In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been rapidly integrated into various domains, enabling systems to make informed decisions. AI advancements have the potential to transform the functioning of modern libraries. However, implementing AI in library operations poses significant challenges. This study examines how smart libraries can enhance user services through the application of machine learning (ML) techniques. The research explores various machine learning methods, including Random Forest (RF) and several boosting algorithms such as Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LGBM), Histogram-based Gradient Boosting (HGB), Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), CatBoost (CB), AdaBoost (AB), and Gradient Boosting (GB), for the task of identifying and categorizing favorite books. A detailed analysis using a publicly available dataset (Art Garfunkel's Library) demonstrates the proposed model's efficiency in identifying and classifying favorite books. The experimental findings indicate that LGBM achieves superior performance with an accuracy rate of 94.9367%, outperforming Random Forest and other boosting algorithms. This research highlights the potential of AI-driven solutions in modern libraries through the adoption of machine learning. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first intelligent system designed for automatically identifying and categorizing favorite books in a smart library context.

This paper examines the increasing prevalence of cyber threats in portfolio management, their impact on investment returns, and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies. The rapid digital transformation in financial services has made portfolio management increasingly vulnerable to cyber risks, including data breaches, ransomware attacks, and phishing schemes. Such threats not only disrupt investment activities but also erode investor confidence and compromise financial performance. Using a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative interviews, case studies, and quantitative analysis tools such as Chi-Square and ANOVA, this study identifies recurring patterns of cyber risks, evaluates their financial implications, and explores the vulnerabilities they exploit within portfolio management systems. Furthermore, the research assesses the efficacy of existing risk management frameworks and develops robust mitigation strategies tailored to address specific cybersecurity challenges. By providing actionable insights, this paper aims to assist portfolio managers, investors, and policymakers in strengthening cybersecurity resilience and ensuring the stability and integrity of financial markets in an increasingly interconnected digital landscape.

Introduction: Recurrent miscarriage or Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) is defined as two or more consecutive failed clinical pregnancies documented by ultrasound or histopathology and RPL is estimated to occur in 2%-4% of reproductive-age couples. The most commonly identified causes include uterine anomalies, hormonal disorders and genetic abnormalities. Almost half of the causes remain unexplained and are empirically treated using progesterone supplementation, anticoagulation, and/or immunomodulatory treatments. Ayurveda can bring promising results by Shodhana Karma or purificatory procedures ending with Uttara Basti. Case Presentation: The patient in this case had complaint of failure to conceive for 4 years. She had history of 2 abortions and diagnosed with bicornuate uterus in USG at the time of 1st abortion. She turned to Ayurveda at the PTSR Department of ITRA after no conceiving despite allopathic treatment. Management and Outcome: She was managed with Virechana Karma, Dashamooladi Yoga Basti, Madhutailika Basti and Intra Uterine Uttara Basti with Dashamoola Taila and Apamargakshara Taila along with oral medication. The Ayurvedic management resulted in the patient conceiving within 4 months of treatment, patient followed Garbhini Paricharya and delivered a healthy female baby.
