Abstract: Behind the production of every product or service there is human mind, effort and man hours. No product or service can be produced without the help of human beings. Human beings are the fundamental resource for making or constructing anything. Today many experts claim that machines and technology are replacing human resource and minimising their role or effort. An un-ignorable fact here is machines and technology have been built through human aid and despite the technology companies have been constantly in search for talented, skilled and qualified professionals to further develop and work with the latest machines and technology. No field is more dependent on human resource than the construction sector. This paper tries to get a clearer understanding about the role of interpersonal communication and employee involvement in the construction sector, with special reference to the work done by SEWA.

Heat exchangers are used in thermal system to maintain the operating temperature of the working fluids. The most common type of heat exchangers found in industries are Shell and tube type heat exchangers. In this work, the performance analysis of shell and tube heat exchanger is done using the CFD tools under the boundary conditions collected from the industry. Then, to improve the efficiency of the system, the cooling liquid ammonia is replaced by TiO2 and analyzed accordingly. Then the shell and tube heat exchanger is replaced by u tube heat exchanger and analyzed under same boundary conditions respectively. Then, the results are compared and it was found that, the application of TiO2 is having better thermal efficiency.

Energy can be stored in the form of chemical, thermal, electromagnetic and mechanical form. The applications of mechanical energy storage devices include compressed gas facilities, pumped hydroelectric storage and flywheels. A flywheel stores energy in the form of kinetic (rotational) energy. Whereas each energy storage system has its inherent advantages and disadvantages compared to the others, it is the overall system performance and simplicity of flywheels that make them especially attractive for a variety of applications. Flywheel is mechanical device which is used to store the kinetic energy. It stores up energy when the demand for energy is less than the availability and delivers energy when there is a lean period (when demand is more). Mainly, the performance of a flywheel can be attributed to three factors, i.e., material strength, geometry (cross-section) and rotational speed. While material strength directly determines kinetic energy level that could be produced safely combined (coupled) with rotor speed, there are many causes of flywheel failure. But maximum tensile and bending stresses induced in the web and rim under the action of centrifugal forces are the main causes of flywheel Failure. By changing the dimensions and shape and the materials and use such materials which increases stored energy and maintain minimum stresses with reduce mass of flywheel. It shows that smart design of flywheel geometry could both have a significant effect on the Specific Energy performance and reduce the operational loads exerted on the shaft/bearings due to reduced mass at high rotational speeds. we will compare the theoretical values with the ANSYS values so that the clear objective of the project can be seen. Here another type of flywheels has chosen like rim type and it is compared with the actual shape and the results will be displayed.

A teacher leader is a teacher who is always ready to take on responsibilities other than the class teaching. Teacher leaders work in collaboration. They always keep improving their knowledge. A teacher leader is helpful, not just for students; he/she can also be beneficial for less experienced staff. To become a good teacher leader a teacher has to face many obstacles. But with his/her devotion to work he/she can overcome these barriers. The primary motive of this paper is to introduce the reader with the conditions, dimensions and obstacles which are an unbreakable part of the course of development of professional leadership in teachers.

Nowadays heart diseases are increasing at a remarkable rate. cardiovascular diseases are a major reason for death of human. There for monitoring and detection of abnormal heart condition is important to recognize heart issue. By Analyze the ECG signal identified the heart problem. This presents paper gives a detailed survey of different pre-processing, feature extraction and classification techniques. Furthermore, our paper also presents a comparison of performance parameter as sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the classifiers which help to evaluate the best classifiers techniques.

Software Defined Networking Technology is way to computer networking that permit to network administrators to programmatically manage, control, change and initialize network behaviour dynamically through open interface and provide data forwarding functionality in data plane. SDN have three plane: Application Plane, control plane, data plane. SDN controller is centralized server to control the incoming traffic and forwarded it on data plane. In networking area, Attacker can be do some malicious attack to harm our networking system so that providing some security functionality to protecting SDN architecture is become research topic. In this paper we discuss about network security attack and mitigation attacks for SDN. Also discuss about enhance security on software defined attack (SDN).

The real value of local Thai products is still not known by many people across the globe . the community of producers has followed identical style and pattern of product and they have not developed variety or uniqueness in their products. The weaving industry in Thailand does not have the governmental infrastructure required or a centralized organization to help and pave the way forward for the industry. Therefore, the key issue for manufacturers is to come together as a community to increase their overall value as a joint unit. this would help them in developing skills that and knowledge that would be advantageous to produce more innovative products to maintain an edge over the competition. This paper studies the new management process in a community enterprise and give suggestion about the innovative method for enhancing the effectiveness of social enterprise.
