This paper tries to look into the effectiveness of the Afghan Government policy framework for the returnees primarily based on the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the United Nations Development Programme initiative of reintegration and capacity-building for the nation. It explores the pros and cons of the Afghan people returning mainly from Pakistan and Iran from 2014 onward. The Afghan Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) is in touch with the Governments of Pakistan and Iran to monitor, assist and negotiate voluntary return of the Afghans from these countries. This is to minimize the cases of deportation and defuse forceful returns of the Afghans staying there. The overarching objective of the Afghan Government is to help promote the repatriation and sustainable reintegration with the host communities in their places of origin. The Afghanistan National Peace and Development Framework (ANPDF), is giving much importance to well-planned and managed settlement as sine qua non for re-integration. In this light, the coming back of the Afghans registers a firm way to uphold the rights of citizenship in constructing the interstices of the nation. Hence, the Afghan Government is attempting a wholesome measure to amalgamate the returnees into the social and economic fabric of the country. It would be interesting to study the major push and pull factors for such a situation. What are the conditions of these returnees in their home country? And what are the government and the international organizations' policy framework to tackle the situation? The paper focuses upon o The challenges that the Afghan refugees are facing in Pakistan and Iran which forces them to seek greener pastures as in the West. o It throws light upon the Afghan Government's policies and its impact on returnees. The paper is based on secondary sources as well as primary sources. The primary sources are taken from government documents, and the United Nations official websites.

Mahatma Gandhi and Netaji Bose had completely different approaches as to how to gain freedom from the British.Gandhi preferred non violent methods like civil disobedience to win freedom from the British. Netaji preferred physical and military action to win freedom. Netaji sided with the Axis powers during WW II. On the other hand Gandhi sided with the British. A question may be asked as to which method was successful in finally forcing the British out of India. In this theoretical paper I want to provide that both contributed towards independence. Gandhi's non violent methods acted as a primer towards independence and Netaji's methods instilled fear in the British mind and they took flight at the earliest opportunity. After Second World War Britain was very much weakened and they used this opportunity to leave India.

Unprecedented expanding human populations are transforming environments at unprecedented rates. Scientists have long sought to quantify how humans impact various aspects of animal biology, such as population levels, reproductive and mortality rates, movement and activity patterns, foraging behaviour, and stress responses. Changes in climate affects ecosystem and causes extinction or threat to survival of biodiversity. For our healthy survival it is key to preserve the global biodiversity, and maintain the integrity of ecosystems, and there is need to study the predicting global zoonoses and environmental changes. This knowledge is not only worth billions of dollars, but is also vital for shaping a sustainable future. So far, researchers have had to rely predominantly on purely observational approaches. The review paper brings out effect of climate change, increase in disease occurrence and changes in lifestyle needed for our healthy and happy life. The present plight of the world as a victim to a surfeit of environmental setbacks ranging from global warming and ozone layer depletion to an alarming increase in world pollution levels is threatening the existence of the most intelligent species on earth. This has been enough for both environmentalists and laymen to wake up to the indisputable importance of environmental protection and eco friendly alternatives. Environmental biotechnology is mainly the first alternative, with fields of application reaching out to every quarter. The microorganisms and plants will be used for the preservation and restoration of the environment. Indoor air pollution has reduced now but efforts are needed to change our food habits and bring changes in lifestyle for longevity and healthy life.

A navigation system for visually impaired and blind people in unknown indoor and outdoor environment is presented. In this paper we are going to propose the concept of an intelligent system for blind person. Here we are going to implement the project by using PIC micro controller. An IR proximity sensor is used for detecting the obstacle before certain distance. After detecting the obstacle by the sensor, the vibration motor and buzzer will alert the visually challengeable people. Here we are employing GSM and GPS to find their location and share information to relatives or well wishers. By this we can able to find the location of the blind people if they were missing.

Indian economy is the testimony for increasing the growth in very short period of time. Tax in form of direct and indirect is the largest source of revenue to the government. Chairman of 13th Finance Commission Dr. Vijay Kelkar, has advised to have a reasonable, scientific and contemporary taxation structure in sync with industrialized countries form the premise of the establishment of Goods and Service Tax (GST) in India. Tax structure is created and executed in such a manner that it contributes to the growth of nation. A Taxation Structure which allows ease of conducting business and having little potential for tax evasion gives prosperity to a country's economy. The GST is the major and widespread indirect tax reform since 1947. Replacement of outgoing taxes like value-added tax, excise duty, service tax and sales tax is the fundamental notion of GST. It will be levied on manufacturing sale and use of goods & services. GST is projected to affect of the present tax system and result in unifying the nation economically. This article has concentrated on the background, aims of the proposed GST and the effect of GST in several sections of Indian economy. The study subsequently focused on numerous advantages and prospects of GST. Finally, the article analyses and brings forth a definite conclusion.

Various Experiments viz. Types of Seedling Explants (epicotyledonary nodal segments, cotyledonary nodal segments, hypocotyl, cotyledon etc.) types of growth regulators (KN, BAP,IAA,NAA) and its various concentration were conducted to standardized the methods of in vitro micropropagation of A. acuminata. Out of Various types of explants used, the cotyledonary nodal shoot segments found the best for shoot induction. Highest number of shoot bud proliferation i.e. 15-20 shoots was found on MS medium supplemented with IAA 0.1mg/l + BAP 1.5 mg/l, while only 4-6 shoots were produced from epicotyledonary nodal shoot segments .Poor response i.e. only callusing was observed on hypocotyl and cotyledon explants. On higher concentration of BAP i.e. more than 2.5 mg/l, although number of shoot were increased but they remain dwarf. On Higher concentration of IAA and NAA, callusing was observed.

Globally, about half the number of women is still behind men in many places. Indian culture has always treated women as goddesses with its concept of ideological but the truth is far from the concept of myth. In fact, Indian society is suffered by gender inequality and skewed sex. Gender equality will only be achieved when women and men enjoy equal opportunities, rights and responsibilities in all spheres of life. When women were empowered, the whole family benefited, thus benefiting society as a whole and these benefits often had a ripple effect on future generations. The skewed child sex ratio is a major indicator of female infertility, lack of value attached with her and disrespect. Over the past few years, a large proportion of women have been subjected to discrimination and exploitation. The skewed sex ratio is due to both biased sexual preferences, as well as discrimination against girls after birth. In such a situation, the government would have to promote gender equality and adopt specific strategies for the healthy development of the girl child. Therefore the remedial measures in the form of the BBBP program were an hour-long necessity to prevent gender inequality in the nation. The Indian government launched the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao program in 2015, as a leading program to reduce gender inequality in the sex ratio at birth (SRB) and to ensure social protection for girls.
