The growing global demand for pet ownership has created a need for innovative solutions to manage pet care effectively. Pet Management Systems (PMS) have emerged as comprehensive digital platforms designed to assist pet owners in monitoring and managing various aspects of their pets' health, behavior, and daily needs. These systems leverage technologies like mobile applications, cloud computing, and IoT-enabled devices to provide functionalities such as health tracking, behavior analysis, activity monitoring, and microchipping. By offering tools like reminder notifications, real-time updates, and secure data storage, PMS streamline the complexities of pet care, enabling informed decision-making for pet owners. However, challenges such as fragmented systems, lack of integration, and data privacy concerns persist, limiting their potential. Future advancements in AI and machine learning promise to enhance predictive capabilities, improve system integration, and automate routine tasks, further revolutionizing pet care. This research explores the technological foundations, key features, challenges, and future directions of Pet Management Systems, highlighting their transformative impact on pet ownership and their potential to improve the quality of life for pets and their owners.

The paper provides an overview of the mobile telecommunications business, emphasizing its economic significance. Mobile telecommunications, consumer behavior, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty to telecom are the study's pillars. Data for the study, which utilized a quantitative research methodology, was gathered using the questionnaire. The number of repeat customers indicates the level of satisfaction that customers have with a company's products or services. Finding out if a company's consumers are pleased or satisfied with the goods or services, they receive from the telecom sector is done through customer satisfaction surveys. The SERQUVAL model is used to analyze the data from 101 respondents.

As we travel along the length and breadth of the country the terrain changes and so does the properties of soil of the back-fill in the approach embankments. Though the IRC (Indian Road Congress) codes specify the quality of soil to be used as back-fill, there is no ideal soil. There is always a composition of different soils used as back-fill in the approach embankment. An effort is made to study the effect of the horizontal force of the 70R Tracked Vehicle, i.e., traffic load on the soils of different modulus of elasticity in the approach embankment and the displacements of the soil are obtained, using the laws of simple mechanics. In this study, a carriage way width of 5.3 m is assumed and height of the embankment to be 3 m. It has been concluded that even for soils having higher modulus of elasticity of 320 MPa, there is a significant magnitude of the displacement of 0.79 mm. Hence, attention has to be paid for the effect of lateral load of the vehicle on the approach embankments.

Team-Based Teaching (TBT) is an innovative pedagogical strategy that fosters collaboration, critical thinking, and deeper understanding among students. This approach emphasizes active participation, shared responsibilities, and peer learning through structured team activities. By encouraging collaborative problem-solving and diverse perspectives, TBT has demonstrated a positive impact on student engagement, retention, and academic achievement across various educational contexts. Additionally, TBT cultivates essential soft skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork, which are critical for professional success. This paper explores the impact of Team-Based Teaching on education, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and best practices for implementation in classrooms, particularly in STEM and humanities subjects. Through a review of empirical studies and case analyses, the paper highlights how TBT contributes to improved learning outcomes and prepares students for real-world challenges.

Human-animal conflict is the negative interactions between man and wild animals that lead to serious consequences critical to life. This research aims to investigate the frequency of conflict and interaction patterns with the local community living in the reserve forest villages of Sirumugai, consequences faced by farm owners and efforts taken by the forest department to mitigate losses and manage conflicts using qualitative methods. For this purpose, tools such as interviews, case studies and focus group discussions were used to collect the required information from the respective stakeholders. A total of 22 respondents were purposively picked to understand the intensity of the prevailing problem. The research suggests effective mitigation strategies that strengthen and improve systems to elevate protection of humans and promote conservation of environment.
