In this paper a new adders based backward converter for a 3-moduli set {22n+1, 22n-1, 22n+1} is proposed. It is based on Mixed Radix Conversion technique with 6n bit dynamic range. The architecture is realized with CSAs (Carry Save Adders) and CPAs (Carry Propagate Adders) only. This backward converter has demonstrated to be faster when compared with other state of art backward converters of same dynamic range.

Abstract:Vehicular Traffic is increasing rapidly which leads the traffic management system inefficient. This is realised with the steady increase in Traffic Congestion and rising number of daily road accidents. WSN based Traffic control system has emerged as a best way to monitor traffic, Traffic Safety, Vehicular Warning System, Road State Monitoring services etc.WSNs are very trendy due to their faster transfer of information, easy installation, less maintenance, compactness and for being less expensive compared to other network options. This paper presents a review of current Traffic management schemes for priority-based signalling, and reducing congestion. The main objective of this proposed research is to provide a taxonomy of different traffic management schemes used for avoiding congestion and existing Traffic management schemes for the avoidance of congestion, increasing robustness and providing priority to emergency vehicles increasing Safety of Traffic Controlling circumferences.

Biomass has always been an important energy source for the country considering the benefits it offers. It is renewable, widely available, carbon-neutral and has the potential to provide significant employment in the rural areas. This paper discusses the major sources of biomass fuel, woody fuels and animal waste. These fuels are summarized, along with their respective benefits and barriers with respect to cost. Further this paper summarizes Problems and challenges in harvesting of biomass in India.

This paper deals with the estimation of population mean of the study variable by utilizing the known median of the study variable. A generalized ratio type estimator has been proposed for this purpose. The expressions for the bias and mean squared error of the proposed estimator have been derived up to the first order of approximation. The optimum value of the characterizing scalar has also been obtained. The minimum value of the proposed estimator for this optimum value of the characterizing scalar is obtained. A theoretical comparison of the proposed estimator has been made with the mean per unit estimator, usual ratio of Cochran (1940) and usual regression estimator of Watson (1937) and also with the Bahl and Tuteja (1991), Srivastava (1967), Reddy (1974), Kadilar (2016) and Subramani (2016) estimators. Through the numerical study, the theoretical findings are validated and it has been shown that proposed estimators perform better than the competing estimators.

Background: Dental health- care facilities should adopt strict rules and strategies for dental waste management to minimize the risk of transmission of the disease from the dental clinic to the community. Indiscriminate disposal of biomedical waste constitutes a massive risk to the general public health, health care workers, and patients. Aim: This learningpurposes to evaluateinformation, attitude, and practice between dental practitioners of different dental health sectors in Tanta city, Egypt. A cross-sectional learningis showed in 200 working dentists in Tanta city.A self-organized close-ended questionnaire is utilized to acquire the essentialinformation. Results: The level of dental practitioners' awareness of BMW management policies ranged from 82.5% to 96%. Regarding BMW management practices, 90% of dental practitioners are cognizant of the removal of various items hooked ondissimilar color-coded bags. Dental practitioners of the private dental sector had the lowest correct responses (20%) regarding the disposal of used plastic items. Finally, 81.5% of dental practitioners settled to be systematicinstructive programs on biomedical waste management. Also, 80% of them recognized to obtainexercise in any procedure on BMW Conclusion: Based on The consequences of this learning, it can be determined that despite high awareness level of dental practitioners in Egypt about BMW management policies, proper disposal of contaminated plastic items, impression material, and soiled dressings was not yet accurately implemented by dental practitioners. Also, dental practitioners lacked knowledge regarding the correct practice of safe disposal of excess mercury and treating infectious waste beforedisposal.

Mosque borne infections would real open wellbeing issue over India. There is less mindfulness and insufficient hones for respondents once Different parts of intestinal sickness and its control which might make a control on those essential elements answerable for those hold on in of intestinal sickness over tribal regions. With this Background this study was conducted to study the awareness, prevention and control the practices on Malaria in Tribal area. To study the practices on Malaria prevention and control in the Tribal population of AkoleTaluka of Maharashtra. Questionnaire based interview, cross- sectional epidemiological quantitative study, Non probability convenient sampling was used to study the awareness, prevention and control the practices on Malaria in 300 participants. The survey is in progress till now 100 participants were surveyed and are being presented here.75% people know that malaria is caused by mosquito while only 2 don't know how its caused. 31% knew that malaria mosquito breeds in dirty water, and 12 said that it breeds at garbage.49% knew that malaria is a preventable disease and also 80% said that if untreated it can cause death. 40% people used some insecticidal sprays, 41% burned cow dung, 8% used mosquito coils to keep away mosquitoes and only 2 % used bed net. Final result and analysis of all 300 participants This learningsettles that in tribal areas wherever poverty is rampant and lifestyle includes poor housing excellence, also concluded that 65% of the participant lived in joint family so the mosquito bed net were not affordable which led to financial burden on the family. And they have their traditional ways of prevention of mosquito bite. Only 11.66% of Participants used Bed Net as Preventive Practices. As from collected data the maximum tribal population appears to have fineknowledge and good practices regarding malaria control and prevention. Less participants use Mosquito bed nets because it is not affordable for all family members. Low education was detected as a major drawback the participants has less knowledge about the mosquitoes resting places. Appropriate health instruction and sensitization is needed to growthpublicinformation and consciousness about malaria prevention and control.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) represents in any event 90% of every oral threat. It shows huge mortality and bleakness rates. Essentially, all oral malignant growths display a two-venture cycle of disease movement, i.e., an underlying precancerous stage that accordingly develops into definite phase of oral malignancy. The precancerous stages alluded to as possibly harmful issues of oral depression to be specific the leukoplakia, oral lichen planus, erythroplakia, and oral submucous fibrosis. The early detection and treatment aid in an improved prognosis of cancer and is only possible with a proper knowledge of their clinical and histopathological features. Therefore, this mini review we aim to elaborate these features of PMD which will assist in early diagnosis and timely treatment.

One of the most prevalent challenges addressed by paediatric dentists is providing aesthetically pleasing, long-lasting, and cost-effective restorations in primary and young permanent teeth. For this purpose, a variety of crowns are available, and selecting the most appropriate crown will aid in achieving better treatment outcomes. They range from crowns that are luted onto the tooth surface to those that are directly bondable to the tooth surface. Metal crowns with or without facings, as well as plastic, polycarbonate, and ceramic crowns, are all options. This review aims to absorb and highlight the diverse range of paediatric crowns available in published data for use by Pedodontics according to the patient's needs. Knowledge of the available resources, as well as their varied advantages, disadvantages, and qualities, will go a long way toward improving the clinician's ability to choose the best option for the patient.
