In a present complex and competitive scenario, organizations need to retain talented and competent employees who perform excellent work in a congenial environment. Service industries are taking important steps to improve human resource and to attain employee satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to examine the positive and significant impact of employee compensation, workplace environment and performance appraisal on the employee satisfaction in the context of hospitality sector. Four variables were being examined, which includes employee compensation, workplace environment and performance appraisal as an independent variable and employee satisfaction as a dependent variable. For this purpose data was collected from one hundred fifty employees from various hotels in Gujarat State especially Surat District through questionnaires. Data from target respondents was analyzed in the form of descriptive and reliability analysis. Reliability test was applied to validate questionnaire. Linear and multiple regressions were applied to find the impact of independent variables on dependent variable.

We aimed to describe the frequency, distribution and to evaluate the relationship between the disease and the various factors (such as age, gender etc.,) from a population of the Karimnagar district of Telangana state. We reviewed the data of all the patients admitted in the hospital with different types of cancers over a period of 12 months. Finally, we discussed the incidence rate of the different types of cancers considering their age, gender and also given the brief treatment guidelines for the cancer which has high incidence rate.

Abstract: Fast dissolving oral films are key for researcher in pharma field, it is the most recent and advanced form of oral solid dosage form due to more comfort and flexibility. Over the past few decades, researcher create attraction and improve to innovative drug delivery systems, there has been increased interest for innovative drug delivery system to improve the efficacy safety, and patient compliance. For discover and develops new chemical entity is a very complex, expensive and take more time i.e. time consuming process. Anybody wants to improve and develops existing drugs and designing and developing recent innovative drug delivery systems. From of those, drug delivery system being very eminent among pediatrics and geriatrics is orally disintegrating films (ODFs). It improve the efficacy of Active pharmaceutical ingredients by dissolving within minute in oral cavity after the contact with less saliva as compared to fast dissolving tablets, without chewing and no need of water or any liquid for administration. These films have valuable superiority over fast disintegrating tablets as the latter are associated with the risks of choking and friability. This drug delivery system has various advantages over conventional fast disintegrating tablets as they can be used for dysphasic and schizophrenic patients and are taken without water due to their ability to disintegrate when it comes in contact with saliva within a few seconds releasing medication in mouth. Various approaches are employed for manufacturing of ODFs and, from which solvent casting and spraying methods are largely used. Mostly, hydrophilic polymers i.e. water loving polymers along with other excipients are used for preparing ODFs which allow films to carry out quickly disintegration and releasing incorporated active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) within seconds. Generally, Intra-gastric, sublingual or buccal route of administration also has been used for local action. Fast dissolving oral films are found to be good enough for a particular need in many situations like allergic conditions, cold and cough, nausea, sore throat, , pain, mouth ulcers, CNS disorders and CVS disorders. The main objective of this present review attempts to focus on benefits, composition, approaches for formulation and evaluation of ODFs. Orally disintegrating films have valuable and play a key role for business and market exploitation because of their valuable of benefits over orally disintegrating tablets.

Abstract India is the perspectives of the social model of disability and sustainable rural livelihoods. Disability is a class in itself that any one may fall victim at any time. It can come about as a result of a sudden accident, a fall down a flight of stairs or disease. Disability maintains no socio-economic boundaries. Since disability catches up with most people in its fold and any of us may fall in it someday. In the paper we study trough the observation teacher interview and parent interview as well as conduct it selected case study SAMBAL school for special children which is situated in Kalyanam Karothi Mathura and established at 2002 year. It also explores the impact of disability act & law and education policy to run in SAMBAL school various social, attitudinal and environmental barriers faced by selected case study of disabled children. We are divided the paper into four parts: The part I of the paper discusses the introduction of disability, review of literature, definition of disability, types of disability & causes of disability. While the part II deals with the framework of disability under kalyanam karoti NGO pertaining to work of the differently able children in SAMBAL school as a case study. Part III frame work has focused research method and research questions Part IV to find out the finding and suggestion of the paper.

Complex structure {F} is almost complex manifolds is shown. It has been defined and studied by Schouten and Dontzing (1930) introduced the concept of complex structure and a Hermitian metric in a differentiable manifold and called it a complex manifold In this article we discuss the, Almost complex structure is not unique and also discuss that the complex structure has 2m Eigen values. An almost complex manifold is that it contain a tangent bundle of dim m and a tangent bundle conjugate to such that and they span together a tangent bundle of dim 2m.

The FTIR and FT Raman spectra of 4-amino-3-nitropyridine (4a3np) have been recorded in the region 4000-400 cm-1 and 4000-50 cm-1. The optimized geometry, intensity and frequency of the vibrational bands of the compound was obtained by density functional theory using B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) basis set. The harmonic vibrational frequencies were calculated and scaled values have been compared with experimental FTIR and FT Raman spectra. The observed and calculated frequencies are found to be in good agreement. A detailed interpretation of the infrared and raman spectra were also reported based on potential energy distribution (PED). Electronic properties , HOMO and LUMO energies were calculated and UV visible spectrum of the compound was recorded by time dependent density functional theory approach (TD-DFT). The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies show that charge transfer occurs within the molecule. The 1H and 1C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) chemical shifts of 4A3NP were calculated using GIAO approach by applying B3LYP method. The dipole moment, polarizability and first order hyperpolarizability , Mullikan charges and natural atomic charges of title molecule were calculated using DFT calculations. The chemical reactivity and thermodynamic properties of 4A3NP at different temperatures were calculated. Docking studies of the title compound were performed to predict the proffered binding orientation, affinity and activity of the given compound. The title compound was docked in to active site of proteins 4YPO and 5NCJ which belongs to the class of proteins exhibiting the property of anti tuberculosis. In both cases estimated inhibition constant, minimum estimated free binding energy and final intermolecular energy were seen in the interaction.

Fishes form an important dietary component of humans since it is important the fish that are consumed should be healthy and free of infection ensuring public health. Parasite infested fish have no or low market value resulting in loss to fishery industry. Hence it is relevant to identify such infectious agents and suggest measures for prevention and elimination of such infections. Present study aimed to investigate the intestinal nematode from host Clupisoma garuai inhabiting basin region of Gomati river at Lucknow to evaluate their population levels and its taxonomical status. In present study new species of Rhabdochona has been recorded having alated spicule, 15 pairs of caudal papillae and postequatorial vulva.
