Hand Gesture recognition system is one of the best technique has developed in last few year, the reason behind to get success is ability to cooperate with machine. Body gestures are consider most common way to communication along human and personal computer in virtual world. To developed effective algorithm to that can recognize, interpret, process, and simulate human affections. Advance computing has ability to humanize digital interactions. This pepper introduces application using Computer Vision(CV) to recognize hand gesture. The human body is rather like a highly technical and sophisticated machine. It operates as a single entity, but is made up of a number of systems that works inter- dependently. The skeletal system (bones and joints) works interdependently with the skeletal muscle system and provides basic functions that are essential to life such as it protects the brain and internal organs, maintains upright posture, blood cell formation, mineral homeostasis, stores fat and minerals. Inappropriate functioning of the metabolic processes results in disorders manifested by changes in both physical and chemical structure of the bone. Bone mass changes in a person's life time can be categorized into three phases - Growth, Consolidation and Involution. Peak bone mass is accumulated in the growth phase, about 90% of ultimate bone mass is deposited in the space this is followed by consolidation which lasts for 15 years. The involution starts between ages 35-40 years in both sexes, with acceleration of bone loss within a decade after menopause in women. The prevalence of osteoporosis and low bone mass is expected to increase worldwide with increased aging of the population. Across the globe, the number of individuals aged 50 years and greater is expected to increase nearly fivefold by the year 2050, from 323 million to 1.55 billion. Methods; An experimental study was conducted among 60 post-operative patients who were selected by us Non probability convenient sampling technique was adopted to select the samples. Video assisted teaching in Adichunchanagiri hospital & research centre B.G Nagara. The study setting is selected because of availability of the samples, feasibility of conducting study and geographical proximity. The data collected was analyzed and interpreted based on descriptive and inferential statistics. Results; The Overall pre-test, post-test, and enhancement knowledge scores regarding an osteoporosis and its prevention among patients who are attending OPD .pre-test score 12.37 and post test score is 17.50. The paired't' test is 9.74 was carried out and it was found significant at 0.05 level, research hypothesis H1 was accepted. It evidence that is regarding an osteoporosis and its prevention among patients who are attending OPD video assisted teaching was significantly effective on improving the knowledge.

Background India is home to 2.1 million HIV patients. Stigma and depressive morbidity related to HIV infection has serious individual and public health ramifications. With this background in mind the present study aimed at assessing the level of depression and stigma in People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHA). Materials and methods A cross sectional study was conducted over a period of four weeks among 148 PLHA, who consented to be part of the study and were selected by Stratified random sampling. Perceived stigma and depression was assessed among study subjects using the standardized Berger stigma scale and BDI II. Pearson correlation and Chi square test were used to assess the relation between depression and stigma and the association of study variables with demographic variables. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 23 software. Results The majority of the study population had moderate to severe levels of depression and experienced severe levels of stigma in all the domains (>90%). The mean scores, 64.99 + 6.8 revealed that public attitude was most predominant type of stigma. A positive correlation existed between depression and all stigma domains. Depression was associated with socioeconomic status, whereas stigma was found to be associated with age, marital status, socioeconomic status and presence of children. Discussion Most of the PLHA attending the ART centers had severe levels of depression and stigma. Depression was also found to be positively correlated with stigma. Thus high prevalence of depression and stigma underscores the need for screening of PLHA for the same, to achieve better health outcome.

The current study focused on the impact of social media usage on students' academic achievement in mathematics. The descriptive study was based on two research hypotheses using an unknown senior secondary student population. One hundred and twenty-one pupils from Avinash Junior College in Secunderabad were selected randomly. A four-point Likert rating system, which was part of the self-developed "Influence of Social Media on Academic Achievement in Mathematics" tool, was used to gather the students' opinions regarding social media usage and mathematical academic achievement. We used t-test and other statistical measures including the Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (1) to determine the type of relationship between social media usage and math academic success and (2) to find the relationship between students' actual usage of social media and their opinions on social media usage. The study discovered that social media's addictive qualities have a detrimental effect on students' academic achievement. A lack of time management leads students to spend more time on social media, which negatively impacts their mathematical performance. There is a negative correlation between students' actual usage of social media and their opinions on social media usage. So, students are unable to implement what they think actually about social media due to its attractiveness. Ultimately they are diverting towards too much usage of social media though they know the fact that it spoils their academic scores in mathematics. From random samples from the unknown population, it was found that the average usage of social media by senior secondary students is 132 minutes and the average mark in math tests is 72. Also, we found that the majority of students are spending on Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google search engines. The present research results suggest that all educational institutions should establish regulations that limit or monitor students' use of social media, with parental involvement. Additionally, the government should monitor cyberspace and prohibit websites that are harmful to students' mental health.

The aim of this study is to create and assess a herbal cosmetic face pack that uses natural components to promote glowing skin. These days, everyone aspires to have lovely, light skin. Because natural medicines are thought to be safer and have less adverse effects than synthetic ones, they are more widely accepted. By allowing blood to flow through the veins in our faces, they both assist us in taking care of our skin and demonstrate its value. The study's findings provided scientific confirmation that a herbal face pack had the capacity to effectively brighten skin. Because of the entire study's beneficial effects on people, it can be used to support claims made about products.

Green technology is potentially important concept which plays a role to achieve the global sustainable development. Today the world needs a new serious innovation, which would lead for a better environment. The basic objective of the study is to realize the requirement of innovative green products for today's global market and also try to identify the negative impact of non-green products. For the purpose of the study, a particular city (Coimbatore city - Tamil Nadu State) has been selected, collected required data from various available resources, analysed with suitable statistical methods and identified facts. The study reveals that the so called green products or organic products has more positive impact to the mankind's and helps to eradicate certain issues pertaining to green technology. It helps for the sustainable development. The study also throws a light on future research opportunities.
