Sundarban is the largest space of tidal halophytic mangrove forest in the glove. The dynamic process of changing climate is created the complexity of economic structure of Sundarban mangrove kingdom. Sundarban is a world heritage site and its dynamic ecosystems formed by interaction between land and water. The changing nature of agro-climatic condition in Indian Sundarban and its effect on the economy of the region is noticed. Economy is such an indicator which determines the status o living. The basic character of traditional economy of Sundarban region as well as it also looks into the recent changes that occur in the economic composition of Indian Sundarban region due to this reason. The presented paper deals with climatic change and its impact struggle for existence on the economy of Sundarban. The high rise of sea level increasing tendency of average rainfall in monsoon, domains of cyclonic activity is Sundarban region have been indicating the signs of climatic change of Sundarban. People have been lost their land as the tidal inflow transforms into tidal bores, starts to breach the embankments aggravate the land subsidence in those sea facing land of southern Sundarban. The recorded number of main workers remain constants where as the number of marginal worker has been rapidly increased to content with climatic change. Fishing, aquaculture will be the possible way to survive but the high intensity cyclones and tidal surges created a new challenge for the poor inhabitants. Monoculture of rice farming has been changing into vulnerable intensive subsistence and indigenous one to adapt with changing nature of climate of Indian Sundarban region.

This paper is a study of leadership research, focusing primarily on socio- psychological barriers among women in leadership. Economic empowerment of women is very important for the development of a nation. Now a day socio-psychological barriers play a major role in the women leadership. Some of the barriers of women leaders are facing managerial sex role stereotyping, work life balance, glass ceiling, cross cultural barriers. Coping strategies such as participatory leadership, determination to succeed, mentoring subordinates and delegation of power, continuous learning and planning served as support that strengthened these women against much of the difficulties they encountered in their professional roles. This paper mainly focuses on various socio-psychological barriers among women leaders and recommends strategies for removal of these obstructions to women leaders.

Much discussion on quality education was centred on systems input like pupil teacher ratios, curricular content and infrastructure facilities. But recently attention is being paid more to educational processes which involve the classroom environment and teaching strategies used to convert the inputs to meaningful learning experiences for students. This paper aims to establish the relationship between for quality education and soft skill endorsement leading to development of students and teachers. Several definitions regarding quality exist in terms of education, which testifies the multifaceted and complex nature of the concept. Efficiency, quality, effectiveness and equity are often used synonymously and it can be achieved through soft skill development. Endorsement and enhancement of soft skills in teachers and students holds an important place in the dispersion of quality education. Soft skills refer to those interpersonal skills, which make a person unique and competent at work or in life. It enables a person to build constructive working relations with other team members. It involves self-mastery, emotional and social intelligence, stress management, communication skills, presentation skills, time management and other skills which unlock the genius within an individual. This paper discusses about the quality education and its interrelatedness with soft skills. It also sends word that how quality education can head to the enhancement of soft skills and further accelerate the professional life of an individual.

This paper investigates the potential use of wurtzite Indium Gallium Nitride as photovoltaic material. Silvaco Atlas was used to simulate a quad-junction solar cell. Each of the junctions was made up of Indium Gallium Nitride. The band gap of each junction was dependent on the composition percentage of Indium Nitride and Gallium Nitride within Indium Gallium Nitride. The findings of this research show that Indium Gallium Nitride is a promising semiconductor for solar cell use. In this work, Double Layer BSF is used for top cell with their varying thickness on GaInP / GaA DJ Solar Cell, using Computational Numerical Modeling TCAD Tool Silvaco Atlas. The objectives of this paper is to simulate electrical and optical characteristics the of these devices and extract the figures of merits like efficiency, open circuit voltage, short circuit current and fill factor and to study the effect of variation of doping concentration dimensions of the device and thickness of active layer on the figures of merits.

If there are two or more independent variables are explaining the pragmatic behavior of either one or more dependent variables then Regression analysis is the best option for fitting a model as well as for forecasting. There are so many types of regression techniques in literature, some of the popular Regression techniques are Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Polynomial Regression, Stepwise Regression, Ridge regression, Lasso Regression, Elastic Net Regression etc. In the present study we are comparing Ridge regression, lasso Regression and Elastic Net Regression using Durbin Watson test and empirically tested by using real data.

Abstract: Resource potential utilization in sacred groves of Visakhapatnam District, located in Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh harbour rich plant diversity. The primitive tribal communities living in and around the sacred groves are endowed with rich traditional botanical knowledge pertaining to medicinal values of plant species. In the present study, we documented 122 vascular plant species of medicinal value used by the tribes. The paper deals with the resource potential utilization of the species. Over-exploitation and unscientific collection of some medicinal plants threatening the resource and warrants sustainable harvesting by the local communities.
