Infectious diseases like Spanish Flu,TB,Ebola,SARS and influenza have been some of the leading causes of deaths around the world especially in low-income countries despite the progress made in medicine. The previous outbreak of Ebola,SARS and influenza around the world shows that these infectious diseases are have become a constant threat to human existence. Healthcare stakeholders and researchers have found innovative ways to support the health care sector especially efforst toidentify the the spread of infectious diseases [1]. The application of machine learning and the use of artificial intelligence is currently changing the way the spread of the diseases is addressed by modeling the course of the virus and also finding new strategies for containment. While governments around the world collaborate with local officials and healthcare professionals to monitor, respond to and slow the spread of infectious diseases, health experts utilize predictive modeling to improve current intervention to avoid further infections. The development of mathematical tools allows scientists to better predict the spread of infectious diseases, consider each pathogen's specificities and define possible priorities for the delivery of vaccines. Big data analytics can be invaluable in responding to deadly outbreaks, as they can analyses massive quantities of information, like health information, trends of human behaviors, and environmental factors [1]. This research aims at exploring potential applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence by governments in identifying the spread of infectious diseases. This section covers a variety of selective applications to explain how artificial intelligence and machine learning advances the control of infectious diseases like TB,influenza and Spanish Flu and how it allows health institutions to better address them.

In this paper, I am trying to discuss the nature and the means of moksha, as it is regarded as the prayojana of Advaita Vedanta. This entire study has been based on Brahmasutrabhashya of Shankaracharya and Vedanta-Paribhasa of Dharmaraja Adhvarindra. All the systems of Indian philosophy except the materialist Carvaka and the ancient Mimamsa accept moksha as the highest end of human life, so it is regarded as prayojana or purpose of Indian philosophy. Dharmaraja Adhvarindra in his Vedanta-Paribhasa says - that which being known is desired to belong to oneself is called a purpose (prayojana). In this context, Uddyotkara also describes purusartha as prayojana (necessity) in his Nyayavarttika.Vedanta-Paribhasakara describes moksha as the parama purusartha because of its eternity and he also gives the Shrutipramana and Smritipramana in support of his view. According to the Advaitins, knowledge of nirguna Brahman, the principle of spiritual unity is the pre-eminent means to the attainment of liberation. The unity of the jiva and Brahman caused directly though the Shrutipramana like `tattvamasi` etc. This kind of direct knowledge (aparokshanubhuti) removes the false earthly knowledge and leads to the ultimate end. Though Shankaracarya gives importance on the niskama karma for purification of mind but it is not the direct cause of liberation, tattvajnana or aparoksabrahmatmaikyajnana only leads to the state of infinite bliss i.e. moksha. So, in AdvaitaVedanta `moksha` is not a new attainment, it is the extinction of the individual self and the realisation of absolute self (paramatma).

A reproductive health approach recognizes that the foundations of women's health are laid in childhood and adolescence, and are influenced by factors such as nutrition, education, sexual roles and social status, cultural practices, and the socioeconomic environment in all phase of life. The present paper is to conduct the reproductive health profile of women of age group i.e. age 15 to 49 of 19 districts of West Bengal based on unit level district level household and Facility survey-4. An index is constructed to represent health of reproductive women i.e. Safe Motherhood Index (SMHI) district wise accordingly. Using Binary Logit Regression Analysis, this paper seeks to identify the factors determining the for reproductive health status of women in West Bengal. It is found that caste, religion, mother education and financial assistance from government play important role for reproductive health of women.

The success of any organization depends on human resource of such organization. Human resource has the skill, knowledge and competencies required for execution of organization strategy and planning. Human resource is a crucial to the enhancement of sustainable competitive advantage and enhanced firm performance. A human resource management practice is one concerned with all aspect of how people are employed and managed in the organization. It covers activities such as strategic HRM, resourcing (human resource planning, recruitment and selection and talent management), performance management, learning and development, reward management, employee relation, and employee well-being. This study examines the impact of HRM practices on employees performance across the sectors through literature survey on studies conducted during 2009-2019. Research methodology used here for this paper is secondary data from prior study and literature survey of research paper on HRM practices and employees performance. This paper via an across the broad literature survey establish that HR practices involving recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation impact employees performance. Various numbers of HRM research have indicated positive impact of HR practices on employees performance. But some of studies indicated negative impact of HR practices on employees performance. Hence, this research further proposes the three practices to be the determinant of employees performance. However, this study can be empirically solidified further via collection and analysis of relevant data.

New semiconducting materials with proper band gap range are the demand of the semi-conducting electronic material industry. Several dithio complexes are reported to show good semiconducting properties. The present paper involve synthesis, characterization and study of variable temperature solid-state electrical conductivity of heterobimetallic complexes [M(CS3)2][M?(L)2(H2O)2] where [M= Cu(II), Zn(II) and M?= Fe(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and CS32- = tri-thiocarbonate, L = Chalcone based ligand . These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H & 13C-NMR, UV-Visible and powder XRD spectra and solid-state electrical conductivity. These complexes show electrical conductivity in a range of ?rt = 2.110-5 8.8 105 (Scm-1) .
