Abstract The Indian economy is characterized by the existence of a vast majority of the informal or unorganised sector wherein more than ninety per cent of the total workforce is engaged and only a small fraction of the workforce is working in the organised sector. Unorganised sector is characterised by the informality or casual nature of the work, absence of an adequate social security measure, no defined employers-employees relationship, absence of workers union and collective bargaining, poor living and vaguely defined working conditions, non-applicability of the labour laws, lack of modern training and skills among the workers and many more such characteristics. The population of the elderly is ever increasing in India like many other countries of the world and in the absence of a uniform, comprehensive and adequate social security provisions for them they are forced to work even in the old age to earn some livelihood to sustain themselves. Mostly the elderly who work to earn their livelihood is engaged in the unorganised sector where along with the common issues that characterise the unorganised sector workers they face some additional socio-economic and health related problems that need to be addressed by the policy planners in the country.

An asset of a bank turns into a non-performing asset when it ceases to generate regular income such as interest for the bank. These NPAs have serious economic repercussions on the bank in terms of loss of profits, capital and inability to lend as well as on the national economy on a macro level. Therefore, it becomes very important to reduce such NPAs. Once a borrower faces problems in repaying the principal amount or the interest due on a loan amount, the bank may indulge in debt restructuring methods. The legislature has also enacted various laws in order to tackle the rising problem of NPAs for e.g. the SARFAESI Act, the IBC and the RDDBFI. Recently, a Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance (FRDI) Bill was presented before the Parliament for its approval. Despite such parliamentary measures, a large amount of NPAs still subsists in India, which has an adverse impact on its economic growth. Hence, a robust mechanism needs to be implemented by the Government of India to minimize the loss caused by NPAs to banks and the Indian economy.

The aim of present study was to improve the solubility of Orlistat, a practically insoluble antiobesity drug by using Liquisolid technique. Orlistat is class II molecule according to BCS (Biopharmaceutical Classification System), having low solubility and low permeability. The rate and extent of absorption of class II compounds is highly dependent on the performance of the formulated product. These drugs can be successfully formulated for oral administration, but care needs to be taken with formulation design to ensure consistent bioavailability. Solubility of Orlistat was evaluated in various nonaqueous carriers. Different Liquisolid tablets were prepared using a mathematical model to calculate the required quantities of powder and liquid ingredients to produce acceptably flowable and compressible admixture. Avicel PH 102, Aerosil 200 and Sodium starch glycolate were employed as carrier, coating material and disintegrant respectively. The drug release rates of Liquisolid tablets were distinctly higher as compared to directly compressed tablets, which show significant benefit of Liquisolid tablets in increasing wetting properties and surface area of drug available for dissolution. The optimized formulation showed the higher drug release during ex-vivo and in-vivo study against conventional and marketed tablet preparation. From this study it concludes that the Liquisolid technique is a promising alternative and best suitable method for enhancing solubility of Orlistat.

The scope of the Machine Learning techniques is rapidly changed and increased in the field of rain fall forecasting and weather prediction. The Rain fall prediction is essential for the agriculture dependent countries like India, for analyzing the crop productivity, use of water resources and pre-planning of water resources, rainfall prediction is important. Statistical techniques for rainfall forecasting cannot perform well for long term rainfall forecasting due to the dynamic nature of climate phenomena. A new regression technique called Support Vector Machines was developed. The basic principal of SVM is Structural Risk Minimization (SRM). This paper provides a detailed survey and comparison of SVM with ANN. Moreover, the paper also presents different accuracy measures used by researchers for evaluating performance of SVM

Training is an important function in an organization. Training provides the necessary cutting edge to be competitive in the market place. Unfortunately, training is being considered a necessary evil in the corporate circles because of the cost involved and no tangible benefits in the short term. This paper discusses the dilemma of corporate training and the role of technology in training. In addition, this paper also discusses about how technology can be used for training and details a few technology based training methods. The paper concludes with a note that in future technology not would be able to identify training needs but also the tremendous scope that big data analysis and Artificial intelligence would provide for more effective training.

The concept of job satisfaction as defined by Locke (1976), is "a pleasurable or positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or job experiences" Others have defined it as simply how content an individual is with his or her job; whether he or she likes the job or not. It is assessed at both the global level (whether or not the individual is satisfied with the job overall), or at the facet level (whether or not the individual is satisfied with different aspects of the job). Spector (1997) lists 14 common facets: Appreciation, Communication, Coworkers, Fringe benefits, Job conditions, Nature of the work, Organization, Personal growth, Policies and procedures, Promotion opportunities, Recognition, Security, and Supervision. A more recent definition of the concept of job satisfaction is from Hulin and Judge (2003), who have noted that job satisfaction includes multidimensional psychological responses to an individual's job, and that these personal responses have cognitive (evaluative), affective (or emotional), and behavioral components. Though there are various factors that contribute in inducing job-related satisfaction and dissatisfaction, in this paper an attempt is made to identify which factors most commonly cause job satisfaction or dissatisfaction in education institutes of NCR. Out of various identified satisfaction and dissatisfaction causing factors (by numerous researchers) few randomly factors are identified and analyzed arriving to result and conclusions
