To design the spur gear to study the weight reduction and stress distribution cast steel and composite materials. Gearing is one of the most critical components in a mechanical power transmission system, and in most industrial rotating machinery. It is possible that gears will predominate as the most effective means of transmitting power in future machines due to their high degree of reliability and compactness. To design the spur gear model using designs software. To study the impact analysis for cast steel, Aluminium and composite materials.

Technology has met an unprecedented growth that resulted in a myriad of web applications, specifically involving multimedia data transmission. This places a great demand on network bandwidth for effective transmission through the internet. Fortunately, the challenge is addressed by compressing data with robust data compression algorithms. Video is composed of sequential frames or images and its compression can be achieved by compressing individual frames through elimination of redundant and relevant information. Transform based methods are highly preferred for transmitting quality images or video frames. In this proposed work, two transform methods like Discrete Cosine Transform(DCT) and Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) methods have been implemented to enhance the quality of frames with high compression ratio.

The concept of work life balance has come from the fact that an individual's work life and personal life may put forth conflicting demands on one another and the demands from both the domains are equally important. Work life balance refers to maintaining the balance between responsibilities at work and at home. Work life balance is one of the most challenging issues being faced by the women employees in the 21st century because of the type of roles they play at home and the spill over of personal life over work life. Work-life balance is one such HR practice that enables the employees particularly working women to give proper prioritization between work and family roles. Hence, work-life balance has become a growing concern in Autonomous colleges. The present research aims at analysing the various factors like demographic, work related stress, family related stress and the various methods of balancing family and work environment, and its impact on work life balance, work culture, prominent factor leading to job satisfaction and the outcome of personal life with professional life. The study is based on both the primary source of information and secondary source. Primary data is collected through questionnaire and secondary information is taken from websites, articles, Journals etc.

Today with the increase in population we can observe the sudden increase in vehicles on road causes accident is the major loss of human life and assets. So to make the driving safer in future vehicular ad hoc network is the technology which put up the vehicle to be linked with each other through a wireless network. At the time of accident a series of collision happens because the driver of the car cannot identify the disaster and take a right decision within a few moments. Traffic blockage takes place just after the accident that affects busy schedule of human.

This paper deals with aerodynamic design of a single stage axial flow compressor for gas turbine engine. The axial flow compressor is designed for the constant tip diameter of the compressor rotor blade for 15.5 kg/s, 14800 RPM, 276.5 KW power with a tip speed 167.7 m/s. The aerodynamic design and blade profiling has been carried out using CFD software. The research starts with design of the high pressure ratio compressor blade sections which yield a single stage pressure rise up to 1.21. Further the design is optimized for minimum total pressure loss. Prototype blade cascades were tested in low speed wind tunnel for performance parameters. Resulting data from experiment s compared with the numerical analysis.

The morphometric analysis of Mej River sub-basin and its influence in different geological, geomorphological & hydrological parameters have been delineated in this study. For detailed information, we used SRTM (DEM) of 90m resolution for the analysis of linear, aerial and relief aspects. The Mej River sub-basin is developed in the Chambal thrust fault of Aravalli Super Group in Rajasthan, India, has been studied to understand the tectonic and geomorphic evolution on the basis of ground truth data & morphometric analysis. Most of the part of the basin is occupied by agradational landforms such as alluvial fans & River terrace deposits. The development of this linear basin is the result of Aravalli fault which brings the Vindhyan basin against the Aravalli rocks. This overall research reveals that the Mej sub-basin is rectangular in shape due to guiding effect of Chambal thrusting faulting event. Nearly straight flow path of Mej River indicates that the River is not sinuous in nature. So, the deposition has taken place in the form of lateral bar, channel bar. However, the transverse profile study of River reveals the confined margin found at mature stage and partially confined margin at old stage. The 6th order stream in sub-basin shows moderate stream frequency with more or less stream segments of different orders are affected by rainfall. The drainage density (Dd=0.39km/km2) reveals that the Mej sub-basin has moderately permeable River bed. The lemniscates (k=3.6) value defines that the sub-basin has partially affected by soil erosion. The mean bifurcation ratio (Rbm=1.9) value indicates that the drainage pattern of the basin is moderately affected by structural disturbance. Relief ratio (Rhl=4.5) indicates that the discharge capacity of sub-basin is very high with less ground water potential. This research study is very important in sub-basin management planning in hard rock terrain with semi-arid region for agricultural and settlement of the area.
