 Abstract

A computer can generate an virtual reality, which brings an immersive environment that can be interacted with. This paper introduces virtual reality based industrial- automation for interactive user interface where there is a n number of input. It is to reduce the implementation cost. The proposed solution where based on the accessibility features which is already in use by other platform. Home appliances can be controlled by switch, but we are using virtual reality to control the home appliances. Virtual Reality module is one which can be used to give the input and can be used as a switch. It requires zigbee transmitter to control the device. It helps the people with disabilities to use the features more effectively. This technology can have an impact on visually impaired people.

 Abstract

Privacy is a state of a person, to be left undisturbed or unobserved by the public. Privacy has been mentioned in various National and International frameworks. Right to privacy has gained its importance because, privacy is considered to be a part of human life. In India, Privacy has been given the status of a Right recently and is enshrined under Art.21 of the Indian Constitution. Technology has sucked us into its sphere, whereby every human activity depends upon computerised skills. Violation of privacy has taken a gigantic figure after the emergence of technology. Some of the areas where privacy gets affected by technology involves electronic monitoring of people, intercepting emails, cyber hacking, cyber stalking, cyber pornography, cyber phishing, telephone tapping etc., Most of the cyber crimes that take place, involve the misuse of private details of individuals. This paper comprises the importance of privacy, growth of technology, different frameworks on Privacy and the ways in which technology affects privacy.

 Abstract

Culpability of cartels through collusive conduct is worth examining for its deleterious anti competitive effect of distortion to market efficiency as the operation of cartels distorts free and fair market morphedly and attracts violations under Anti Trust Legislations. Judicial review with respect to cartel and evidential issues most often arise in context of the alleged concerted conduct resulting in effects of concentration and or exclusionary conduct collusive economic conspiracies under certain common law jurisdictions; the need to seen and analyzed on parameters of evolution in national legal systems in fragmenting an activity which hitherto the private law has been traditionally governing. It is but natural that in areas of private laws like negligence standards in torts, the treatment standards for cartels as unlawful activity are hazy and veritably red herring due to the smoke screen around cartels and varying responses to determine cartel culpability in terms of legal standards followed.

 Abstract

The present study was carried out to see the influence of SHG membership on the economic and social aspects in the life of a tribal woman. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used to generate information from 57 SHG leaders and 153 SHG members. The NGOs are the major SHG promoters. It also reveals that there is change for better in the credit facilities and monthly income. The fact that they are able to have savings in their own name is an indication of independence to a certain level. Majority of the SHG members have been capacitated on various topics and feel self confident as it has made them aware about, aside from other themes, on bank procedures. In terms of their social standing in family and society, an overwhelming percentage agreed that it has indeed improved. The SHG members have involved themselves in many issues that are choking their society. It is obvious how the pro active involvement of women in society is necessary to bring sustainable development and just peace. The NGOs who promoted these SHGs have done a commendable job in empowering these women.

 Abstract

The present study focused on the seasonal variations of benthic fauna of Ottu reservoir. Freshwater reservoir are inhabited by diverse benthic fauna of which Annelida, Arthropoda and mollusca holds a great ecological importance. The benthic fauna of Ottu Reservoir was represented by sixteen species belonging to three groups viz. Annelida (5 species), Arthropoda (7 species) and Mollusca (4 species). Arthropoda was the dominant group among all and it constitutes 59.11 % of the total benthic species collected. Annelida was the second dominant group and contributes 25.34% of benthic population. Whereas group Mollusca was the least abundant among all and it shared 15.55% of total benthic fauna of Ottu reservoir. Quantitative differences have been observed in benthos during different seasons. Summers and monsoon favoured the benthic fauna while winters witnessed less in the Ottu reservoir.
