Organizational culture is a system of philosophies, ideologies, values, assumptions, beliefs, attitude and expectation that knit the organization together and shared by its employees. It reflects characteristics of an organization which differentiates one from another, ranging from internal policies, public relations and customer service. Organizational culture influences day to day activities of an employee. It is a collaborative process of creating awareness and understanding difference between individual's perspective and varied interests that from others. It also brings perspective alignment of organization and its employes. This expand the definition beyond patterns of behaviour into jointly held beliefs. Organizational culture should not be underestimated, and research as indicated that the culture of and organization as a strong influence on how the organization tackles problems and questions, sets strategy and creates the structures that determine the work activities and relationships of organizational members and also on how members behave when carrying out their organizational activities.

India is the world's largest nation with a population of more than 142.86 crore population, has surpassed china. The implementation of a digital payment system is important in order to transform India in to digital India. The government of India launched digital India Programme in July 1, 2015. by prime minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Programme Focuses on the three main vision areas; digital infrastructure as a core utility to every citizen, governance and services on demand, and digital empowerment of citizens. The government wants to provide. the internet, mobile phones and bank accounts to every citizen, through online and mobile platforms, make financial transactions electronic and cashless, and availability of digital resources across the country. The demonetization policy in India. had a significant impact on the country's economy, and also reason for the growth of digital payments in India.in order to transform India in to digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.

Remote work is a kind of work process that helps the workers to do their job activities from distance or out of work surroundings. This study helps us to know the impact of remote work on employees of IBM and the impact of remote work on the employee's productivity. As we start to move beyond to COVID-19, a rise in remote working looks set to be the change in work practices most likely to stick long term. This research contributes to an important growing research agenda on remote and hybrid working, investigating its relationships with employee wellbeing, leader -member exchange. The primary data is collected by conducting an online survey to the employees of IBM through Google-form. Simple convenient sampling method is used to secondary data also collected from articles and reports. There is a positive and negative impact of remote work on the IBM employee productivity.

Agriculture is the foundation of our nation's economy. Generally, farmers depend on cash as it is useful for their current transactions. Demonetisation made it difficult for the cash withdrawal from banks. The farmers were unable to draw huge amount to pay their expenses for cultivation. So, they have postponed their works which leads to reduction in agricultural production. Indian government has decided to demonetize the two highest denomination banknotes, causing huge problems for farmers. Their savings as well as payment mode were only on cash. Due to this, the agricultural labour the below poverty level have become jobless for few months. To address these issues, this study is conducted to investigate the impact of demonetization on the agricultural sector. The data used for the impact of demonetisation on agricultural sector has been collected from both primary and secondary sources.

The Indian economy saw a growth in job prospects in the hospitality sector following liberalization of the economy in the last decade of the twentieth century. A multitude of professional prospects have been made possible by automation and computerization, particularly for educated women in the IT and software industries where desk jobs are the norm and decent incomes are available. These jobs may be stressful at work, though, because they also need numerous hours and a driven by deadlines mentality. IT professionals who have a home commitment find it challenging to maintain a work-life balance. The study collected data from female IT workers via questionnaires and concerns surveys. The study also looks at the reasons of work-life balance and potential solutions. KEYWORDS: Work life balance, work pressure, family obligation.

Aurobindo Company prioritizes an efficient grievance handling system to ensure a harmonious work environment. The company recognizes the significance of addressing employee concerns promptly and impartially. A structured approach is employed, encompassing clear channels of communication and designated grievance resolution mechanisms. Emphasis is placed on confidentiality and fairness throughout the process, fostering trust and transparency. Researcher was supported by stratified random sampling of 100 employees .Structured questionnaire method is used to collect the data. The data was analysed through the percentage analysis and cross tabulation method. Control in their effort to understand the issues of employees and remedy the issues amicably have a higher chance of maintain a lifestyle of high overall performance.
