles orthogonality in a general Banach space.
