Rabindranath Tagore turns a well-known Buddhist tale about an untouchable girl's longing for a Buddha student into one of self-awareness in his 1938 play Chandalika. This essay focuses on Tagore's recounting of this story and makes the case that by giving Prakriti, the play's protagonist, agency over her own destiny, he also empowers a Dalit woman. According to this paper's textual analysis and examination of pertinent literature, Prakriti's yearning for Ananda is not merely a woman's desire for a man, as some critics have claimed, but rather the soul's yearning for the Supreme Soul. This essay comes to the conclusion that Prakriti defies Hinduism's definition of the ultimate goal of existence when she awakens.

Transdermal drug delivery system falls under the control drug delivery category aiming to administer drug through the skin a pre determine and controlled rate over extended period. Transdermal drug delivery system have several advantages such as reduced dose frequency, avoiding first pass metabolism by entering direct into systemic circulation, Suitability for elderly patient who cannot take pharmaceuticals orally and ability to be self administer with fever side effect. Multiple drug administration has several disadvantages include cannot achieve high drug level in blood, long time adherence is difficult. This review cover general aspects like drug absorption pathways through skin, different factor affecting transdermal permeability, various types of transdermal patches, components of transdermal patches, evaluation parameter. Additionally therapeutic application of transdermal drug delivery system, moreover, the articles includes various advancements in the transdermal drug delivery system.

Creating a secure electronic voting system that merges the privacy and fairness of traditional voting with the transparency and adaptability of electronic platforms remains a complex challenge. In this ongoing research, we evaluate the potential of blockchain technology to facilitate distributed electronic voting. We propose an innovative blockchain-based e- voting system designed to overcome the limitations of current electronic voting methods. Additionally, we examine several leading blockchain frameworks to build a robust e-voting system. Through a detailed case study, we demonstrate the election process and develop a blockchain-based application that enhances security and reduces the financial burden of conducting national elections.

As the global effort to combat the COVID-19 pandemic shifts into the post-emergency phase, vaccine pricing remains a topic of significant discussion. While many countries have made substantial progress in vaccinating their populations, the price of COVID-19 vaccines continues to fluctuate, driven by factors such as manufacturer negotiations, distribution costs, and local government policies. This report deals with the issues surrounding COVID-19 vaccine pricing, examining the unequal access in costs between low, middle, and high-income countries, the influence of pharmaceutical manufacturers, and the potential future trends in vaccine pricing as the global market stabilizes. It highlights the importance of continued international cooperation to ensure equitable access to vaccines, particularly for underserved populations.

Digital literacy is an essential aspect that influences employee performance and the adoption of investment products in banking institutions in today's constantly shifting financial landscape. This study examines the relationship between employee performance, digital literacy, risk management, and the acceptance of banking investment products to better understand the complex dynamics at play. Based on an extensive analysis of previous research and empirical data, this study explores how digital literacy impacts employees' productivity and proficiency in the banking industry. It also looks at how different levels of digital literacy affect workers' ability to promote, communicate, and help clients find their way around the many investment products that banks offer while still following risk management best practices. By incorporating risk management, the research addresses employees' ability to utilise digital tools for identifying and mitigating risks, such as misspelling, non-compliance with regulations, and data breaches, thereby fostering a trustworthy financial ecosystem. The findings have significant implications for banking institutions striving to improve customer engagement strategies, optimize employee training programs, and deploy digital tools that not only encourage the adoption of investment products but also enhance risk management practices in an increasingly digitalized financial environment..

The National Education Policy(NEP) 2020 is a revolutionary attempt. Aimed at shaking up the Indian Education System to meet the requirements of the 21st century, the comprehensive strategy emphasizes inclusive tutoring. Multidisciplinary and community-based, although this approach has numerous benefits including vocational training, introductory reading, and technology relinquishment. It also raises questions about the long-term effects on scholars. This composition assesses the benefits and implicit difficulties of NEP and considers its objectives and counter accusations for the future of Indian education.

The stability of an embankment during and post-construction is predominantly influenced by the magnitude of displacements occurring beneath the embankment. Numerous studies have documented the adverse effects of excessive displacements on the performance of the embankment and nearby structures. Various ground improvement techniques are employed, along with the deployment of in-situ instrumentation, to mitigate significant issues such as large displacements and potential embankment failure. This study leverages data from multiple case studies on embankments and utilizes finite element software, PLAXIS 2D, to analysed displacements. The lateral displacements and settlements were computed using PLAXIS 2D. The results, including lateral displacements, settlements, and pore water pressures derived from finite element analysis (FEA), were then systematically compared with parameters obtained through experimental, numerical, and observational methods documented in existing case histories.

Electric stun gun, commonly referred to as stun guns or conducted energy devices (CEDs), have emerged as widely used non-lethal weapons in a variety of security-related domains. These devices operate by delivering a high-voltage, low-current electrical shock that incapacitates an individual temporarily by disrupting the body's neuromuscular system. While initially developed for law enforcement and military applications, electric stun devices have gained popularity in civilian markets for personal defense, offering a safer alternative to traditional weapons like firearms and knives. The design and operation of these devices revolve around the precise control of electrical output--delivering high voltage but low current to avoid permanent harm while maximizing effectiveness in immobilizing a target. The technology behind electric stun teasers is continuously evolving, and new advancements are focused on improving performance, safety, and ease of use. Despite their non-lethal nature, electric stun devices are not without their risks, with concerns about misuse, health implications, and potential for excessive force, particularly in law enforcement applications. This paper provides an in-depth exploration of electric stun teasers, covering their operational principles, technological features, and the various applications where they are utilized. The discussion includes detailed safety considerations, highlighting potential risks associated with electrical shock, including physiological effects, and explores the growing body of research on the ethical and legal issues surrounding their use. By examining these topics, this paper offers a comprehensive overview of electric stun teasers, their growing role in security, and the challenges posed by their deployment in various settings.

Metaphorically speaking, more women should take the road less travelled, the road here being the road that leads the women to entrepreneurship. Women should act independently, freeing themselves from the conformity of most women who for reasons best known to them choose to avoid the road less travelled. This is strange considering that in our country, many women have made it to the top weathering storms that have their origins in our patriarchal society which has spawned patriarchal power. The resultant patriarchal values have permeated through our society, often placing our society under the domination of men, in every sphere of economic activity. Stakeholders like banks look for the non-existent man behind the women who approach them for financing their bankable projects. Banks are suppliers of the most vital component, namely capital, to the enterprise. Sadly, women entrepreneurs have to bend over backwards to convince the banker of the financial viability of their enterprise. To make things worse, women have to juggle lots of different things, for example their enterprise and their family. As a result, the sword of Damocles hangs precariously over the heads of women entrepreneurs all the time. This is the default setting under which most women embrace entrepreneurship in our country. The researcher interacted with stakeholders like women entrepreneurs and experts to find ways and means of promoting women entrepreneurship in this backdrop. Her interaction with the said stakeholders led her to conclude that the present-day women are better placed to access capital and various government incentives to commence and grow entrepreneurial activities. However, they have to be reskilled and / or upskilled to exploit the opportunities that the present-day business world offers , including online business. Mentorship with established women entrepreneurs and interaction with peer groups will accelerate the promotion of women entrepreneurship in the country.
