Mobile or smart phones are becoming an essential device for all types of people irrespective of age group and literacy. This can improve the condition of Indian agriculture but also the life and working conditions of the farmer. Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) are promoting agriculture in India. Computational power and interconnection capacities have contributed smartphones and tablets to become an essential tool in agricultural sector. Our agriculture project using mobile application discuss everything about providing notifications on various agricultural updates as per user requirements , crop cultivation based on humidity of the environment , provides experts suggestion during cultivation on his/her mobile phones. The updates varies from rate of product to stocks of other products in the market, this is helpful for farmers around the state. This app updates is mainly concerned about specific group of customers which is farmers, its update status on a particular product is as per the user choice.

Data mining is the non-trivial extraction of novel, intrinsic, and hidden predictive knowledge from large data sets is an evolving new technology which is a direct result of the increasing use of computer databases in order to store and retrieve information effectively. This paper gives an idea of optimization algorithm by which the efficient result can be fetched. Optimization is a dire need for a large amount of data processing. So that optimization is a challenging issue in data mining. It seems to be that there are many different approaches has been proposed by authors in order to optimize the results. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is an evolutionary computation technique. Proposed methodology is the iterative process of PSO algorithm, inertia weight adjustment is usually expected to make particles have stronger global searching capability in early stage to prevent premature convergence and have stronger local search capability in latter stage to accelerate convergent speed. In other words, the inertia weight should vary nonlinearly along with the process of decreasing slowly, then rapid and then slowly again so as to attain fast convergence speed in prophase and have local search capability to a certain degree at the later stage, too. In this paper PSO based k-means clustering is applied to generate clusters. And provide multimodal and higher dimensional complicated optimization problems, and can accelerate convergence speed, improve optimization quality effectively in comparison to the algorithms of K-means.

In India there are numerous laws aimed at empowerment of women in the areas of personal, labour, service and criminal and social economic matters. The Fundamental Law of the land namely Constitution of India guarantees equality for women. Male and Female, the two basic components of our human society, depend upon each other and each one of them constitutes about half of the population. In every era in the history of social development, the question of women and the question of gender justice remained on board. Women had a very significant position in our ancient Indian society. Over years sociologists and other scholars have tried to assess the problems faced by women and to study changes in their status around the globe in general and in Indian society in particular. The status of Women in early Rig Vedic society was very high. Women, by no means is inferior to man in any respect and can perform all functions equally.

Blood flow is the volume of blood that passes through a particular point in the circulatory system. Blood flow measurement can help in the diagnosis of heart and at the same time it is interlinked with other body parameters. Blood flow measurement can be done by various methods. Here we are proposing a non-invasive method for blood measurement which is painless and at the same time gives accurate results. This method of blood flow measurement is based upon the acquisition of the photo plethysmography (PPG) signal from the body by means of optical sensors .The obtained signal can be further analyzed for calculating the various cardiac parameters. We use a microcontroller for the transmission of signal to the computer. Analyzing and processing of the signal is done by using .This method can be also used to collect the data for further analysis from large number of peoples.

Abstract - The main objective of a civil engineer is to construct that type of structure which is able to resist against the forces for many years. As every structure has its own life span depending upon the material used and its design critics. Self compaction of concrete is also called as self consolidating concrete is a innovative technique in the field of civil engineering. This technique was introduced to overcome the issue of workmanship. As we know ordinary concrete is dense and require external vibratos and other techniques (for compacting the concrete) to remove air bubbles and honey comb, especially at the surfaces. For this purpose skilled labour was required and it was also a time consuming process. However, in order to overcome this issue of Self-consolidating of concrete was introduced in which no compaction is required and therefore reducing the labour and time. This review paper explains the history and the current scenario and the application of this method in various fields and its composition.
