 Abstract

As natural aggregate sources are becoming depleted due to high demand in construction industry and the amount of disposed waste material keeps increasing, researchers are exploring the use of alternative materials which good preserve natural resources and save the environment. In this study, utilization of molten plastic waste as full substitution of cement and broken glasses as partial substitution of aggregate with fine river sand for the production of building construction input such as roof tile, floor tile and hollow plastic block is a partial solution to environmental and ecological problems. Quality control test of samples of prepared material are conducted and compared with the standard material specification. This study implies that for hallow plastic block, 33% molten plastic, 11.2% fine glass, 11.2% fine sand and 44.6% course glass gives an optimum compressive strength result and molten plastic waste with a ratio of 30% and 70% glass and sand gives better and quality roof tile, and using 32% molten plastic and 68% glass and sand is Preferable for light traffic zone (axle load less than 27Mpa) floor tile. Finally, conclude that using plastic tile in weather (wet) environment is preferable because it can resist cold and freeze weather due to low water absorption.

 Abstract

Abstract: During the 2000th centuries, through, the UNAIDS programmes and their intervention through the bio-medical approach to combat the HIV/AIDs pandemic, simultaneously felicitated to adopt different approaches or new kind of academic engagement, which are distinguished and reflecting the different perspectives, namely bio-medical and social sciences approach .Bio-medical approach is characterized by more scientific investigation, indivialization and notion of market risk. This again related to the concept of market issues, analysis the loss profit benefits. On the other hand, social sciences approaches are characterized by community involvement and socio-cultural action. The concepts of social vulnerability are important concept in this approach. There is needed to be balance between two approaches that has to be leading principle in many HIV/AIDS prevention programme and its success. This two approaches move ahead together by the incremented affects by HIV/AIDS discourse. Especially, in Developing countries, discourse would be counterproductive to base successfully use the two approaches.

With the increasing importance of celebrity in the society exploitation of their goodwill has also increased with the greater pace by media, manufactures, producers as well as vendors. The very first instance of invasion in the privacy of celebrities is basically by media as considering everything about their personal life as public property and a great source for raising their channels Television Rating Point (TRP) whether by personal gossip about them or through defaming them and then by others by misusing their celebrated image without their permission, thus causing economic loss as well as loss to their reputation. With the phenomenal growth of the media, consumerism and celebrity endorsements, this area requires greater attention and specific legislation, especially given that Indian law is not fully developed in this regard. The Copyright Act and Trademark laws pose a challenge in case of recognition of image and personality rights of celebrities. The jurisprudence of publicity and image rights is in its nascent stages in India. There is neither a considerable body of case law, nor any comprehensive statute governing image or publicity rights of celebrities. The Indian legal system is underequipped in dealing with the modern phenomenon of celebrity endorsements and merchandising.

 Abstract

Shoreline is a dynamic and complex region of all geomorphic features, as it is affected by mix effects of aeolian, tidal, tectonic and riverine activities. The coasts are of immense geological, geomorphological and ecological interest. Monitoring and mitigation of shoreline erosion along populated coastal areas is an important task and remains a difficult goal to achieve. The rapid coastal changes are monitored by Remote Sensing and GIS tools. The aim of this paper is to monitor the shoreline change. The study area is rapidly changing at alarming rate due to natural and anthropogenic activities. The coast of Eastern Kachchh extends from Mandvi in west to Kandla in east covering a distance of about 110 km. In this study, an attempt has been made to investigate the shoreline transformation along the East Kachchh coast. Data used are derived from fair weather satellite images of LANDSAT from 1990 to 2014 to delineate the shoreline. A Linear Regression Rate-of-change (LRR) and an End Point Rate (EPR) statistic were carried out using Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) computer software of United States Geological Survey (USGS).

Because of cloud characteristics peoples are attracted towards the utilize the power of cloud computing. To store the IoT data and process the Data cloud is integrated with IoT devices. Communication between cloud and IOT is totally in networking channel so here the security of the communication channel and data security is very important from various attacks on each layer. To provide security from that attack various encryption method is used.
