 Abstract

The world needs people who can use their critical and creative thinking abilities to work as a team to address problems both now and in the future. Technology has totally changed and modified the ways in which knowledge is created, acquired, and shared. The question of whether education can produce critical and creative thinkers who can meet the demands of the social and economic world of now and tomorrow arises when it comes to education. On the other side, because they undermine instructors' authority in the classroom and alter how people view them, computers and smart gadgets are endangering the accuracy of data and knowledge. Consequently, the phrases "teacher" and "guide," "facilitator," and "coach" have started to sound alike (Karatas, 2015). It's common knowledge that children receive their training in schools. It's unclear how much of the content is backed by information and communication technologies, though, and what percentage of it students actually learn. In a time when individuals are constantly surrounded by technology at work, in the classroom, and elsewhere, smart devices and technical tools have developed too quickly. The advancement of pedagogical techniques that integrate educational technologies and educational research have not kept pace with the rapid advancements in electronic gadgets utilized on a daily basis. Given this, ensuring innovation in educational activities can be achieved by comprehending the benefits of integrating technology into the classroom. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the need for thoughtful handling of innovation in education. To achieve this, this study examines earlier research on innovation as a requirement for unique learning environments and updates tactics for effectively integrating technology into education, resulting in the creation of creative learning environments. Last but not least, innovation plays a critical role in changing and rebuilding training settings in addition to curricula, teacher roles, and teacher preparation.

 Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adult life. During this period, pubertal development and sexual maturation take place. There is a substantial lacuna in the knowledge towards menstruation and menstrual hygiene among adolescent girls. Adolescent girls are often reluctant to discuss this topic with their parents, friends or anyone. This in turn leads to ignorance of the scientific facts and hygienic health practices among adolescent girls. Better knowledge and safe menstrual practices will avoid risk against reproductive tract infections and its consequences. With this scenario, it would be appropriate to give educational intervention to girls at school level itself. Therefore, increased knowledge about menstruation right from childhood may escalate safe practices and may help in mitigating the suffering of millions of women.

 Abstract

Change resistance has a significant impact on the success of the change. As researchers have been studying the causes and management of resistance for more than a half-century. Much may be learned from resistance literature that pertains to today's unprecedented, continuous change, when an organization's ability to handle change is crucial. Resistance not only affects whether the change will succeed or fail, but it also determines whether the organisation will survive or prosper. This article discusses major insights provided by resistance literature, as well as how such information relates to change management in the modern world. It identifies the vital need for companies to build skills in effectively managing change and resistance to change, and it offers suggestions for how to do so. To stay afloat, any organisation must continually been positioning itself to compete for resitricted resources in an ever-changing and dynamic environment, not only responding to but also predicting change. Organisational change, change management, and resistance to change are three distinct concepts.

Abstract: Folk medicine is the traditional healing system. Before developing modern medical science, people of all society used folk medicine for health care and treatment in order to save their lives. Even today this kind of remedial system is not completely abolished. It mainly depends on the natural objects and beliefs relating to a community's religion. In this remedy system, practical healer is the main person who provides medicine to a sick people. Besides natural or herbal plants, they also use magico-religious practices for healing. In Bodo community Oja (practical healer) and doudini (prayer dancer) plays an important role in traditional healing system. For critical diseases, they performed puja and other rituals with the help of Oja or doudini by making prophecy. In this paper tried to explain both the natural (herbal) and magico-religious practices used in Bodo society for healing.
