I study the stability constant and the values of thermodynamic functions like ?G,?H and ?S of some first series transition metals Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) at two different temperatures with Glycine ligand system. The di-valent transition metals and Glycine ligand are very useful as catalyst, preparing medicines, vats, insecticides, green composts, etc.

An initial Value investigation has been made of an incompressible viscous homogeneous fluid over a porous plate with uniform suction or blowing. A solution describing the general feature of the unsteady hydrodynamic boundary layer flow in a rotating fluid with suction (blowing) has been derived. It is assumed that both the plate and the fluid are in state of solid body rotation with constant angular velocity ? about Z-axis normal to the plate and the plate is supposed to be accelerated with a given velocity. The results thus obtained have been compared with previous investigations on the topic. Some particular cases of interest have been discussed. Special care has been paid to the physical interpretation of mathematical results obtained for steady state solution. The significant effect of the suction parameter on the flow phenomenon in this case has also been investigated.

A series of new structurally novel unsymmetrical tetra dentate Schiff base metal (II) complex of nickel (II) was prepared by refluxing together the relevant unsymmetrical Schiff bases with the corresponding nickel (II) acetate in methanolic medium. The 1H NMR spectral data of the free ligand were recorded in CDCl3 against tetra methylsilane (TMS) as internal reference. The appearance of two different peaks for each of the azomethine protons and phenolic protons confirm the unsymmetrical nature of the Schiff bases in the series. The absorption bands due to amino group disappeared in the IR spectra of all the four ligands [H2L1-4] which showed that the amino group in the diaminopyridine condensed with the aldehydes. The bands appearing at 1600-1640 cm-1 due to azomethine group of the ligands is shifted to lower frequency at 1570-1600cm-1 in the nickel (II) complexes indicating the participation of the azomethine nitrogen in coordination with the metal ion. The infrared spectra of both the ligands and complexes have no bands between 3100 and 4000 cm-1 indicating the absence of uncoordinated N-H and uncoordinated -OH groups. Due to unsymmetrical nature of the ligands and the complexes two bands were observed for each of the following modes. ?C=N, ?M-N and ?M-O .

Uttarakhand state is also known as dev Bhoomi which is famous for its amazing culture and tradition, incorporating geographical and mountain variations within itself. In making the culture and tradition of Jaunsar famous, the tribal community living here also has a distinctive contribution which resides in many places in the state of Uttarakhand. This tribe community has its own particular culture and tradition. In Uttarakhand, there are mainly five tribes residing in which Tharu, Jaunsari, Buxa, Bhatia, Raji. It has been highlighted. Role of Jaunsari women protecting culture and traditions has become their identity for this society so that it will always serve as an inspiration for the coming generations, which has been shown in this research paper. There is much change in Jaunsari society as compared to earlier. Today Jaunsari women are the accessors of the culture and tradition of their region, so they should develop how they can develop their society correctly and preserve their cultural heritage.

The present paper is purely based on the field work. In this paper an attempt has been made to study the age old practice of totem and taboo and to know its significance in the daily lives of the tribal communities Oraon and Munda of Ranchi District, Jharkhand. The present study envisages the impact of urbanization on the tribals and how totem and taboo are interrelated. It also throws light on how various totemistic groups originated into clans and describes the various climatic factors such as flora and fauna which directly affects the totems of the tribals.

Computer Developers over the past years have implemented new generation programming languages. DevOps is complemented by a range of agile practices designed to improve cooperation between development and operating teams. The main aim of this paper is to investigate how the use of DevOps has affected the quality of software. Another main aim is to explore and identify ways to continuously increase software quality. One way of finding information on this study is to conduct a literature review. The data will provide more information on the current DevOps activities that have been carried out in the software industry. The empirical analysis model has been developed and five theories have been established based on a literature survey. Testing theories using Pearson correlation has achieved research goals. On the basis of the linear regression model where the linear theory is obtained. A literature review was developed to gather quantitative data while DevOps and Quality Assurance experts' interviews were used to determine how DevOps can enhance software quality. Interview reviews, hypothesis testing, and regression tests are recommendations. The quantitative study found that by using CAMS (Culture, Automatic, Measurement, Sharing) systems, software quality is enhanced by practicing DevOps. The biggest factor in increasing software quality is automation. According to the findings of multiple regression analyses, culture has been shown to boost software quality through integration, evaluation, and sharing. In summary, it is best to use DevOps to generate applications of high quality.
