Abstract: In this research paper we are going to show an overview of information technology act which will describe reason behind ITA come in force and positive aspects of ITA 2000, Weak aspects of ITA 2000, and challenges to Indian cyber law in India. The Information Technology Act came into force on October, 2000. With the increment of internet users and new technologies, cyber crimes and crime techniques also increased. For prevention from such crimes and to take legal action against that. IT Act 2008 (Amendment) introduced to make more powerful IT Act and made changes into IT Act 2000 without loopholes or more improvement according to latest technologies. Information Technology Act 2008 came into force from October, 2009.

Man has a dynamic nature since the days of ancient period in the continuing march of mankind down the ages. From passage to ancient period to modern period, mankind has widened its necessities from basic needs of Roti (food).Kapra (clothing) and Makan (shelter) to the status of a 'life living with rights to liberty and integrity'. The concept of 'rights' is that of respect _for human being and its absolute worth, regardless of colour, race, sex, religion or any such consideration. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) on 10th December. 1948, containing 30 Articles on political, economic, social and cultural rights of human beings, may be considered as a milestone epitomizing age old aspiration of the human race to assert their dignity and freedom. The fundamental rights envisaged in the Constitution of India are- Rights of Equality, Right to Freedom, Rights against Exploitation, Rights to Freedom of religion, Cultural and Educational Rights. Rights to Constitutional Remedies. The enactment of 'Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 and Human Right Commission Act, were further legislative steps taken for the protection of 'human rights' in India'. Despite a lot of legislative measure taken by the government, the human rights movements have become a matter of serious concern. These violation include the breach of civil and political rights, discrimination against minority, women and weaker section of society like Scheduled Castes and Schedules Tribes, arbitrary arrests, torture and death of suspected, child labour ethnic violence and kidnapping for ransom etc. The Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 defines 'human rights' as the "rights relating to life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individualguaranteed by the Constitution or embodied in the International Covenants and enforceable by the Courts of India. The various pronouncements of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and High Courts have added new dimensions in the field of protection of human rights. The ambit and scope of 'human right' is now much wider and expansive. Key Words: Constitution, Human Rights, xSociety.

Participation of women employees in Information Technology (IT) industry is growing year by year. According NASSCOM, an IT industry body, almost one third of the employees are women working across different job roles. Every company is speaking out about the gender diversity ratio, but struggle continuous in retaining women employees. Companies are making efforts in retaining their women employees by introducing innovative and effective employee engagement programs. Hence this article attempts to get into the theoretical views obtained from the literature on women employee engagement program carried out in various IT companies and how these programs are used as effective tools for retaining women employees.

Abstract: - The traditional professional historical scholarship held a very narrow view of politics. To it politics was considered to be comprised of activities done by the government and its institutions. Since government and its institutions were traditionally completely monopolized by the elites, the politics was considered to be the exclusive domain of such sections of society. The historians kept the focus of their scholarship solely on the elites. The common masses were completely ignored in their studies. The masses were considered to be apolitical and thus, were thought to have no history at all. However in the recent times such views were strongly challenged. The masses were not passive receptacles, claimed the new scholarship. But they were shown taking active part in the politics of the time through a variety of means. Even the traditional conception of politics itself was challenged. The new scholarship does not restrict politics to government and its institutions. But it claims that politics is in everything and everywhere. As a result, the increasing number of historians began to explore the politics of the common people. The study of popular politics has now become the subject of professional historical scholarship. In this paper the researcher will try to understand the popular politics by focusing on the new historiographical trends that arose from recent scholarship.

Hazardous waste is the waste that poses substantial or potential threats to public health and the environment. The sources of hazardous waste are basically agricultural and agro industries, medical facilities, commercial centers, household and the informal sectors. Rapidly growing industries in the country have contributed in the production of large part of hazardous waste material. Therefore, to reduce environmental hazardous, proper attention is required during storage, segregation, transportation and disposal of waste, because it cannot be disposed of by common means like other by products of our daily lives. Hazardous waste management is an important issue in our country now days. Unscientific disposal of hazardous waste and only few secured landfill sites available in the country for disposal of hazardous waste in an environmentally sound manner posed serious risk to the environment system. Rapid industrialization in last few decades have led to the depletion of natural resources and increase in pollution in the country. In India though there are certain rules and regulation cited by the central government for reduction of hazardous waste and for the minimization of hazardous effect on the environment still hazardous wastes are stored, transported, disposed or managed unsystematically causing health and environmental (air, water, soil) related problems. This paper is a review report about the hazardous waste management in India.

Information is the basic need of life of all human beings, which helps in the proper fulfillment of other needs such as food, shelter etc. for its survival and growth. Hence it can be rightly said that without information, survival and development of any community is not possible. Therefore it is the basic responsibility of any welfare government to provide information services to communities. And it is information transfer and information revolution through which cultural change; socio-economic development of a nation is possible. In this context, Public libraries, being the library of communities can play important role in providing effective Community Information Services(CIS). These are the only institutions entrusted with the duties of providing right information to right users at right time, there by help people to deal with daily problem solving or in improving the quality of their lives. This paper will discuss about the present scenario of Community Information Services that can be provided by the public libraries in addressing such challenges.

One of the most widely used electronic devices, particularly in digital integrated circuits, is the metal insulator semiconductor(MIS) transistor. In this device the channel current is controlled by a voltage applied at a gate electrode that is isolated from the channel by an insulator. The resulting device may be referred to generically as an insulated gate field effect transistor(IGFET).The main drives for reducing the size of the transistors, i.e., their lengths, is increasing speed and reducing cost. When you make circuits smaller, their capacitance reduces, thereby increasing operating speed. In the same token, smaller circuits allow more of them in the same wafer, dividing the total cost of a single wafer among more dies. However, with great reduction come great problems, in this case in the form of unwanted side effects, the so called short-channel effects. When the channel of the MOSFET becomes the same order of magnitude as the depletion layer width of source and drain, the transistors start behaving differently, which impacts performance, modeling and reliability.
