A wild land fire is an uncontrolled fire that happens mostly in forest zones, in spite of the fact that it can likewise attack urban or rural territories. Among the fundamental driver of wildfires, human elements, either deliberate or unplanned, are the most regular ones. The number and effect of forest fires are relied upon to develop as an outcome of the Earth-wide temperature boost. Keeping in mind the end goal to battle against these catastrophes, it is important to receive a thorough, multifaceted approach that empowers a constant situational mindfulness and moment responsiveness. This paper depicts a cluster based wireless sensor network went for early fire detection in dangerous regions, incorporated with the firefighting war rooms, topographical data frameworks, and fire test systems.

The design and synthesis of catalysts for the chemical fixation of CO2 is an area of current interest due to the increasing demand for fuel and the major contribution of CO2 to global warming. An attractive approach to use CO2 as a chemical feedstock is the coupling reaction of CO2 and epoxides to form cyclic carbonates using catalyst. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are promising candidates in heterogeneous catalysis because of their unique properties, including well-defined structures, large specific surface areas and tunable structural and functional features. One of the excellent strategies to construct MOFs with high density of catalytically active metal sites is to utilize metalloligands. In efforts to synthesize MOF-based catalysts for the chemical fixation of CO2 and being inspired by highly active homogeneous metal-salen catalysts, this project involves the synthesis of salen type metalloligands and their assembly to MOFs.

IPv6 over Low power Wireless Personal Area Network (6LoWPAN) is the first protocol that provides IPv6 connectivity to the wireless M2M sensor nodes. Our project is proposed the secure communication between admin and end user. It will keep the information securely using Diffie-hellman key exchange technique. It will consume low power using LoWPAN. MANET in 6LowPAN Networks that will be used in secure data Transmission. Each device in a MANET is free to move independently in any direction, and will therefore change its links to other devices frequently. The AODV protocol is a loop free and avoids the counting to infinity problem. It supports both unicast and multicast packet transmission, even for nodes in constant movement.

In recent years, the power quality of the ac system has become great concern due to the rapidly increased numbers of electronic equipment, power electronics and high voltage power system. Most of the commercial and industrial installation in the country has large electrical loads which are severally inductive in nature causing lagging power factor which gives heavy penalties to consumer by electricity board. This situation is taken care by PFC. Power factor correction is the capacity of absorbing the reactive power produced by a load. In case of fixed loads, this can be done manually by switching of capacitors, however in case of rapidly varying and scattered loads it becomes difficult to maintain a high power factor by manually switching on/off the capacitors in proportion to variation of load within an installation. This drawback is overcome by using an APFC panel. In this paper measuring of power factor from load is done by using PIC microcontroller and trigger required capacitors in order to compensate reactive power and bring power factor near to unity.

Good Governance and Human Rights: A South Asian Perspective Dr Babu Lal Meena Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi, New Delhi, Email: babulaljnu@gmail.com, Mobile No. 9868065581 Abstract South Asia has been undergoing a move to more democratic forms of governance over the last two decades. South Asia has long been a neglected area of study, primarily because it has been a region of great deficiency, poverty and sadness, apparently far from the mainstream of international arena. This Region is also known as one of the most misgoverned areas of the world. In recent years, however, the trend of democratization has swept away some of the military/authoritarian and traditional polities in the region. This change together with the common ethnic conflicts and violence which have determined almost every country of the region and the emergence of India as a country moving towards a speedy economic and industrial growth amongst other countries of South Asia. South Asian countries have adopted some major reforms in governance during the recent two decades. This paper establishes the importance of public management as an essential tool in the process. A global governance structure based on transparent principles of both economic efficiency and social justice is shown to be a desirable state of affairs; however, the present cracked process of globalization is more likely to end up in regionalism or even national protectionism and competition. Multilateral co-operation on the basis of the framework progressive here is an urgent necessity. This paper focuses on both the positive and normative analysis of Good Governance and Human Rights. The paper aims to discuss some of the important challenges faced by the South Asian countries in revamping their Good Governance, administrative systems and Human Rights in order to discern the emerging perspective of good governance in South Asia as different from its Western concept. Agriculture is one of the demanded field of the country like India and also number of research is going on in agriculture among that found still limitation. Identification of plant disease is very difficult in agriculture field. If identification is incorrect then there is a huge loss on the production of crop and economical value of market. In this paper we survey of cotton leaf diseases detection and classification methods. First step to acquire the cotton leaf by using common digital camera. Second step apply the Image processing technique to remove noise and background of the leaf. Next extract the color, shape, and texture features of the leaf. At the end Apply these features to the classifier to classification of the diseases using Machine learning technique.

ABSTRACT: The impact of digitalization has resulted in the changes not only in human actions but also in their behavior. The buying pattern of consumer is changing at a faster rate in the customer-oriented market environment, mostly the behavioral pattern of youth has as greater influence in the purchasing behavior. The access to information and social networking is driving the impact of digital marketing deeper into the organization. Digital marketing has posed many challenges to the marketer in the present scenario. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of social media in business in greater detail and gain insights about how consumers experience and are influenced by the digital environments in which they are situated as part of their daily lives.
