ABSTRACT Roads are biggest source of interconnectivity within country and across and inter-county cooperation can give them international dimensions too. They are basis of providing connectivitytoall. However, if safety is elapsedthere individuals have face lethal costs. All should understand that while walking or driving on roads. With the increase in concerns on road safety, awareness programs, not only by Government but Non-Government organization are being carried out for increasing awareness among public to realize their responsibility in traffic. As is needless to say; a majority of accidents, which occur, are due to drunk driving. In the past decade, the number of motor vehicles in developing countries is increasing a lot. Official investigation reports of traffic accidents pointed out that dangerous driving behavior, such as drunk and drowsy driving, account for a high proportion among all the accident causes. In order to avoid these kinds of unexpected accidents, it is necessary to develop an appropriate in-vehicle system with warning modules that can directly improve driving safety.

Data grids have emerged as a useful technology for managing large amounts of distributed data in many ?elds like scienti?c experiments and engineering applications. In this regard, replication in data grids is an ef?cient technique that aims to improve response time, reduce the bandwidth consumption and maintain reliability. Unfortunately, most of existing replication strategies consider a single ?le based granularity and neglect correlations among different data ?les. However, the analysis of many real data intensive applications reveals that jobs and applications request groups of correlated ?les. In this paper, we propose a new data replication strategy which is an enhanced algorithm Modified Bandwidth Hierarchy Replication Algorithm. The data in this work is read-only and so there are no consistency issues involved. The evaluation metrics we analyze in the experiments are mean scalability, stress, average connectivity, eccentricity, number of replications. Using the MATLAB tool, extensive experimentation show that our proposed strategy has better performance in comparison to other strategies under most of access patterns.

Spodoptera litura (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) is a polyphagous pest. It feed on more than 120 host plants. It causes economic losses of crops from 25.8%-100% based on crop stage and its infestation level in field. In the present study, Spodoptera litura feed on five tomato varieties (Pant Bahar, Ratna, Arka Saurabh, Pusa Gaurav, Arka Abha). Different growth parameters (fecundity, incubation period, hatchability) of pest were assessed on different tomato varieties in the laboratory. Results indicated that the maximum fecundity (695.33%) of pest was recorded on tomato variety Pant Bahar while minimum fecundity on tomato variety (672.33%) Arka Saurabh which was followed by Ratna (681.67%), Arka Abha (682.33%) and Pusa Gaurav (689.67%). Maximum incubation period was observed on tomato variety Arka Saurabh (8.65 days) and minimum on Pant Bahar (5.46 days) which was followed by Pusa Gaurav (6.33), Arka Abha (6.81) and Ratna (7.33). Maximum hatchability (94.33%) was found on tomato variety Pant Bahar while minimum (86.32%) on Arka Saurabh. It was clearly observed that Pant Bahar variety of tomato was proved to be most susceptible for the development of pest while Arka Saurabh was the most resistant variety against Spodoptera. litura.

In this paper, we analyze the throughput and Delay performance of IEEE 802.11b Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) with one access point. The IEEE 802.11b is a wireless protocol standard. In this paper, a wireless network was established which has one access point. OPNET IT Guru Simulator (Academic edition) was used to simulate the entire network. In this paper we considered the effects of varying the data-rate were observed on the throughput and Delay performance metric. Several simulation graphs were obtained and used to analyze of wireless network with good throughput and minimum access delay.

Nanocrystalline materials may be considered as the challenge of this age. CuO-ZnO as a narrow band gap P-type semiconductor has been recognized industrially important material for a variety of application such as catalysis, batteries, solar energy conversion, sensors etc, In this work I have successfully prepared mixed CuO-ZnO by microwave assisted solvothermal method using copper acetate and zinc acetate as the starting material. And also I have evaluated structural, optical and thermal properties of prepared sample. The synthesized pure CuO-ZnO nanoparticles have been characterized by using XRD, SEM, UV-visible and TG/DTA techniques. The optical property of copper oxide and zinc oxide nanoparticles are measured by UV-visible spectroscopy. Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) is used to determine a materials thermal stability and the fraction of volatile components.

The British rule of half a century from 1803 to 1857 produced a great deal of discontent and disaffection among the people. Their destruction of the village communities. The panchayats and Natural leaders brought social instability in the society: their economic policy of exploitation caused pauperization of the masses; the work of the Christian missionaries. Who were supported by the British Government officials, caused consternation in the mind of the people. The regular visitations of the terrible famines and deadly epidemics had made the life of the people intolerable unhappy and miserable. These and many other factors prepared the ground for revolt. It only required a spark for the bursting forth of a great conflagration. causes of mutiny and failure of mutiny

In recent years Indian rural market has acquired attraction and attention of Companies as 70% of Indian population reside in 6, 50,000 villages and largely growth of Indian economy has led to significant increase in the purchasing power of the rural communities. Among all the revolutions for the farmers the green revolution has led to change in the consumption pattern of the rural areas to purchase the large quantities of industrial and manufactured products. The rural markets are offering opportunities in the form of large untapped market, increase in literacy level, increase in disposable income and large scope for penetration. To gain from these opportunities, a special marketing strategy has emerged called Rural Marketing. There are many hurdles in tapping the rural markets. So the Rural Marketing has concentrated on promotion in rural markets that requires the special measures due to social and backward conditions. The most influencing part of promotion strategy is to play a challenging role in rural promotion by personal selling, the word of mouth, opinion leaders, Mass Media etc. This study reveals about various reasons to enter rural markets and promotional strategies used in the rural market by companies.
